I needed to replace my Heating and HVAC as the vents seemed clogged and had an odor when I turned them on each season. Stan came out and took his time explaining the procedure and the necessary repairs needed in terminology that I could understand. On the scheduled date Borys and James impressively arrived on time and immediately began work. During the job they came across a truly horrific obstacle in which they were very professional in removing. They made me feel very comfortable and confident in this decision I made to have this work done. Not only were they very professional, they cleaned up after themselves and left the area better than they found it. I am very pleased with their services. Thank you Crystal for your patience also in assisting me in my multiple calls prior to contracting you guys. Goodman is the best!

I had a great experience with Goodman Plumbing. I called to make an appointment to have my water heater examined due to some noises it was making. Right away, the person who answered the phone was professional and courteous, and helped me make an appointment for a convenient time. When Sean arrived at my home, we discussed my concerns regarding the hot water heater, and came to the mutual conclusion that the best course of action was to replace it. I also asked Sean for estimates for replacing two water valves in my home. The entire experience was exceptional: not only was Sean courteous and professional, but he took the time to listen to my questions and concerns, and answered them with expert insight. That really put my mind at ease, and I found the estimate to be very fair. We scheduled the work to take place two days later.On the day of the installation, I had the pleasure of meeting Tom. Like Sean, Tom was exceptionally courteous and professional, and answered all of my questions with the same care and insight. I am very impressed by the quality of the work they performed. From the bright copper pipe, to the neat and clean solder joints, it truly looks like a work of art.I am so happy I have found Goodman Plumbing. Without question, they have earned my trust and my future business.

We have been using Goodman Plumbing for over 8 years. Every single visit we have had has been professional, competent and efficient. All of their plumbers have been knowledgeable and helpful. Recently, we had Bill S. come to help with a toilet tank and handle issue. Bill was very professional, took the time needed to diagnose and repair our toilet. What we like about Goodman is their follow through - if there is ever a part that needs to be ordered, they are up front about the needs and follow up as soon as they are able. I highly recommend!

Goodman Plumbing is excellent. We originally called them to vet a potential water heater leak before leaving on vacation (wasn't leaking thankfully). We contracted them again to remove and replace our old waterheater with a new efficiency model.Their pricing is really reasonable for the quality of work, and they're up front if there are any surprises that change the quote. In my case, we had to run additional piping to install a new drain, which added a bit to the total.The work they did was excellent. Everything was super clean and you wouldn't have known everything wasn't already piped the way it was. Would hire again.Oh and they can schedule you really quickly. For the emergency water leak check, they came the morning after we called. For the water heater install, we were able to schedule under a week from requesting.

We had a water heater fail on us over Easter and Nick was kind enough to call us during the holiday to help triage the problem. Then he then arrived first thing the next morning and efficiently removed and installed a new heater. He was happy to show me the results of the installation and go through any minor changes to the functionality of the new water heater. One of the better experiences I've had with a plumbing company and I will be happy to recommend Goodman and use them in the future.

My husband & I highly recommend Goodman Plumbing. We very recently had a major plumbing problem that involved our basement & outside sidewalk being dug up. The crew from Goodman, especially Zach & Derek, we're excellent. They were courteous, friendly & knowledgeable. They covered everything in plastic & did a good job of cleaning up.

I've used Goodman several times and they are always reliable, responsive, and very professional. Today Sean D was my plumber and he was particularly helpful, taking the time to explain everything he was doing, how the problem started, and how to prevent it in the future. This style of service is top tier and gives me confidence in the repair and confidence for me to recommend them to my neighbors.

Nick came out to give us an estimate last week and we had him come out this week to complete it (we needed a new shut off valve for the gas line). He was knowledgeable, professional, and got us a good price. We are very satisfied with the work he did and would recommend this company; they come out quickly, get the job done fast, and are responsive to customers needs.

Outstanding service we called Goodman on a Sunday and they were out in 30 minutes. Nick H was awesome very friendly and outgoing and he explained everything and gave us a great price. Called due to loss of hot water in our house. They called right back and were able to send someone out the same morning. Nick came in, was professional and explained what was wrong and what the options were. Once I made the decision he was able to install a new hot water heater and was done before lunch. He explained the new hot water heater and what to expect immediately after. Nick was great we would definitely use Goodman again.

Zach and Brandon did a great job fixing my leaking cast iron sewage pipe! They also noticed the smell of natural gas and were able to isolate the leak and fix it same day for a small extra fee. They were very polite and great to deal with! This is a great company who also installed a tankless water heater and fixed a sink drain. They are always responsive and do great work: it is rare to find such a good company

