I work for a property management company and I had to ask Lovett plumbing to come out for a problem that was affecting an entire building after 6pm on a Sunday. They let me know they would send someone out and he would arrive within two hours. Anthony arrived after only one hour and immediately got to work. He had the problem solved that night and set us up with remediation the same night before leaving, didn't complain once and was professional and kind. Thanks for sending Anthony, Lovett!

They charged me $400.00 to snake a basement laundry drain. $160.00 of the bill was “mobilization” fee which they would not explain. I could not get a call back from the tech. after two requests to clarify his comments on the invoice. Rude and unhelpful customer service. I would recommend others to steer clear.

We had an emergency and out of the ten companies we called, Lovett was the only one that called us back. My dad has dementia and we could not be without toilets. Anthony was awesome. We so appreciate the quick response and professional services. They will be our go-to for any plumbing needs we have going forward. Thanks again, Anthony!

I am great full for this company. It has saved my apartment complex may times from a disaster. The customer service in the dispatch from David is exceptional, he always calms the situation and lets you know they are there to help asap. Dan is an amazing plumber always professional and does not waste any time getting the job done professional and right the first time. Nothing but great things to say about Lovett and my plumber Daniel. From start to finish, Daniel was super nice and very helpful with explaining and showing me what went wrong and what it would take to get it repaired. He was also very efficient and got the job done quickly. I was also asking him questions about different plumbing I wanted to upgrade in my home and he explained what it would take to get it done so I could easily understand. A very knowledgeable and likeable guy! Kudos to my neighbor for the original referral to Lovett. I will be calling them again and requesting Daniel for all of my future repair and upgrades.

Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience. My elderly neighbors needed emergency after hours assistance. Having worked with Lovett, i felt they would be best to reach out to. I talked to office staff who told me that after hours tech would call my neighbors. With their water turned off for night, no one called them back. I called again the next morning on their behalf and was told that no one was available until the following week or after hours. Not willing to risk no communication from the after hours tech, I contacted another vendor who was able to show up within hours and fix the issue. May i suggest that if a phone call is promised, that it actually happen. Thank you and hope this helps you prevent something like this in the future.

I am so happy I chose Lovett when I learned my sewer drain needed to be replaced. Ken Williams and team were meticulous with details, kind and professional, and were responsive when I had questions. Ken went the extra mile to, at my request, communicate with my ex-husband about his plans, giving me more confidence is the suggested approach. Fun little story- a baby raccoon got caught in one of the excavated holes overnight, a first for Lovett. It turns out baby raccoons make very loud squealing noises while under duress. When the crew arrived the next morning, we chatted, they figured out the issue and actually stopped work for over an hour to build a ramp and wait for the baby to climb and reunite with its mama. YOu can't go wrong with this team!

Anything plumbing they can do

Lovett was referred to me by a friend who used them for her business, who told me they did a great job and were reasonably priced. I called them for a job and they were very polite, professional, knowledgeable, fairly priced, and conscientious. We are very happy with the results and will definitely call them next time too.

Lovett came to work on the small patch of grass in front of my house on January 30th of this year. They arrived right on time, with a crew, foreman, a few large trucks and a piece of “lite”, heavy equipment, (a smaller trencher, quite versatile, easy to change shovel heads etc.) Your crews, and there were a lot of them, came and went through a difficult repair and recovery project, dealt with a cumbersome communication process, had to stop work and reset their entire work and organizational plan more than once. Each and every time they were able to communicate to me their actions, why they have to stop and what they did to correct previous actions that had harmed and/or exacerbated the horrendous situation. I want to stop here to tell the Lovett company that your employees that include Jeff Lyons, Tarl White, Josh Sanderson, your excavation guy, (don’t have his name), and I believe there were 1 or 2 other guys who came by. The work was serious, troubling, and got really exciting when the crew uncovered the uncoupled, exposed wiring that was the electrical supply to my house. Work had to stop, I called the Public Utility Company, we all waited a few hours. PUD was really quick considering all the other issues that their repair people respond to. THANK YOU. 🙏 Each and every one of you were splendid, professional, focused, and directed. I am encouraged by how comprehensive, careful, and technically proficient your company is. I am excited to see your website and training programs. The ground beneath that grass had been flooded, full of broken pipes and crumbling irrigation lines, Gutters had flooded over, drains backed up, sidewalk broken, lots of cover up work by gardeners and landscapers over years. Your company uncovered the mess, found the appliance, notified me right away. Your guys saved me, my house, and now I know it would be a public service to my condo community to have someone from PUD give us a presentation on that service call. We all took lots of pictures. I want to make sure your employees know that digging trenches saves lives, and may be the start of a career that will support a family, teach you amazing things, and maybe make you a hero. Skeptical? Turn your computers, TV’s, and streaming services on and watch the rescue response to the earthquake in Turkey and Syria. 45 countries around the world are working feverishly in abysmal weather to work a massive rescue operation. The first order to give: How do we get our LOVETT companies there. The U.S. is rounding up our military capability engineers and heavy equipment. They will work to build airports and roads that will move the machinery and operators like LOVETT into place to move debris, stabalize ground and structures. Figure how and where to get water, plumb for this event, move operators and equipment in and out, locate people under rubble with lasers, sounding equipment and a host of newer technologies that LOVETT is using in there line of work. I know that when I operated a FEMA Urban Search and Rescue team in my capacity as a Fire Chief that is how it works. Companies like LOVETT get propositioned for call out with these teams. Thanks again folks. You are outstanding. We need plumbers, excavators, equipment operators, electricians. Thanks for training them up, we are in desperate need of our trades people and craftsmen. I would have your company put on my “call up” list anytime.

