This company was responsive and their service call charge was reasonable. Our plumber Bob arrived within 45 minutes of my initial call, he was knowledgeable and professional. He was kind and explained everything to the 92 year old homeowner. I would definitely recommend this plumbing company.

I have the opportunity to encounter many contractors in my business and have used many plumbers over the years. Personal Plumbing & Drain are marked as preferred in my contact list and my most recent plumbing needs reminded why that is so. I had to leave a message but received a call back within a little over an hour (my limit for return calls from contractors). Roland came out, determined how to address the problem and did so efficiently. This plumbing issue was rather dirty, and he cleaned the area so thoroughly that I felt confident I did not need to clean again. Very satisfied with the customer service provided and work performed.

While I am not happy I had to have a flood and water leaks in my new home, I am glad I found a great plumber in the area who provides awesome service and quality work. I called Dennis Pratt Plumbing when I noticed a leak in my living room ceiling from the bathroom. They came out same day and diagnosed the problem, and came back the following Saturday morning to repair the problem. They two younger guys who came out did the repair quickly, and explained what caused the issue. They also cleaned up and assisted me in diagnosing another water issue with my basement. I went through quite a few different plumbing companies prior to reaching these guys, but I can say now with the excellent customer service and great work, these guys are honest and have my business for any future plumbing needs. They might not be the cheapest plumber, but what I have learned is, you get what you pay for. If you want it done right, and avoid future problems, this is the place to go. HIGHLY recommend if you're in need of a plumber!

Highly recommend!!!I had a kitchen plumbing clog on the day of a Home warming party, that my husband could not fix himself. We called several plumbing companies in the area, but only Plumbing N Things were available fast enough to make it before our party. The tech arrived very fast and fixed the clog in no time. The price was very affordable and overall experience with the company is great!

We used Philadelphia Plumbing Services to redo all of the plumbing and gas lines in our house. They did an amazing job removing the old pipes and cast drain and replacing everything with excellent copper work. Update 11/1/2022:I had a small claims court settlement with Bobby, and he agreed to return a portion of my deposit. He also apologized profusely at the time about not finishing the work. Since then the deadline has gone past and he never sent the check as he promised and stopped answering. I would say I'm surprised but I experience that once already. Yet one more example of how untrustworthy and unreliable he is.Original:I hired Bobby to do a full water service (replacing the lead water supply line from the street) because he seemed to be a down to earth hard working honest guy in person. Boy was I wrong. After we signed the contract and I gaved him the deposit, he took couple months to get the permits and start working. May be that was due to the city, but on the day he finally came to do the job, he stopped working in the middle claiming the weather was too hot to finish. He just covered the street hole with a steel plate and left. It has now been 3 weeks later and he still hasn't came by to finish. During this time, he would promise to finish the job on a certain day even confirming it the day before, then just don't show up and ignore all calls. Unbelieveable! He wasn't even willing to just get on a call and give a straight answer. I couldn't believe how unreliable and untrustworthy he turn out to be. Stay away!!!
