Excellent service. He did a full demo job on my mom's upstairs bathroom, extending the bathroom a few feet into the hallway. The tile work is great, and the bathroom is flush with the walls in the house, making it seem like the bathroom was always this big. My mom has been showing it to family and neighbors, and they all compliment how modern and spacious it looks. Andrew was reliable and worked with my mom on design choices and options, making suggestions about modern setups and placements with the extra space. She's very satisfied with the result and would definitely hire him again on future projects.

Basement flooded due to broken pipes. Splash did an awesome job replacing the pipes, kept my house clean & helped w/insurance reimbursement.

Called for a clogged sink drain they were there within an hour. Didn’t take them long at all. Unclogged my drain and replaced part of the pipe. Very knowledgeable told me all the things that was wrong and will need replacing/fixing in the future. They called the next day to make sure all my needs were met & everything was still up and running which I appreciated. Job well done guys!!!!

It's taken me a while to review Veteran, but I can now speak to the highly consistent level of service I get with them! Both Kelly and Chris are very professional, and I trust them completely. We have had multiple contractors and plumbers, spent time and money, but it was with Veteran that we are getting the right advice, repairs, and replacements. Chris has excellent steam boiler knowledge which we desperately need to get ours working efficiently. We finally have consistent hot water and pressure all thanks to Veteran. I appreciate that Chris and Kelly take the time to explain things thoroughly and are honest - our house is old and has had some 'creative' updates, so it's a giant puzzle. They take the time to lay out my options, so I really feel I can make informed decisions about the work being done. They are very busy because they are outstanding at what they do, but I'd rather wait for people who are going to do the job right than to have it done wrong (which we have done in the past, and that hurts). I wish I had found Veteran sooner!

I called Eddie early on a Sunday morning in a snowstorm about a burst pipe that was flooding my rental unit. He was there within an hour and fixed the issue quickly and also guided me on how to navigate the insurance and remediation process. I was lucky to find him! Would recommend him without hesitation. I had a sewage overflow in the basement. Cracked pipe as well. The cast iron pipe ??‍♀️. Fix it in a timely manner. Even mopped the floors when they were done !

I called about a water pressure issue that we’ve had for quite some time. Luke was to our home within 30mins to take a look. His best guess was that it was related to the water main and gave me a recc of who to call.