Recently had a situation at my apartment where our garbage disposal was backing up into our sink (yuck!) Our complex sent over Lonny and he was fantastic! He took his shoes off without asking upon entering my house as he saw our shoes by the door, which just shows how much respect these guys have when entering your space! Lonny was friendly, and even walked me through what he was doing as he did it! The entire service was done in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

I needed to have shut-off valves replaced and a new sink and faucet installed and was thrilled when Lovett was able to come out in 3 days when this was not an urgent need. Lonny with Lovett was beyond awesome and was a true professional. He provided us with clarification each step of the repair process and was very efficient. As facility manager of a class A office building (8yrs), I've found Lovett's services to be top-notch. I've recently worked with Lovett on some proposals for City-mandated sewer rehab work. Dan Burck has been exceedingly helpful and patient through several revisions to align property owners and the City. Much appreciated and valued.

At 8 pm on Tuesday evening, my husband was installing a new fill valve in our toilet. The pipe in the wall broke, depositing a disastrous amount of water on the floor and adjacent rooms. I called three 24-hour plumbing services, without success. My husband recalled seeing a Lovett truck offering 24-hour service. I immediately called Lovett for assistance. The receptionist and her co-worker were calm and enthusiastic to dispatch their first-rate plumber, Jason, after he completed a job nearby. Jason arrived at 10 pm with tools and parts in hand! He respectfully removed his boots, scaled the stairs and began working on the problem created from an old angle stop. Jason is extremely well-trained and professional, fixing our catastrophic situation with blinding speed. My husband is a Marine Vet and we inadvertently did not thank Jason for his Marine Corps service to our country because we were interrupted when his phone rang from the next desperate customer requiring late night assistance. Jason’s extraordinary customer service, magnificent manners and journeyman skills are big words in today’s world! Words of glory cannot describe our respect for Jason and Lovett Plumbing. They have the best drain department In Town Russell and his crew know how to get it done with no call backs, being professional and quick plus they help explain anything you need. They always go above and beyond. I've uses lovett for omost 10years for all plumbing needs and have never regretted it and I know you won't either.

Responsive office staff, I called over a weekend and the office staff called me on Monday. A low voltage electrician came out, very knowledgeable, emailed an estimate of the job at no cost.
Plumber came out later for a different job but could not do what was requested, he suggested other approaches that were extremely involved, did not have equipment for, or were not realistically affordable. His visit was for around 15 minutes , he charged the full payment (his time for an hour and a truck time). This is my first encounter where someone comes out, assesses a situation, finds no way to do anything, leaves in 15 minutes and charges 154 dollars. Of note, I called the plumber 2 days prior to the appointment to discuss the job, I expected that he would ask whatever questions may help him decide if he can perform it and what he might need, but he did not.
While the plumber could have planned better and asked helpful questions earlier to save me his costly visit, the office staff was less than helpful when I tried to explain that this should be regarded an estimate visit, given that it really was that.
I am not sure why quality deteriorated since earlier reviews. I would not recommend using them unless you ask for clarification of what exactly they will do and what to expect with any interaction with them.

Zac and his team were fantastic. They explained every step of restoration and the costs therein. They were profession, quick, courteous and fun to work with. Zac had worked with my Property Management company and they couldn’t recommend him more highly to me. I certainly would recommend Zac to anyone needing restoration and major structural repairs done on their house.

Living in a condo, no hot water. Called Lovett, couldn't get anyone for a week unless paying overtime. Glad to do it. Patjun showed up from Lovett and diagnosed the problem, fixed it in less than an hour and we now have hot water. Thank you!

Excellent service provided by Ethan! I called in the morning to make an appointment to have our master bath shower unclogged. They were able to send someone a couple hours later. Ethan even called to provide an estimated time of arrival and was very professional throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Lovett to anyone!

Jose was terrific...knowledgeable and efficient. Before starting the job, he asked questions about the drain problem and discussed cost per hour. After he cleared the downspout drain he ran a camera probe down the pipe and explained his findings to me. We've used Lovett in the past to clear plugged drains and have always been pleased with their work!

