I called Sarkinen Plumbing this afternoon and they were able to schedule Patrick to come out immediately, he was at my home within 15 mins. of my call and he came in saw the problem, quoted and fixed it within 30 mins. I am a journeyman plumber in the Portland area and completing a few projects for my customers. Our company is communicating through phone and text and practicing appropriate social distancing. I came into a boys with a mask on and A diluted bleach water spray bottle and a clean rag. I spritz the handle and wipped it off as I entered. They chuckled at me and asked if I always do that. I said no there is a pandemic going on. They begin to chuckle as well as did not practice safe social distancing at all. I recommend not going into this story during these times

Ken Scott was the plumber on our brand new house. When a problem arose with our sump pump, I reached out to have him come take a look. Between my husband and I, we called almost a dozen times over 2 months and received NO answer. I even left a message stating that I'm new to the Portland area, if he can't help me could he please recommend someone else. NOTHING. Do not waste your time trying to get a hold of Ken at KTP Plumbing. Worthless and disappointing.
