We've been using Boss for a while now. They are the only ones we trust. They are friendly, professional, and good at what they do.We even used their services to repair some plumbing at my grandparents house and they would take the time to explain to them what needed to be done and why. Our most recent call was to fix some corroded pipes so our new washer could be hooked up. As soon as I sent some pics of the pipes he sent me an estimate and showed up within in an hour of us confirming. It's hard to know who to trust with your home but we feel comfortable with Boss.

I highly recommend Boss Plumbing! Warren, the owner, and his team member DJ came out late on a Friday night to unclog our main drain ahead of some rain storms. They were professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. Warren even took the time to explain the issue to us and give us some helpful tips to prevent future clogs. DJ was also very friendly and courteous throughout the process. We were very impressed with their service and will definitely be using Boss Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs in the future. I have used Boss Plumbing a handful of times over the last 3 years. Warren and his team replaced out main sewer line, added an access port, installed a faucet/vanity, fixed a bathroom pipe, and a bunch of other work I can't remember. Just today 12/22 with my entire extended family over for Christmas weekend I had a pipe leak requiring shutting off the water to the house. Warren squeezed me in and quite literally saved Christmas. Boss plumbing is professional, prompt, trust-worthy, and deserves your business if you want honest work.

Warren and his crew are second to none. We had a toilet back up on Friday night and then I noticed a leak in the old, original cast iron sewage pipe. After making a number of calls for middle of the night plumbing service, Warren was the sole person to call me back. I am so happy he did. His team came out to diagnose the issue. Every step of the way, they explained what they were doing and what problems they found. Even when it came down to shock that the entire line (from curb to the middle of my house) had to be replaced, Warren assured that he would take care of us and get it fixed. Fast forward two days later, Warren had a team of five (including himself) out here at 7:30 and they are just now filling in the holes at 23:00. They removed and replaced the storm and sewage lines in a day. Read that again. A single day. Not a shoddy rush job. Consistent, great work.This is how you earn customers for life. Boss Plumbing came out to repair 2 sink leaks. They did so in a timely manner. No complaints from the residents except the guys could've been more clean. The job was reasonably priced with a warranty on the work. What I like most about the company is their commitment to getting better by being open to client feedback. I plan to use them again in the future.

When I first contacted Boss plumbing, Warren left me his number and as soon as I called he picked up immediately. He asked for photos of my gas leak issue and was able to fit us into his weekend schedule. He’s very courteous and you can tell from speaking with him that he is professional and cares about client service. Hope to use him again for my future plumbing and heating needs.

I had a very wonderful experience using Boss Plumbing. Warren was amazing, friendly and very professional . He responded quick during all communication. He was knowledgable and very detailed in explaining everything that I had issues with. I called bc I had a leak with my boiler and he detected other things that I was wasn’t aware of. Warren has saved my house from water damage more than once and on very short notice. I’ve spoken to professional plumbers and told them the cost of his services and they have been blown away by how fair his pricing is. As long as I’m a home owner, I need Warren in my life. He’s trustworthy, reliable, kind and generous with his time and skill set. He even helped me make a decision on a home based on his plumbing expertise when I went through inspection. As of yesterday he saved my basement from flooding and my home from not having water for the holiday weekend. If you’re on the fence, I suggest just calling him.

When I first walked into my new house, I discovered my kitchen was completely flooded. In a panic and having never dealt with any kind of plumbing emergency, I called Boss Plumbing and asked for emergency help. The guy on the phone calmly talked me through my issue even though he was at a funeral!!! I couldn't believe the conscientiousness on their part--despite the seriousness of what was happening at my house, it pales in comparison to the death of a loved one, so I'm incredibly grateful that Boss Plumbing took some time to make sure I was able to stop the flooding of my kitchen. In the end, I had to go with an appliance repair technician as it was a problem inside my refrigerator, but if I hadn't talked to these guys, I don't know how long the fridge would have continued gushing water all over my new house.

I was very happy with the job Warren and DJ did to install our little cold water faucet. The faucet was a little out of the ordinary, but they figured out what needed to be done and were done relatively quickly. This was after another plumber came out and said that they would need to do extra work with extra parts in order to install it, and gave us an much larger estimate.Warren let DJ do the work, but he was patient and guided him through the process.I had reached out previously to Warren with another tiny project and he honestly told me that it was simple enough to do on my own, saving me hundreds of $.Happy to know there is a plumber out there that you can trust!

We had a major issue with a plumbing leak late on a Friday night that was flooding our kitchen. They made it a priority to come out within the hour when no other plumbers would. They quickly isolated and addressed the issue. They were very friendly and professional. I can't recommend them enough!

I have 11 people at my house for the holidays... and we had a backup in the basement. Boss Plumbing answered right away and was at my house within a couple hours (after another plumber told me they weren't available for 2 more days). They took the time to come up with the best solution and we are back in business! Very friendly and professional.

So, Boss Plumbing hasn’t actually come out to my house, but I did work with Warren (on a Saturday!) to have them come out for flooding in my basement from the water line. I had an appointment with a different large company on Sunday morning that I was able to cancel if I found someone on Saturday.I preferred a smaller, family-owned business and found glowing reviews on both Google and Yelp for Warren and Boss Plumbing. I called and he was able to get some of his plumbers to come out within a couple of hours, which was very impressive. However, before they arrived, a field assessor from the large company I had an appt with on Sunday spontaneously showed up before Warren’s staff arrived, and just kind of took over the situation, in a way that I probably needed as a new home owner. I had to cancel on Warren, which I feel terrible about (I was also having some technical difficulties with the invoice for Boss).However, if I am unfortunate enough to need an emergency plumber again (or for plumbing in general) I will definitely call Boss Plumbing, and I highly recommend Warren for his responsiveness, especially on a Saturday, and at a time when it seemed like there were plumbing emergencies all over the city to deal with.

