Installed a wated powered back up sump pump but never tested it, first time the main one failed the backup came on and did nothing but add more water to the pit. So I paid ~$700 for nothing and now this guy wont call me back...really crappy experience

I've always had top notch service from Ed Gregg. He came out first thing this morning and took care of our issue asap
