I'm so grateful to Danielle for the best shower I have had in months!! We had low hot water pressure in our bathroom sink and bath/shower. She was quick in her response when I emailed to request a visit, she arrived on time (slightly early!), and she did a fantastic job walking me through her diagnostics and what she was doing to alleviate the issue. Her pricing was lower than I expected, based on what a different plumber guy charged us years ago. And now we have wonderful hot water spraying out at a way better pressure. I will definitely be calling Danielle again next time I need a plumber. Can't recommend her highly enough!

They did a great job with except the clean up was horrible dirty hand marks on my walls, mud on my floors, and dirt in my shower. Plus the tried to charge me for a apprentice $75. But removed my I said something.

Service Plus Plumbing gets 5 stars for sure! Alex quickly and professionally assessed the situation and provided me the options for repair. I am super impressed with the work done. Alex is not only very skilled at his job, he was personable, kind and friendly. If I ever need plumbing work done again, I know I'll be calling Service Plus Plumbing!

This company was highly recommended to me by a contractor I completely trust who has never steered me wrong. I was scheduled fairly quickly for an appointment 6/29. The day before, I received a call asking if my time slot could be moved to 12-1pm, and if anything changed I would also receive another call. On 6/29, there was no call and no show. I called and left a voicemail as my call was not answered, questioning where the plumber was and trying to get any updates. Just after 3pm, I received a call from the plumber telling me he was on the way to my house. Upon questioning him on his arrival, he said this was an add-on job he had received a call about. I told him I had a scheduled appointment and it was a no-call/no-show, and no one answered my call earlier that day. The issue was fortunately a quick fix, but unfortunately a large cost, and also only temporary... After approximately 3 weeks, the issue returned. I wavered about calling to have this dealt with again as I received such poor service the first time. I finally broke down and called the afternoon of 8/9. Although it was during regular business hours, I was transferred to an answering service with whom I left my message. I never received any response from this call. I was about to post a similar review when on 8/25 I received an email asking if I still needed service and apologizing for staff turnover that was causing delays. I immediately responded and said yes, and noted that I had left a message on 8/9 with no response. To this day, I still have not received an email or phone call, nor has the problem been fixed. It's been extremely frustrating and I definitely cannot recommend this company.

I had a late night plumbing emergency on a Sunday night. There was a lot of water actively running out of my shower valve so I was desperate to get someone out ASAP. I called every plumber/plumbing company in the Portland metro area that claimed to provide 24 hour service. Most places didn’t even pick up the phone or return a call left with their answering service.

One company called me Monday morning, but they could only give a window of time when someone could come … 12 noon to 4.

I left Jared a message Sunday night and while he didn’t get back to me right away, he did call first thing Monday morning. He was an absolute star. He moved his jobs around so he could come to my house first. He showed up when he said he would and was able to fix the issue pretty quickly. It was a huge relief and I’m so glad I found Jared! His prices were reasonable especially considering this was an emergency.

Justin and the Caliber team were top notch! We discovered issues in our home HVAC system from the original builder that resulted in needing to completely redo our return and create a solution that would repair a huge problem. Caliber was creative, innovative and top notch in helping us mitigate this. We further went on to replace our furnace, ac and converted a gas water heater to an instant tankless heater. We couldn’t be happier with our choice to use Caliber. They even returned to answer questions and make some tweaks as we learned to use the system. Great customer service and attention.

I needed assistance with the offload of a large amount of material very early in morning for a project and was in a bind. Josh came to the rescue and had staff and equipment ready in a hurry. Nicholas was assigned to help me and was ready to go at 4am, just as I needed. He worked tirelessly to make sure things went smoothly, despite a number of unforeseen circumstances. We had the material moved to its appropriate location just in time for things to get busy. I really appreciate Josh and Nicholas for their hard work!

Good company. The office is responsive. The crew are professional. Axiom burst and replaced a faulty sewer line for us. Alex, Jose, and Jorge arrived promptly in the morning, worked all day, were done by 6PM. I recommend them.

My old house has needed plumbing and drain work several times over the years and I've always found Gene to be prompt, knowledgeable, creative, hard-working and fairly priced, while maintaining a good sense of humor.

These guys are great! I would not go anywhere else. I also use the electrical division and love them also. I have known Brenda for years. She is honest and runs a high quality business. And, with her plumbers you will not see any (UGH) cracks when the guy is under your sink. These guys also wear booties to protect your carpet and they will clean up after themselves. NICE!!! They do not charge extra and you will always know exactly what the cost will be before you schedule that visit. The prices are reasonable and you won't get gouged with them.

Fantastic!! My water heater of 10 years started leaking out the bottom. Looked up my paperwork and, lo and behold, it was on a 12 year warranty. Still, I expected there would be some catch but there totally wasn't! I called, they looked it up, and said it would be a warranty replacement, a brand new 50 gallon water heater, and they came out the next day (punctual, nice, efficient, and informative guy, Vinnie) and installed the new one and took the old one away. All I had to pay was an installation/hauling charge. And the new one is warrantied for the remainder of my term. I had the option of paying for the new unit and then it would have been on a new 12 year warranty but I didn't do that. Thanks to several great people I spoke with at Geo Morlan, including Brady and Chad and probably others but those are the names I remember...thank you, everyone at George Morlan for being a great, honest, honorable company!!! So rare.

Bob and his wife dont pay people that work for them the amount of hours that they worked for them, when i worked for bob he would say disrespectful things about his customers, called one nasty and a seal and etc,

Such great service! Prompt, friendly and they got the job done in under 30 minutes. On NYE, no less! Will call again and recommend to anyone looking for their services.