Boss Plumbing was amazing. Warren came and did the job in the same day. his pricing was extremely reasonable! I plan on using him again for all of my plumbing needs.I even had a issue after he left, and he was more than willing to help me out even though technically the job was done.I wholeheartedly recommend Boss Plumbing. I might add that the estimate and payments were very easy to work out, no hidden fees. He quotes you what it will cost and then gets after it.When I go tankless in a year, there is no one else I would contract with.

I called Boss plumbing came a lil earlier than appointment time that was great especially they cleaned the drain I got instant results and he also educated me some preventative measures as well I do recommend them and will use Boss plumbing in the future

Warren from Boss Plumbing was incredible- I can’t thank him enough - we had an emergency at 10PM on a Sunday night of all days where water was shooting out of the toilet shut off valve that broke off, and then our water valve to shut off the main water also broke off, water was everywhere. I called so many 24/7 hour plumbers in the area and no one was available for the day of until I called Warren- he picked up right away, asked for pictures of what happened, and was on his way in no time. He came and fixed everything we needed to have us back up and running and even went the extra mile to improve our one toilet shut off valve. I am so thankful for Boss Plumbing, they literally saved our night and peace of mind. Warren was so friendly and I highly recommend them for any plumbing need- I couldn’t be more thankful for the 24/7 availability on even a Sunday night where we were in a huge predicament. I am recommending them to everyone I know!

Warren and his team are terrific! I have been searching for years for a plumber that I would recommend without hesitation, and finally found it at Boss Plumbing. So far, Warren & co have fixed a valve another plumber didn't want to touch, assessed and identified small leaks that were making a big mess (and of course repaired them), installed a new sink and faucet (including some retrofitting) and did it all with a wonderful blend of expertise and good humor. It was a pleasure having them in my home, and I would trust Warren to professionally tackle any plumbing-related job.

I had a 15 year old water heater which was operating just fine, however knew that I would have to replace it soon. Hearing that there have been longer than usual lead times to get a new water heater in, I decided to give Warren a call at Boss Plumbing. He told me that he could come do the replacement 2 days later. Warren and DJ installed the new water heater and took away the old one, all in a matter of 2 hours. I'll definitely be using Warren for any future plumbing needs!

Professional, and timely. I had them in for an emergency water heater replacement, took 3 hours from my first phone call - on a Sunday. I cannot say enough about the excellent work.

I can't say enough about how responsive Warren was. I called him at 930 pm on a Saturday night in a pretty desperate state, he explained to me what he thought the problem was and was out on Sunday morning to fix it. Warren and the person with him (who I think was JP) went above and beyond to take care of the problem, explaining everything to me at every step of the way. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! It’s really hard to find a good plumber and believe me I’ve had some bad experiences in the past. But the guys at Boss Plumbing and Heating were great! I needed a part of my gas line connecting to my stove replaced and repositioned because it was leaky and didn’t allow my new stove to fit correctly against the wall. They responded quickly and got the job in one day. The work they provided was high quality and I am very happy with the results. I will definitely be calling them from now on for all of my future plumbing and heating needs.

SAVED ME HUNDREDS!! Had a shut off valve in my basement start to leak pretty steadily on a Sunday afternoon, called Warren to see if he could come out and fix it. After explaining my problem, he had me FaceTime him so he could see what was up. He told me how to fix the problem which basically came down to tightening down one nut on the valve, boom. Problem solved. Sent him some cash via Venmo as a thank you, wanted to come and leave him a great review. Thank you for your help, I will call you again if I ever have another plumbing issue!!

After contacting two other plumbers without success. Boss plumbing were able to come out A.S.A.P. Warren & his partner were professional and knowledgeable in what I needed for my basement and outside drain. He also referred me to another company for something else that needed to be done in my basement.

I had a massive emergency late night with water gushing out of my toilet supply line and not only would the valve behind the toilet not turn off nor would my main water shutoff valve. The basement was already flooded so I proceeded to call several so-called emergency 24 hr plumbers either they would not answer or they claimed there was no one working in my service area. At a last ditch attempt I called Boss plumbing and he answered right away, but unfortunately he said that he had just sent his emergency plumber out to a job. I must have sounded so exasperated that he said I'll come myself. Not only did he come exactly when he said he would he stayed in touch en route. He turned the water off in 3 seconds and fixed the issue quickly. Now don't get me wrong this wasn't cheap but money isn't an issue when you have gallons of water pouring into your finished basement the cost to fix that is exponentially higher if I couldn't find someone. Secondly, the next day I texted him to ask for a receipt and once agin he got right back to me and said he would email it. To sum it up Boss plumbing has A++ customer service and professionalism and that's hard to find in this type of industry. Lastly, they also do what they advertise which is emergency plumbing whereas I'd called several that advertised open 24 hrs but didn't even bother to answer. If you ever have an emergency or just any plumbing issue these are your guys

Steve and his crew are the best, they got me out of a real tight spot, I am in Calgary and my rental house had a water leak while it was -1000. He shuffled some people around and had someone there within the hour, totally crushed it, 100% would recommend and use again.
