This is the worst service I have ever had! First they didnt fix the problem and it returned only to cave in my kitchen and dining room ceiling. Then they didnt dry all my areas that were soaked. They left everything on the utility room floor that came up with the rotor rooter. Then a week or so later they finally send a drywall person out. If I could say how I feel about it this would get an R rated and be removed, its horrible! Then they left my kitchen a total disaster on top of the cluster they created on my ceiling. They didnt remove the wet drywall, just covered it so it will mold later. They left a can of toxic spray on the floor and I have a baby in the house. I mean what the flippin hell, maybe I should get a job there just to get paid for absolutely flippin nothing.

The plumber, Rudy, improperly diagnosed an issue with a leaking pipe; incorrectly cleaned my water heater (which then caused me to pay $100 to fix his work); said he was too large to fix a leak in a pipe that I had requested; and conversed about his family issues far longer than he did work. When the problems were brought up to Snappy, they said they would send someone out at a time that works best for us. When given that time, they replied that they weren't available for several weeks after the time that worked best for us. I'm understanding the two star review on Yelp now

All the staff were professional and very helpful. Gabe did the replacement work on my sump pump and was very thorough. Explained how the systems worked and did a great job. Good company. My rental company contracted the work but I would use them next time I have a plumbing issue when I buy a home.

My second day service was needed because the service techs the first day could not install my osmosis faucet. The second day they sent Richard. He is outstanding and installed the faucet the first day tech could not. I think he is a jewel and the owners of this business should be very proud to have someone of his quality representing them.

This team is great to work with. I called with a garbage disposal issue, and an issue with my bath tub. They had a guy out within 20 minutes and he fixed it for a great price! Wore booties in the house the entire time and was friendly to my child and my dog! Snappy made me happy that's for sure! I'd give them 8 stars if I could! Thanks Chris!

Our technician, Kevin Sam, did a very fine job. He unclogged the drain to our kitchen sink quickly and thoroughly, it runs like new. He stayed after the job was done to test the drainage and ensure that everything was humming. Very polite young man and very skilled. Highly recommended.

Very unhappy with how much I was charged to connect plumbing to our freestanding tub. The control box was installed and water lines were ran into the crawl space. There was 7’ of drain line to run and less than that for the water lines. Other than that he installed handle and spout to the tub. Took him 8 hours to do this job and charged $1850. There is no way I would use them again. The only reason I gave 2 starts vs 1 star is because the technician was polite.
*Update* after calling numerous businesses in the area we were not quoted over $550 to do this job that snappy charged us $1850 for. On top of that the tub leaked so they sent someone out and told us that it is the tubs fault, not the plumbing’s fault, that it’s leaking and it would require another work order. Please steer clear from this company.
*Another update*. Licensed plumber came to fix the leak that snappy left. Plumber was in disbelief that it was left the way it was. Said not only was it leaking on the bathroom floor but there was no ptrap installed and it was pouring out of fittings in the crawl space. Cost $350 to have all their mistakes corrected.

I have had a very positive experience with Snappy from the start. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful both times that I called. The two men that came to our house showed up on time (which none of the other service people we have worked with have), they were very friendly, and did a great job. You could tell that this was more than just a job and that they genuinely cared. I will be using Snappy from here on out and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Richard was very professional and went the extra mile in servicing our issue. He could have very easily stopped at ensuring there was no leak but instead he removed the water from our carpet and left us a fan to completely dry the pad underneath the carpet so that mold would not set it.

We have had several plumbers come to our house and not be able to distinguish why our kitchen ceiling was leaking. Kyrel showed up on time and only after a few minutes of examining the leak found the problem. He was very professional and communicated with us throughout the whole process. I had Brett and Gabe install a water heater, they did a pretty decent job, I have some concerns about C02 drop off, but it seems like there is decent flow for now...my issue is that they didn't flush the lines after the install, which is pretty standard procedure in most companies. Gabe had to come back out because my water heater was leaking, and I had no water in my bathroom, Gabe was told by his supervisor not to do it, and the costumer service was EXTREMELY rude and denied any responsibility despite the clogging being a direct consequence of the work they had done....the plumbers I worked with were nice as could be but the management and customer service are total garbage, stay away from this company.

Gordon was terrific and was super friendly! He performed a complete inspection and found the leak in a timely manner. He fixed it to my satisfaction in about a half hour after finding the leak. Great service.

Technicians on Wednesday was great however we were told after spending $179 that there is a 30 day guarantee however after only 1 1/2 days not fully unclogged and they arrive late today only to tell me no guarantee! Snappy came recommended by a friend that is a plumber but they will NEVER get my service again.

