My nearly 20 year old water heater quit on a Saturday. From the looks of things it was worse than needing a fix. I reached out to several EMERGENCY plumbers and IFixedIt was immediately responsive from the phone call to arrival. The owner, Tony, assessed the problem and confirmed the water heater needed to be replaced. He also addressed additional concerns regarding the water pipes, gas line, and the exhaust all VERY important. He explained in depth what needed to be done, discussed options, and how long it would take. Within 24 hours IFixedIt fixed it! Yes!!!! On a weekend. Installation of the new one and removal of the old one. Remedied the safety concerns and absolutely DID NOT leave a mess. I had a frost free spigot break on me in the wall with no local shutoff, and Tony came out and diagnosed the problem for me right away. It wasn't trivial since we couldn't find the shutoff (turns out there isn't one!).Tony was so professional, easy to communicate with, and does excellent work. My water heater broke....again on Christmas Eve. Alot of so called 24/7 businesses would not come out. I called Tony who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He held my hand throughout the entire process of purchasing and installing my new hot water heater!!! As a new homeowner, I learned a lot from Tony and he will be my only plumber from now on! Honest, trustworthy, professional, responsive and on time!!!

Sewer was backed up. Called on a Sunday and Tony came out within a couple of hours for an emergency fee (Monday was a holiday). Tried to clean it but ran into issues so he came back out the next day with a camera free of charge. Referred me to an excavating plumber due to an issue at the connection and gave me an estimate on the cost that was in line with what the excavating plumber quoted.Situation sucks, but Tony was awesome through it all.

We had water dumping into our basement and Tony was able to get here within a day. When he arrived we went through everything and he advised us the problem was not our house, rather the city or our neighbors. Sure enough, our neighbors abandoned house was collecting water in their basement and dumping it underground which caused it to raise up through our basement cracks. He was fair about pricing and professional in his recommendations. We will be calling him from now on for plumbing issues.

I had a pipe burst in a poorly installed wet bar sink left by my home's previous owner. My HVAC company wasn't licensed to repair it. Due to other old valves in the house I couldn't stop the leak without shutting off my steam heat boiler. Plumbers my HVAC people recommended either didn't return the call, or flat out refused to cross City Ave. to do the job. I live near Montgomery County, PA. I've had many contractors refuse to come two blocks into the city. Ifixdit Plumbing, busy on jobs, called back in less than 15 minutes, was at my house in 24 hours, repaired the leak by cutting out the sink and capping the pipes at my request. Also replaced the two bad valves that forced me to shut off my heat. My new go-to guys!

Living in a 100 year old house, plumbing is a huge stressor! We have an old tub with a 2 handle faucet that had been leaking excessively, I was looking for a plumber who had experience working with these as we weren’t looking to tear up our tile and upgrade the whole shower quite yet. I was hopeful based on his work on social media that he was the best option to repair it!I contacted Tony who was able to come within a day to come take a look. Tony arrived promptly, discussed our options, was transparent on pricing, and set reasonable expectations! My washer was to be installed but I did not notice that the valves were corroded and not installed correctly. Tony came to the rescue and corrected the valves within an hour. He was able to come out same day for an emergency because my toliet wasn't flushing at all. And the plumbers that was called out 2 days before (from a different company) didn't do a great job! Let me start off by saying that you could not ask for a more efficient & trustworthy person than Tony to fix whatever issue you have. Tony has helped us with several issues ranging from basic toilet clogs, to an issue that was causing our ceiling to leak to replacing our water heater. He most recently completed a job for my uncle within 24 hours from our request. Each & every time Tony has come to perform a job, he arrives exactly at the time he says he will arrive, he is able to easily identify the issue & he efficiently resolves it. His prices are very reasonable. For one particular issue where our ceiling began leaking from our pipe issue, we initially contacted Roto Rooter who wanted us to use our homeowners insurance to pay thousands of dollars for a job that Tony resolved for 1/4 of the price. I had multiple plumbing issues that needed replacement, repairing and installing. This was my first time using I fixed it and I was so very pleased. I had several plumbers come out to look at my plumbing issues and as for the shower I was told multiple times that it could not be fixed. Tony came in clutch when my house needed him most! I had a nasty hot water leak from the bathtub that got out of control and started leaking through the living room ceiling. Did a Google search for an emergency plumber and he had 200+ reviews so decided to take a chance with him. I am so glad that I did. Tony was great. On time, professional and very easy to talk to. He actually did two jobs for me within a week. First, he unclogged a drain in the kitchen sink. A few days later, he returned to replace an old pipe which was not allowing the water to drain properly in the laundry room. Excellent work, excellent work ethic and fair prices. Good people are hard to find nowadays. Different plumbers come out before I finally found Tony. The first guy (from something “Rooters”) was rude but offered to do the job at a ridiculous amount. The second guy (from something Murphy) complained the whole time, took half the money, and said he’ll come back the next day to finish the job. Next day, he was 2 hours late. I told him don’t bother coming back.Tony was super professional, courteous, and quickly got the job done at a fair reasonable price. He took his time to figure out exactly what the problem was. I’m grateful for his patience and sensible demeanor. Good people are hard to find nowadays. I plan on saving his number and using his services in the future.