A year ago I had a hot water heater installed by another company; they did a terrible job and ultimately cost me thousands of dollars. This Saturday, the water heater made a sound so explosive it sounded like a bomb. I went downstairs and saw that this explosion actually blew the control panel door off of the water heater. Concerned that it might literally explode, I called Goodman Plumbing as they had come to the rescue previously when this horribly installed appliance left me without hot water for five days.It took less than five minutes - literally - from the time I made the call to when Sean, one of Goodman's skilled plumbers, made it to my house. Less than five minutes on a Saturday to respond to a call. He went over everything, made sure the device would be safe and pointed out the dangerous way the water heater had been connected to the main heating source. He was the third person to do this, so it wasn't about a sale. We agreed that this water heater would remain problematic and never allow me more than a few weeks' peace and that it was better to install another one, which he was prepared to do the very next day, even though it was a Sunday. He actually came with a team on Monday afternoon, so I could still put in a full day of work. Even an amateur like me can tell how much more workmanship went into the installation - and for less money than the original water heater cost.Sean made sure I understood everything about how the heater was installed and how to work it. He taught me how to safely turn off the gas if I ever felt there could be a problem. He explained the process and didn't leave until I understood what had been done. In short, he treated me like a valued customer, and more importantly, a valued person. Everyone I have met from Goodman Plumbing has been caring, respectful and supremely competent. They have responded quickly to my concerns. Sean is the latest among this amazing team to demonstrate what real professionalism looks like and I am truly appreciative.

Roman came out on an emergency basis to handle water flooding into my basement. He came in the evening, handled stopping the leak, and then came out the next day to do the repair. He was on time and did a terrific job. I have used Goodman a number of times over the years and am always happy.

1st was the call I made and spoke to customer service. I was thinking great start. The guy came out to give estimates and the price was reasonable. I needed my pipe replaced so I can was clothes. I swear in 30min I had new pipe, things cleaned up, paid by check, and signed the receipt. I am forever a customer if I had any plumbing problems. I told all my peeps we got a legit plumber now. I recommend them to any1. I told the plumber he was the truth. Straight business and no nonsense ?. ? I love it. Great service

Nick was an outstanding plumber and guided us through this process. He also went above and beyond helping us with this situation that we’ve been in before. Was always polite. And explained things that were happening. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

Goodmans originally came out in November to clear a clogged drain line. Within in 2 months they came back out to fix it again gratis. There was hole in the main drain stack line. This was the source of the flooding in basement. They immediately came to evaluate it and st up time to repair, while making sure the clamp would hold until then.Zack came out today and was able to repair the pipes in 30 min.Nick was super responsive was I was concerned that the drain kept clogging and didn’t hand off the ticket until he was sure I was satisfied. Thank you to all the employees at Goodman! Highly recommend.

Today is December 23rd, 2022 …. The day before Christmas Eve. We have 4 kids … I woke up to our hot water heater busted and leaking everywhere. Called this company and I’m so thankful they had time to get us taken care of !Zack came out within 2 hours of me calling and took care of everything !The whole thing had to be replaced and he took care of it without a problem the day before Christmas Eve. ???He assured us that the old machine lasted longer than most do and it would be a quick fix. We appreciate him so much !!!!Thank you for saving us out of what we thought would be a huge problem.

Amazing job and fair price! I double checked prices with other companies which this company was 3rd to check but should’ve been 1st! They were fast and sufficient and knowledgeable with my needs. I’m now in comfort thanks to them. Btw i had an old heater that was over 25yrs old but they managed it.

I’ve used Goodman for about 3 years now and always have a pleasant experience. Today, Zac replaced a 4” PVC pipe that had been leaking for a few months. He arrived promptly, is very professional, and finished the job in under 2 hours (including a trip for supplies!). I highly recommend Zac and the company and will certainly work with them again for future plumbing needs.

Had a leak in our basement and water was everywhere. They sent someone over 30 minutes after I called. Zac was super helpful and did a fantastic job fixing the issue and cleaning up everything. Would highly recommend.

The first plumber (Jeff) that came out to the house had a nasty attitude and I’ indirectly was asking for More money than was agreed upon. The second, had a better attitude but Still was trying to get more money from us and as you can see by the photo he came into our Home with a GUN!

We called Goodman, to service our heater. James our technician, was prompt. (Even early). He took his time to diagnose our problem. As my husband suspected, it was a thermocoupliin. Five Star rating! James, also installed carbon monoxide detectors,, a complimentary service from the company! James also noted our very old hot water heater, which we will be replacing it soon. He gave us an estmate. Hopefully, James will be our tech again in the near future! Good work, James! also,explained everything as he went about the repair.

Nick was awesome! Came out right at 8am and removed and installed a new water heater incredibly quickly and efficiently. He also was great with my dog, who kept trying to get in his way. Thanks again!

Nick from Goodman was amazing! He showed up on time and fixed everything quickly and skillfully. He was really personable and talked us through what he was doing and how to proceed in the future. The price was fair and his service was fantastic.

I had a problem with my toilet forever and previously had called a company who said they’d fix it but the same thing happened again month later. The people working at this company care so much and came RIGHT AWAY to fix the problem. I had a guy named Shane I think and he was so professional and fast, plus took great care to clean the area he was working when he finished. Not “Good” - man, more like GREAT-man!

