This is my first time ever leaving a review. I am so thankful for One Sources help at 4:30 am I had to share it. I woke to water coming from the kitchen upstairs through the lights in my downstairs bathroom. A pipe malfunctioned on the dishwasher and was flowing onto the kitchen floor and then flooding the kitchen. I frantically called 4 plumbers who said 24hr service but it turns out they just have an answering service and I was told someone would get back to me. No one did. The 5th company was One Source and he talked me through how to shut off the water which turns out to be pretty easy if you know where to look. I wasn't charged anything and it was just a very nice decent thing to do for someone at that ungodly hour in the morning. Thank you, Thank you!!

James and James installed an earthquake/seismic valve for my gas line on my home. We had a leak that was investigated 3 times previously!! No one would commit to say where it was coming from or to do the job until Alec came around. American Leak Detectors pointed at a certain area without guarantees. Thanks to this guy, we had the leak properly assessed, found and fixed. Great service, friendly and super efficient. O’Grady was great. They came in, did a thorough job. The work has held up. Had to replace pipes under my sink & rather than mess w having my landlord do a slapdash job, I called them— got a reasonable quote and work is done. I’d recommend them.

There are not enough good words I can say about Ben Jacobs plumbing!!! In those stormy crazy rainy days we had recently in Oakland our whole basement and crawl space was completely Flooded . Water started to accumulate every were to the point it's stated
To get scary I couldn't even see the wine bottles I had on there. And that's because our sump pump burned out cause it couldn't handle with this heavy rain . I called few companies on a Sunday noon but non of them responded . Ben Jacob answered ride a a way and was real Pleasent to talk with . I explained to him the problems and within 24 hours I had new pump installed and all water was gone .super responsive and and amazingly professional solved it super quick I will definitely recommend this company.
