Another quality job completed. I had a upstairs tub leaking water through to my kitchen ceiling. I could not find the source and a contractor that looked at it couldn't either. Joseph's was able to find the source right away and show it to me through the access panel for the tub. They were able to perform the work sooner than originally scheduled. Since the the access panel was not standard and only provided limited access to the tub they expected that a carpenter would need to be brought in to expand it. However, they were able to add a second panel below the original and save me several hundred dollars on the job. The crew was courteous and the work was done neatly and cleanly at a fair price. I have the opportunity to encounter many contractors in my business and have used many plumbers over the years. Personal Plumbing & Drain are marked as preferred in my contact list and my most recent plumbing needs reminded why that is so. I had to leave a message but received a call back within a little over an hour (my limit for return calls from contractors). Roland came out, determined how to address the problem and did so efficiently. This plumbing issue was rather dirty, and he cleaned the area so thoroughly that I felt confident I did not need to clean again. Very satisfied with the customer service provided and work performed.

Found out last night that our water tank went. Dennis was the first plumber to return my call and came out within a couple hours and this is huge especially when you have no hot water. The guys were extremely polite and got the job done quickly and neatly. I DEFINITELY will recommend Dennis Pratt in the future. Give him a call and you won’t be disappointed that you did!!!!!!

I called Mr. Boyd to unclog my main sewer line first thing Monday morning. He was out within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating and his price was fair. I would definitely use this service again.

Really happy I found Philadelphia Plumbing Services. After the combined sewer backed up into my basement during a heavy rain for the second time in a month, I reached out to see if they could come up with a solution for me. They were easy to schedule and showed up when they said they would. Julio assessed my current setup & explained his solution, potential issues he might encounter, the amount of time it was likely to take, and estimated the final cost. After that, he and his partner got straight to work. It took about 4 hours for them to excavate the section of my old drain pipe & replace it along with a new access port that contained a backwater valve to prevent wastewater from rushing into my house during heavy rains. While they were at it, they also replaced my sink connection & gave me a new laundry connection (which I hadn’t requested but 100% needed.) Midway through the job, Julio called me down to provide me with info that he correctly thought I’d want to know. When the job was complete, all the debris was removed & the site was left in a really clean condition. Across the board, my experience with Philadelphia Plumbing Services was positive. I feel confident the job was done well, it was completed efficiently and with minimal disruption to my daily life, and was completed at a transparent & reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to a friend & will be a return customer.

He kept in touch, explained everything, provided expert advice, and was always available for questions. The service he provided was simply outstanding, and he completed the work on time and on budget. The entire experience was flawless, as is my new bathroom! Mr. DeLuca is dedicated and takes great pride in his work. He installed new walls, ceramic tile, exhaust fan, lighting, vanity, toilet, faucets, shelves, towel bars, floor, and created a custom shower. He took a personal interest in the bathroom; he even helped me put up the shower curtain! He wanted it to not only be functional, he wanted it to be beautiful – and it is!
