Woke up to a plumbing issue that resulted in PGW cutting our gas off.. Called several plumbers who gave us ridiculous quotes just to come out and couldn’t come out right away.. A few hours later received a call back from Neill jr stating he just finished a job and could be right over. About 30 mins later the guys were at my door, they diagnosed the problem and 20 mins later it was fixed and the job was less than $300. We’re beyond satisfied and will be using again. I highly recommend their services.

Between Nick who talked me through a leak on Easter Sunday, Stan who diagnosed the problem and did the initial work to get the leak sorted and Roman and James who spent an entire weekend day replacing my water heater and expansion tank and resetting the entire system, great experience with everyone at this company. They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. Warren from Boss Plumbing was incredible- I can’t thank him enough - we had an emergency at 10PM on a Sunday night of all days where water was shooting out of the toilet shut off valve that broke off, and then our water valve to shut off the main water also broke off, water was everywhere. I called so many 24/7 hour plumbers in the area and no one was available for the day of until I called Warren- he picked up right away, asked for pictures of what happened, and was on his way in no time. He came and fixed everything we needed to have us back up and running and even went the extra mile to improve our one toilet shut off valve. I am so thankful for Boss Plumbing, they literally saved our night and peace of mind. Warren was so friendly and I highly recommend them for any plumbing need- I couldn’t be more thankful for the 24/7 availability on even a Sunday night where we were in a huge predicament. Tony was great. On time, professional and very easy to talk to. He actually did two jobs for me within a week. First, he unclogged a drain in the kitchen sink. A few days later, he returned to replace an old pipe which was not allowing the water to drain properly in the laundry room. Excellent work, excellent work ethic and fair prices. I'll be calling Tony again soon for my next plumbing job.

Had a wonderful experience with this plumbing company. They were responsive, we spoke on the phone, and I sent him photos of what needed to be done. He gave me a rough estimate that was better than another company that was recommended to me. He came out on a Sunday and his rates were REASONABLE!!!!! My new go to plumber!!!!

Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps). Anthony did an excellent job unclogging a sewage pump for me. If you don't know what a clogged sewage pump looks like, trust me you don't want to know.
