Nick came out to give us an estimate last week and we had him come out this week to complete it (we needed a new shut off valve for the gas line). He was knowledgeable, professional, and got us a good price. We are very satisfied with the work he did and would recommend this company; they come out quickly, get the job done fast, and are responsive to customers needs.

They responded to my inquiry promptly and replaced the garbage disposal same day and will be back for replacing the faucet as well. they did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs a new disposal and have it done professionally and correctly.

I had a pipe burst in a poorly installed wet bar sink left by my home's previous owner. My HVAC company wasn't licensed to repair it. Due to other old valves in the house I couldn't stop the leak without shutting off my steam heat boiler. Plumbers my HVAC people recommended either didn't return the call, or flat out refused to cross City Ave. to do the job. I live near Montgomery County, PA. I've had many contractors refuse to come two blocks into the city. Ifixdit Plumbing, busy on jobs, called back in less than 15 minutes, was at my house in 24 hours, repaired the leak by cutting out the sink and capping the pipes at my request. Also replaced the two bad valves that forced me to shut off my heat. My new go-to guys!

What a rare treat: a fully honest and forthcoming plumbing & heating contractor who actually managed to convince me that spending on a new high-efficiency hydronic boiler (to replace an inoperable 35+ yr. old Weil-McLain) would be a waste. Their tech arrived promptly and, rather than up-sell us (as other contractors had), he quietly replaced a few parts to service and repair the existing unit. He had the system back up and running perfectly after a mere .5 hr. Nice, pleasant and informative experience that saved us thousands, so we are immensely pleased with the quality of service from Thompson Plumbing and Heating.

These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak. Turner Brothers came to the rescue when my new home was broken into and all the copper pipes were stolen for scrap money. After comparing prices from two other plumbers, Turner Bro's returned the most reasonable. Not only did Brian come out the same day, he and his associate also gave up their evenings from 7-10 pm to make sure we had running water again knowing that they had no other availability during the week. Their work was neat, everything is mostly functioning as it should, and I can't thank these guys enough!

I call them and ask about estimate for AC and plumbing for. Ladie in the office tell me estimate is free. Alright. We scheduled apoiment for the next day. They newer show up. After this some guy call me and start explaining that he will not waste his time and estimate is not free.
