They were very prompt with my inquiry. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. They replaced both and came the same day to fix the garbage disposal and the next day for the faucet. They fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and cleaned up any mess they made afterwards. Bill with East Falls Plumbing and Heating was incredibly honest and helpful! I cannot thank him enough. I had a mysterious leak in the basement of my new home. I did my due diligence by calling several plumbers to try to find the source of the problem and get quotes to fix it. Some competitors had me hire a drain specialist and they convinced me I needed to tear up the basement and into the concreate outside to replace both sewer and storm lines.However, Bill was able to find the actual source of the leak which was that the pump for the air conditioner had been knocked out of place, and therefore causing the mysterious leak. Bill popped the pump back into place and told me to keep an eye on it, and if it dries up, that was the source of the leak. Sure enough, a couple days later it completely dried.Bill saved me from this stressful situation, not to mention thousands of dollars with his knowledge and honesty. Since he was just there to give me a quote on the project, he didn’t charge me. Do your homework and trust Bill at East Falls Plumbing and Heating!

Tony came in clutch when my house needed him most! I had a nasty hot water leak from the bathtub that got out of control and started leaking through the living room ceiling. Did a Google search for an emergency plumber and he had 200+ reviews so decided to take a chance with him. I am so glad that I did. My house is super old so the pipes are definitely not in the best condition. Tony listened to what the problem was and gave me a possible estimate over the phone. He was here in less than 2 hours to start on the repairs. He assessed the problem, got the tools from his truck and got right to work. When he found another problem, he talked to me about it before doing anything or purchasing any extra parts. The job ended up taking a lot longer than expected... like 6 hours long, again old house old pipes. He was a nice guy, super patient, non-judgmental and was determined to fix the leak that seemed to not want to be fixed. If you are having a plumbing emergency, Tony is definitely the guy to call! I no longer have water dripping through the ceiling in my living room and the weak water pressure that I have had for almost a year now has been fully restored to its former waterfall glory!!! My outdoor bib hose line had a burst pipe. I first tried another company in Fishtown, was put on a call back line, and after a week of no response, I called Economy. They immediately returned my calls and scheduled an appointment for the next week. The guys were on time and information. Easy fix for them and price was even less than what I expected. Will use again.

Spoke with Mr Thompson, and gave me sound advice on how to resolve my issue. He told he could not get to me the same day and offered a suggestion which corrected my problem. Now a days you normally get that type service. One thing I know for sure I will call Mr Thompson again when I have a plumbing project or issue to get resolved! Thanks Again!!!

I had a pretty bad plumbing situation in my guest house where my disabled father resides. Because it’s so difficult to get my father to the house and up stairs a began calling every plumber I could find. Andy’s Plumbing was the only one willing to squeeze me in last minute. I’m also in a very remote area so finding someone to even make the drive was difficult. He communicated well regarding arrival time, identified a few problems that caused the issue, gave me options and at no point did I feel he was being dishonest or trying to take advantage. He appeared genuinely concerned by my situation and ultimately fixed the problem. He went in to explain some very simple and not overly expensive ways I could make some changes to avoid future problems. All around great service. I would recommend Andy’s plumbing to anyone. Oh and I haven’t had an issue since. This review is nearly a month later so I’m confident he didn’t bandaid anything.

Bob came out this morning and I was 100% impressed. Bob was punctual, friendly, informative and best of all he corrected the problem with our faulty tub/shower line (he even fixed a cosmetic problem with ourfreakishly long toilet bolts and added cover caps).