Now I have to pay emergency service to another company due to your unprofessional conduct when money is tight during this pandemic it is not time to ever take advantage of your customers!

I can't give enough positive feedback about the amazing experience that I had with Snappy! The team came out and fixed my leak the same day that I called their office and they left the work area clean when they left which is unfortunately not very common for service companies these days. Great first experience. To start with the told me their hourly rate, on the phone up front, so I knew what I was getting into. We guessed that it would take about an hour, so I had a general idea of the cost.

Their techs arrived on time, were super friendly and went right to work asking questions. They tried a few fixes, and it still wasn’t working, but none of us were sure why? Their 1 hour was up, and they went out and called their boss. I was nervous I was going to have to pay for the hour and not have a fix. The next thing I knew, they came back in with a camera line, checked it out, and it appears the camera line knocked out whatever little clog was left. They let me watch the camera come through the line and it was all clean. They tested it again, and it worked!

This added about 30 minutes, but it made me feel much better. Because they had quoted me an hour, that was all they had me pay. That’s the type of service I am looking for in a plumber. They spent their time to make it right, and I appreciate that.

I’m AMAZED at what I just saw! Snappy services just came out and replaced my toilet. I took my kid to school and left them their by themselves so they could replace the toilet, by the time I came back they’re done. I was only gone for like 10 minutes. Unbelievable. My husband tried to replace but failed horribly. What a disappointment he is. But I think this is a great company. They’re honest, licensed and amazing at what they do. I’m definitely going to keep in contact with them whenever I have plumbing issues!

This is the fastest service with a contractor I have ever received in my life. Matthew was the primary plumber but another technician was here as well but I did not catch his name. Matthew quickly isolated the problem, went to work fast, and overall did a great job. I am very happy with the level of service and speed.

I rent through Goal properties. They use Snappy Services for maintenance issues. I called because I had 2 leaking toilet. They called me to set an appointment. They called me 12 mins before they arrived. That was nice of them. I wasn6home but my family was. They replaced my flappers and seals inside of the tanks. I have not had any problems with their repairs. Looks like they did a great job. I will do a couple dye test just to make sure they stay not leaking

I work for a local Restoration company and we had Snappy Services come out to assist on a job where a pipe had cracked and released sewage into the crawl space. This instance was one where communication and flexibility with the plumber was very important for us and the homeowner. Snappy nailed it! They gave an accurate quote that we could quickly relay to the homeowner, they pivoted quickly as the project changed, and they did a great job fixing the issues. We will be working with them again!

5 stars for this company. Josiah helped us Sunday on the spot with the equipment he had to unclog our sewer. Unfortunately our problem was farther down than his equipment could reach to completely remedy the problem. I called Monday evening to have them come back out as we were still having slow drain problem in the bathtub. It wasn’t totally unexpected as Josiah had told me of the limitations of the equipment he had on hand at the time. New service call was scheduled for Tuesday morning between 8 and 10. Received a call at 9:00 that they would arrive in 30 minutes. Kyrel and Josiah promptly arrived and brought the bigger equipment and got through our sewer line all the way to the street and cleared the roots that were clogging the line. We ran faucets and the washer and bathtub and ensured the clog was gone. Beyond my expectations was the fact that they didn’t charge me again. This is an ethical professional company and their techs are polite, professional, capable and knowledgeable. I’d recommend them to anyone. Kudos to Kyrel and Josiah.

I am extremely happy with Snappy Services. I had found a gas leak within 3 days of moving into our rental and they came out to fix it. Their first go at it they realized pretty fast everything was going to need to be redone. Then my rental company tried to cancel their bid after all that work the first day but that was resolved all on their end they made sure the job was going to be finished and in a timely manner cause we have kids.
When they came back out they worked their tails off and all while my kids were running a muck. They gentlemen were kind and professional. When they went under the house they happen to see an issue with the sub pump and said i might want to make a work order for it. Now I would have never gone under there to find this out myself just out the blue. But they were under there, saw it and said something to me about it, even though my rental group seemed to be upset that they pointed this out to me and i am able to get it fixed now. That is just showing this is a great company with some down right honest employees. And they didn't tell me about the pump so that they could profit from doing the work in fact its a different company that's been sent to fix that issuse the next day. So they are just some honest hard working people and great around crazy in your way toddlers lol.... Thank you again and keep up the great work!!!

