I am very pleased with KCS Plumbing’s services. They are responsive, efficient, and professional. I called regarding a broken garbage disposal and sink that wouldn’t drain. They arrived on time and fixed my sink and garbage disposal almost immediately. The plumbers were both polite, professional, and even cleaned up after themselves before leaving my home. I would definitely use KCS Plumbing services and again, and would highly recommend them to anyone in the Philadelphia/south jersey area.

KCS was very professional and came in and did the work that needed to be done. Very reliable company. We just bought a house and the sellers left the drain filthy and KCS came in and cleaned it and repair a pipe that was leaky. Definitely would recommend them and will definitely use them again when needed!

I would highly recommend KCS Plumbing. They provided great services at a fair cost. Unfortunately we had something break (to not fault of theirs) and they were back the same day to fix it. The team did great work and cleaned up after themselves too!

It was a great experience from start to finish. Keith was super responsive when i initially reached out. Jae worked quickly with me to schedule time for Keith to come out and take a look. The day of the estimate, he reached out promptly to confirm his arrival.Once in my home, he was courteous and professional. He talked me through the issue and quickly proceeded to fixing the issue despite him saying he didn't think he would have time.I appreciated his care and concern as well as professionalism.

Every home undergoing a remodel has an unforeseeable surprise or two. When that happens, you want the professionals you’re working with to be skilled, experienced, and knowledgable, and you also want them to be flexible, unflappable, and resourceful problem solvers. If they’re good natured and friendly, even better. Keith Scott is all those things.I’m a homeowner who has hired KCS plumbing for half a dozen projects in two bathrooms: roughing in new shower valves, rebuilding a shower drain (unexpectedly, thank you condo), moving a sink waste drain, as well as finish work like replacing water supply valves, and installing new tub and shower trim, vanity and faucets. Along the way Keith has suggested and implemented professional improvements on a couple of my past handy-homeowner DIY work. I’ve been happy with Keith's work each time, and with every job the scheduling and billing manager Jae is friendly, responsive, and communicative. KCS has been easy to work with and excellent. Our neighbors recommended KCS Plumbing from a recent leak over Thanksgiving weekend. So, when we had a leak of unknown origins in the basement, we called them. KCS arrived the same day and found the source of the issue and fixed it. They were so friendly and took time to explain the issue and our options to fix it, even though it was late in the evening. They also cleaned up after. I have added them to my phone contacts and would recommend them to any friend.

I have used KCS Plumbing for two of my projects that were full rough in’s. I must say this company is well worth it. They are on time, respectful, clean fast I mean super fast and the work is fantastic. All water lines are tight to the joist and out the way. If you never used this company before I would strongly advise you to start doing so. KCS plumbing for the win!!!!

Keith and his team were very professional and provided quality service from beginning to end. My phenomenal experience began with Jae. She promptly returned my call and scheduled my appointment.