Tony arrived early to respond to an emergency order we out in at my place of business. He asked to use our service entrance so he did not have to bring equipment through the store and main kitchen- very professional. He also was able to make an additional repair with out me placing another service request. Our commercial dishwasher disconnected from the floor drain and was out of commission on a busy Saturday, he found the issue- corrected it and even went as far as to do some preventative work to ensure it doesn’t cripple our business again. Fantastic experience with getting a clogged drain fixed on very short notice. I talked to Tony late on a Friday, and he came within an hour to fix my clogged drain. I purchased a new gas dryer, it was delivered. The gentleman advised me that I didn’t have a shut off valve, and was in need of a plumber. So no installation. After realizing my tub wouldn’t drain and having other contractors spend an entire day on it without being able to fix it, Tony came and figured out the problem and fixed it in less than two hours. Bonus: he didn’t track dirt through my apartment. He was courteous and got right to the issue. He’ll easily be my go-to from here on out.

Toni was easy to setup an appointment with because he was able to text me availabilities and update me when a time slot opened up sooner than originally planned. I like that he wears booties for his shoes which is an added benefit because we don't wear shoes in the house. He looked at both issues i had with the sink and shower faucets, wrote down and gave me a detailed plan and estimate before getting approval to work. Great service overall.

I needed a new kitchen faucet installed because the hose of my previous one started leaking badly. Tony came the same day I called him (Sunday). Tony came out to fix a leaky sink faucet and a running toilet at my house a couple of weeks ago. We confirmed the appointment the night before and he arrived RIGHT at the time that he told me. He was very courteous and professional, allowing me to watch as he worked and explained, in detail, what the problems were and what he was going to do to fix them. Even when fixing the sink became more apparently difficult than he originally thought, Tony persisted and did not leave until the leak was fixed and running properly. The sink ran with even better water pressure (and no leak!) after he was done fixing it. He fixed the toilet quickly as well and worked with me to make sure that both were working properly. His pricing is fair, and he is a great overall local plumber to work with who does a top-notch job, taking pride in his work. I had an unexpected flooding issue in one of my bathrooms. There was sewage backing up the basement bathroom stall shower, laundry, and furnace room. So, I was unable to use any faucets, shower, or use the bathroom. Tony was able to make a last minute late night visit to resolve it. Thankfully the pipes didn’t need repair and only required a clearing of the sewer line.

I had a major toilet blockage today and I contacted Tony. He came out very quickly and resolved my problem. He was very professional and even gave me tips on how to resolve similar issues in the future. I will definitely be using his plumbing services in the future.

So grateful to Tony! We have consistent sink issues and this morning before a snow storm the leak was now a waterfall! I called today and he gave me an ETA within 2 hours, on emergency notice, and he showed up just as expected. He communicated clearly and was very responsive to let me know when he was arriving. He identified the issue and even explained to us what the underlying issue was. He fixed what he could under the pretense we had a larger issue at hand. He was so respectful; he more shoe covers, gloves and a mask. Highly recommend and will be using his services as needed in the future. Thanks again for sneaking us in just before the snow storm!

Great experience. Had an issue Sunday morning. Most plumbers aren’t available or charge outrageous prices to come out to see the problem.Tony from IFixdit was extremely courteous and maintained an open line of communication on when he would be arriving. Once he arrived he assessed the problem, explained the situation and had it fixed in no time at all. We have found our new goto plumber.