The guy that came to my house was so kind and non-judgmental. I explained that I had to have a leak because my water ticker thing outside kept going up and everything was off. He patiently walked me through possibilities, finally determining that my children had cracked part of the toilet allowing it to constantly leak and refill. Brett Stover was a godsend and I highly recommend asking for him by name! Pretty nice on the eyes as well....

My experience with Snappy was outstanding! I had a drain Line that needed replaced under my house I had many companies come out to place a bid and I felt like I was getting robbed with the prices. Snappy gave me a get price to get the job done. A crew came out to break the concrete up (Brett and Gordon) once they completed that two techs Chris, Alijah, and Tyler I believe came to get to work on the pipe. Once all was done Jose came out to lay the concrete back. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Snappy definitely made me happy!

We experienced water backing up into our bathtub on a Sunday morning. The water subsided but after lunch we were doing dishes and the water backed up again. The Snappy Services truck was across the street finishing up a job. I asked the technician Josiah Vanmeter if it would be possible to check our sewer line. He didn’t hesitate and called the company right away and they approved the job on the spot. He very quickly and professionally unclogged our sewer line, even doing it a second time when we sent water down the drain and it backed up again. Meanwhile he discussed the probable causes, services that the company had to remedy them and suggested a follow up to diagnose and prevent future problems. The rate was reasonable and it was a thoroughly professional job that solved our problem immediately and gave us confidence that we could trust this company to solve any future problems. Josiah’s professionalism convinced me that Snappy Services is a company I would highly recommend. We are highly satisfied customers.

Snappy services is the way to go if you want a company that makes your problem a priority. With a toddler in the house and no hot water Richard made it a priority to get to our house, after hours (10:00 p.m.) after a long day of being on call to fix the problem. I could not fix my water heater so I did what any other human being would do, I called a plumbing company, I called many and not one had an idea of what they were doing until I called the one and only Snappy services. They came out and fixed my water heater in a snap of a finger. This one guy just picked up the whole water heater by himself, it was like 200 pounds I was amazed, he was really strong and clearly worked out. He had glasses and basketball shorts if I remember correctly. But back to the topic, my hot water finally works! I recommend this plumbing company a thousand times more than the others that had no clue what they’re were doing...idiots, anyways they’re fast, affordable and have professional plumbers.

The company was hired to fix a clogged drain. The tech was unable to fixed the problem and left, saying he had other jobs to go to. I called and complained about having to pay full price for a drain that was still clogged. They said it wasn't their fault and blamed the pluming, then gave me a bid of $3,500.00 to fix the problem (clogged drain). Another plumbing company was called and unclogged the drain for $180.00. I have been using plumbing companies for many years on rental units and construction projects and would not use this company again or recommend them. I usually don't write company reviews, but when they said it would be $3,500.00 to fix a clogged drain that I had fixed for $180.00, I wanted to warn others to be careful when using this company.

Service was quick but I’m rather disappointed. I have Choice Warranty which charged me 65.00 minimum fee which I paid for Chris to come and tell me the tub drain needed replace which we already knew. Since my bad warranty service didn’t cover the drain, I was quoted 150.00 by Snappy to replace a tub drain. My tub assembly has all chrome and he put in a black one so it looks horrible. I sent a message to Chris and heard nothing back. So my take is the 65.00 minimum fee was NOT included in the cost of the 150.00 repairs I was quoted. I know paid 215.00 and the repairs are not even close to acceptable so I get to pay more to have Snappy’s work corrected since they will not respond to complaints or questions.

I needed the pilot light lit. They were on time. He said he lit it and we would have water in an hour. We didnt have hot water at all. I called first thing the next morning to see if he could come back. He said call the office. I called the office several times and never got an answer. I called technician back. He said he called office and told her about the problem. She said oh .They never came back. He took the 80 in cash. We didnt get a receipt. And it was suppose to be 75 dollars. He didnt have change. Basically we feel ripped off. We had to call another company to come out.

As I look through all the negative reviews I understand why the office staff and the manager is awful. They do not respond in a timely manner! The office staff that would answer the phone have to many emotions rather then getting your questions answered and getting business squared away. Probably doesn’t help that you have husband and wife working there. There may be one guy with 20 years experience but it’s not the guys that show to your home. I feel bad for the rental company’s as this business delivers a horrible experience to your tenants and basically rob you of your money.

Also most of the 5 star comments I can see them doing them selves more then there clients actually leaving the reviews. It is outrageous to see the business to allow the office staff to respond to a review. Your image is everything and it may be easy to take advantage of a rental company or maybe not the brightest people in this world. Respond to reviews and make an arguments for your self just shows your company is not experienced and Hands down unprofessional.