I am writing this review for my mother, Jane Bradin. She just had Zac and Brand in her home to replace a sewer line. She was very happy with them and their work. They were polite, on time, very professional. When the drain from her tub fell out while they were fixing the sewer line, they gave her the option to just re install the old one or replace with a new one. They replaced it for her even though it would add time to an already long day. They cleaned everything up after themselves. She would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

I just took a hot shower. As mundane as some might consider this, it was a Thanksgiving Eve miracle to me. My hot water heater has been completely down since last Saturday (and on the fritz nearly a week before that). This heater is exactly one year old, but it has given me trouble for as long as I've had it and the contractor who installed it was not willing to take responsibility for its many problems. In desperation, I called Goodman Plumbing, remembering them from a job they did for me more than 10 years ago. I called on a Saturday afternoon and Zack was there early the next morning, working on a Sunday and going out of his way to accommodate my schedule. The part he needed to fix it wasn't available (it being Sunday), but he pushed hard to have someone come out again the next day, timing the appointment for when I would get out of work. That technician, Shane, was just as empathetic and kind and competent. After fixing the unit itself, he realized the gas pressure was low overall, in not only the water heater, but the furnace and the stove. He told me how to get in touch with PGW so someone could come out to fix it. He even called me the next day to make sure PGW had come out. The PGW supervisor was so impressed that Shane diagnosed the problem (or part of it; read on). Three teams of PGW folks and a new gas line later, my heater and stove were working better than ever, but even with renewed adequate gas pressure, the pilot on the water heater wouldn't work. I called Shane, who finished the job he was working on and at past 4 PM on the day before Thanksgiving, when he could have shrugged it off, came right to the house and pulled apart the fuel valve (gas valve?). He eventually saw the back half of it was faulty and he was able to replace it with a spare he had been keeping just in case. He also installed a free CO2 detector. As far as I'm concerned, he is a plumbing Superman and I am forever in his debt. Because of him, not only can I enjoy the luxury of a hot shower, but I can do my dishes so that I can use them to finish cooking Thanksgiving dinner. Between Shane and Zack, it is obvious that Goodman Plumbing is the best contractor of its type in Philadelphia and they will have lifetime customers in myself and my extended family.

I can not recommend Goodman enough. Had an issue with my water heater at 9pm in the evening and a representative was there to pick up the phone and schedule my appt for the next day between 8am-12pm. Sean D and Zac showed up better than promptly… arrived before 8! There were issues with sizing and valves/piping with the new unit. Sean walked thru it all and explained what needed to be done and did it. It was not the easiest job but they handled it above expectations. Cost was reasonable as well. I will def be using them again if needed. Hopefully they are all as good as Sean and Zac! You have a plumbing issue? Use Goodman!

This is a very long over due review.... had plumbing issues on Christmas morning and called around for help but no one answered. No one BUT goodman! Basically the shower faucet was dripping for awhile and I ignored it but on Christmas morning it started running (even though the know was turned off) a lot! Someone at goodman called me back on how to turn the water boiler off since only the hot was running. Then came out the next day to give me a quote and started the repairs a couple of days later. Shawn the tech was super nice and friendly. Great taste in background music and always gave me a heads up when something might get loud. He didn't mind my mom watching at all which was nice. (She loves to watch and learn). She also commented at the end that she has never seen such good plumbing work on our pipes (installed a valve and replaced the old shower faucets). That itself exceeds 5 stars as its very difficult to please her! Will use goodman again! Thank you goodman for taking my call 1 am Christmas morning and thank you Shawn for fixing the pipes!

We needed emergency service for a flood caused by a ruptured water heater. Immediate response with prompt replacement. Nick was professional and friendly. He even addressed a separate minor problem while he was there. I highly recommend them.

I have been using Goodman plumbing for years and I am always satisfied with their work. They clean up after each job and are always professional. Their workers are knowledgeable and answered all my questions I had regarding my new furnace for my home.

Scam artists. I called about clogs in my bathtub and my sink. They did a visual inspection, used their fingers to pull a couple hairs out of my bathtub drain, and then tried to charge me $180. I called the service office and they lowered the charge to $125 but it was still a complete scam. They refused to snake the drain or do anything else. I pull the hair out of the drain myself every time I take a shower. My fiancé showed them a reverse osmosis machine that he wanted to install in the kitchen sink and they said they have no idea who to install pipes. Umm aren’t you supposed to be plumbers??

Excellent professional service. They were on their way within an hour after I called about my water heater problem. Zac left the place cleaner than he found it and answered all my questions. Great job!

Nick was awesome! Replaced my water supply lines that were leaking. Quality work! Arrived earlier than the scheduled time and was able to get everything done! Called me 30 minutes prior to arrival time! Great job overall!

After Goodman plumbing came out and cleaned out the tree roots from my sewer line, they found the line in the street to be cracked. They submitted a video to my township of the problem. Thanks to Mike. The township repaired the sewer line in the street. Mike and his crew were very professional and responsed to my phone calls in a timely matter. I would absolutely recommend them.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Zack was the plumber who installed my water heater. Very professional and friendly guy. Did great work. It's hard to find a company you can trust. This is it.

Nothing but good things to say about Goodman. Between Nick who talked me through a leak on Easter Sunday, Stan who diagnosed the problem and did the initial work to get the leak sorted and Roman and James who spent an entire weekend day replacing my water heater and expansion tank and resetting the entire system, great experience with everyone at this company.