As my experience here has just begun and may take a while to get resolved. I don’t need to wait for a review to be left because ultimately I’m not paying for there service my rental company is; but I see how this company works and once in my own home I would never call this place. I would spend the money for professionals that schedule and follow up with you not make excuses or say we are waiting approval from your rental company ( when I had verification from my rental company that they approved there estimate already on two different occasions). At the end of the day how unprofessional you run the office will eventually cost you your business.

Do not use this company!!! They came out to unclog my kitchen drain, but they DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM AND THEY STILL CHARGED US THE FULL AMOUNT!! In the past when I dealt with other plumbing companies they would only charge me a service fee or trip charge because they couldn’t fix the problem!! That’s good business, but when you charge a customer full charge for a service that was not completed, then that’s just a rip-off!! I will definitely be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!!

Horrible company. They send teenage kids out to do jobs that are never completed or accurate. The wife of the owner is very petty, and foul mouthed. As an employer this company will steal money from your checks. Very unethical and unprofessional place. I would not recommend to my worst enemy. Oh, and don't be fooled by the five star reviews here, 90% of them are family members of Snappy owners and are 110% fake.

Edited on 3/28: My husband was not let go because of a failed drug test. My husband quit because he had money stolen from his paychecks. Which is why the Labor Board was involved, and you never replied because you knew you were in the wrong. Shall I post the emails from them for everyone to see? Beware, this comment from the wife of the owner only serves to prove how petty and unprofessional this company really can be. :) I also think you need to be worried about the people still employed, whose drug tests lit up like a Christmas tree, than being petty on a publicly shared review.

Unlucky for me, my home warranty company assigned my case to them and my issue is still not resolved (since May). I was given different information by various technicians and office staff. I was promised by the office manager that jetting my line would solve the flooding problem I was having (I was told the week before when it was scoped that I didn't need to jet it) and when the techs came out they jetted it and then told me there wasn't much in there to jet. So, why did I just pay to jet it? I inquired what the next step would be if there was still flooding and was met with a shrug from the technician. My basement is still flooding and I have followed up multiple times for a month attempting to get a refund and come to a resolution but no one has bothered to return my calls. Would not recommend!!!!

I had a simple shower handle repair that turned into needing to get into the wall...one issue then another...they ended up flooding my bathroom to the point it ran into the ceiling below. They didn't tell me they flooded the bathroom I found out from another house member. And they did not have a professional appearance. They looked liked ragged high school kids. They left my house without any running water. I called the office and told them not to come back. I called another another PROFESSIONAL company.

Absolutely aweful! They replaced our shower valve with materials not rated for plumbing and with temp fix parts. Cost us twice as much to get another plumber to come fix their work and they never answered the phone after service was done.

$800 for an hour of work that was not to code and stained the new tub black!

Wish I could give them zero stars. I was assigned to this company by my home warranty company. They claimed to come to my home and I was charged a fee but they never came. When I tried to call to fix it the lady said since it was my warranty company that charged the fee I had to take it up with them. They would not respond to the warranty company and the only reason I was charged the fee was because of their fraudulent claims. Stay away from this company absolute frauds.

I rent a property and snappy is a third party who is used for maintenance requests. As a renter, one the advantages is that we are not responsible for repairs such as this one. I had to follow up with them twice to get something scheduled. I then received a call from Stacy at Snappy who told me that Brad was off this week and was doing me a huge favor and that I needed to be sure to express my appreciation to him. Horrible customer service.

In regards to your response, I would be glad to review the call with you to confirm everything I stated is correct. Please let me know when you’re available to do that so I can help with your confusion. I notice a pattern of excuses in your responses to other poor reviews which only proves my point. Thank you!

I had previously replaced the piping under the bathroom sink, but could not stop it from leaking. So, I purchased a Groupon for Snappy Services LLC and called to schedule an appointment. It was explained to me during the call, that the Groupon would only cover the service fee and the woman went on about other deals I could've gotten if I hadn't already bought a Groupon. I then explained my situation with the bathroom sink. I stated that if they could repair what I did, that would be fine, but I'd prefer to replace the piping under the sink because what I had used was cheap and not functioning. We scheduled for Friday, because it was the only date that somebody would be home and I explained that it would be my adult children.

The next day, Thursday, I was at work and got a call from my daughter because the technician from Snappy Services was headed to my house, despite the fact that we had scheduled for Friday. I had to call them and let them know it was the wrong day. No big deal.

Friday came, the plumbers came to my house. I, again, was at work. The plumbers stayed less than an hour and ran the water in the sink. They stated that they re-aligned the piping and that there was no leak. They left, never once opening their toolbox.

When I arrived home from work, I ran the water in the bathroom. Upon looking, none of the piping had been replaced and low and behold... it still leaks. On Monday, I attempted to call and explain that nothing had been done, and the lady went on and on about the Groupon. And how the plumbers supposedly added plumbers tape and sealant, and that there must be a bigger issue.

I don't care about the Groupon. I had already spent the money. I wanted the piping under my sink replaced. I had left my debit card with my adult kids to pay for it, and had budgeted for the repair. I had asked for it to be redone, it still isn't fixed. They lost a paying customer because they assumed that someone who buys a Groupon is cheap. They assumed that I didn't have the money for their services because I tried to find a more cost effective way to do things. I never received a quote for replacement. And although the plumbers were kind, they did nothing. Literally just wasted my time.

Imagine, a day before one of the biggest cooking days (Thanksgiving) and guest coming in from out of town and the kitchen sink falls in and bends the pipes underneath. We were told that they couldn't get to us until Friday morning. They were short handed and all booked up for the day. With God, the staff and the great workers at Snappy, they came out later that afternoon and was able to fix the sink. I encourage everyone to be kind to one another and kindness is returned. I greatly appreciate them making an honest effort to make sure that we were taken care of today.

Incredible! We recently had a plumbing emergency and Snappy Services came to our rescue. Now when I say we had an emergency, I'm not talking about a leak in the basement... no, I'm taking about a sewage backup and our poop was EVERYWHERE!!! down the walls, on the carpet, in the kitchen cabinets, even our pantry. I am not 100% sure, but I think it may have even leaked into my wife's Reece's Puffs cereal, and by the time I realized it she was half way done and I didn't have the heart to tell her. I know I'm getting off track, but the guys at Snappy Services were amazing. They showed up within an hour of when I called, and got us taken care of for a very reasonable amount. Totally recommend!!

I was given the information for this Snappys from my rental property who I was already frustrated with. When I called, the woman who answered the phone took my misguided testyness like a pro. She Was able to get me scheduled for the next day but understanding my frustrations promised if something came open she would get me a technician. Had them there same day thanks to her. I got home late-ish from work and there was a god awful smell of sewer in all throughout the house and I immediately thought the worst (both damage and cost wise) The woman on the phone was very respectful and kind since she could probably tell how stressed I was. She gave the prices of what to expect up front so there was no surprise. She asked questions to make sure the technician had all the information before he arrived so he didn't spend all his time trying to figure out what it could be. The technician was very nice and respectful from start to finish. He was quick efficient, and clean with his work and I am thrilled that it wasn't as bad as I had thought.

I highly recommend this service if you need someone to fix your issue. They were quick from phone call to arrival so I wasn't waiting for hours with this horrible smell. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

Awful! I wish I could give them zero stars. They don't call to schedule times and just show up...terrible communication.They did a poor painting job and did a landscaping job that looks worse than what it originally was. They don't return phone calls, and I'm so upset with their services!! They send young kids out to do their work that have no idea what they are doing, and they leave crap behind (pop cans, old wood), and were 2.5 hours late for a job. I would never recommend them to anyone! I let my rental management company know I don't want to use them again in the future.

This company is a joke! They are used by our property management company and they have been out to our home at least 4 or 5 times for a window leak and it still leaks. They came out on Saturday for a garbage disposal issue and replaced the disposal and went to use it yesterday and it smoked. Called early in the afternoon to have them come out and said they couldn’t get to it. So we spent the evening with a backed up sink with a house full of kids. Then they gave us a 8am to 10am time window and was still almost 20 minutes late to the appt that they scheduled. This company is a joke and you should stay far far away from them. The two very young kids they sent on Saturday to fix our disposal had their pants to their knees and today now that they have finally shown up the guy brought his gf and I have to listen to very NOT LOVELY music from her cellphone. Then today they say they didn’t bring the right tools to fix it bc they thought it was a wiring issue. So now it will be another day before they can come out. RUN FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Terrible Customer Service. I purchased a Groupon for their service. The guy can out snaked my laundry drain did not test it. when I called back to ask if some one come out and diagnose the issue I was told it would be another service charge, they didn't by their work, and was promptly hung up on by the owner. The two guys were great at communicating ahead of arrival, showed up on time (even with a slight adjustment based on a last minute curveball I threw at them), were respectful of the house and property by wearing covers for their shoes, and quickly ran to the store to buy the parts needed and get them installed - all within an hour and with smiles the entire time.