Big Thanks to Andrew H! Andrew arrived to the job early (called while en route), was very professional and helped explain the repairs in terms that anyone could understand. Unfortunately, the repairs could not be made today due to the level of the water table, so he graciously took contact information and spoke with Clean Water Services and explained the situation. That was above and beyond! Great customer service! I have no doubt in my mind that when he returns to make the repairs they will be done above expectations.

Main line coming into the side of house had broken, a big leak. Lovett was recommended, called them, easy to reach and set up, they handled the city coming out and marking right away, Bryan came out and was great. Explained the problem, why it happened, what he was going to do to fix it, fixed it. Friendly and efficient. Reasonable rates. Definitely will use their wide range of services in the future.

Woke up to a kitchen sink full of yucky brown water and gurgling toilets on two floors. They came within 3 hours of our call. They scoped, diagnosed, and cleaned our main drain in about 2 hours. Jeremiah had only been on the job a few weeks, but he was kind and professional in his explanations, and did a great job of cleaning the gunk from the sink. He and his supervisor (sorry, didn’t get his name) saved the day for us. Will happily recommend Lovett.

Anthony was our plumber and he did not disappoint. On 8 days of work he got an emergency call on Sunday that we had a clogged pipe problem. We had a birthday dinner to get to as well we thought we’d for sure have to cancel. He came from DEEP in Washington to service us in Portland. He was fast very professional, and on top of the plumbing problem he had to deal with a landlord that didn’t know what he was talking about. 01/18/23. Jason B and Tyler H came to my house to run a smoke test to track a problem I am having in zip code 97224. The test did not reveal any cracked pipes but this team went an extra mile and crawled under my home and discovered a possible source of an intermittent problem I am having. I appreciate the desire to go and the mile to help. Great value

I had odor coming from under my home. Jose' a drain expert came from Lovett and gladly slid through my crawl space looking for the problem. He took photos of everything and found and removed the problem for me. A real pro and happy to do it. Jose' went the extra mile. 11/09/2022 I am not paid for this review.

Had Lovett out for a drain clean and Russel arrived . Very professional and respect. Shot a Camera up the line found the clog , jetted the line multiple times to ensure not just the clog was clear but the whole line was as clean as it could be.

After dealing with other companies for several months over a rain drain, Dan at Lovett gave us good and honest information. We didn't end up replacing it, but he was instrumental in helping us make a decision. We'll definitely go back to Lovett for our next plumbing project.

Lovett responded to our emergency call on a Sunday with very professional service provided with care and respect. I'm very satisfied with the service that we received.

The crew removed the old tub and installed a new walk-in shower. Everyone was professional, the work was well done, they quickly corrected any issues, and cleaned up everything at the end. I am very happy with the work and will recommend them to anyone.

The actual experience with installation was great, but communication prior to the install was spotty at best. Texting was the only thing that worked when asking questions, as voice mail and email were not responded to. Also price was padded to cover what would be needed in a city environment, and as we were in the country, many of the permits, inspections, and locations were not needed, but we were charged for them anyway. The job was bid to take 7 hours and only took two, so I know we WAY overpaid . But the installation guys were great, and we are very pleased with the outcome.

Zack and Lonnie came out on short notice to repair an issue with our complex. They were both courteous and professional. They were patient, communicative, and thorough. Highly recommend them if you want the job done right.

Our kitchen sink was clogged on Saturday, and after spending a full day trying to clear it using a snake, plunging and drain cleaner, I messaged a few plumbing companies. Lovett was the first to follow up. I scheduled a drain tech for first thing on Tuesday morning. Jason came by and assessed the situation - asking questions and listening to us. He was able to clear the clog and clear up the drain. He also made sure to check our drain pipes to make sure there wasn't any damage or leaks created. He then went over and above by helping us to get a faucet valve off. It had been leaking and was stuck/rusted, so that we were unable to unscrew the assembly from our porcelain sink. He patiently worked at it and was able to safely remove it. I highly recommend Lovett. They were responsive, prompt, and transparent with their pricing. And Jason was awesome.

We’ve used Lovett for two major projects and had great experiences both times. They Provide top notch service, professionalism and quality work at a fair price.

Jose helped solve a major drain issue with his experience and expertise! One main line was affecting our entire commercial building. Jose was able to quickly pin point the appropriate point of entry into the system and took the time to flush out all the debris, pipe scale, and gravel that had built up over the years. I would give Lovett and Jose 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much and you've earned our repeat buisness.

Our water line from the street to the house developed a leak under the sidewalk that the AC unit was sitting on. Naturally, all the landscaping, sidewalk and ac would have needed to be dug up if we used an excavator to replace the line. I called Lovett, got an estimate over the phone, they were out in two days. Tylo and Eric drilled a new 3 inch conduit that, we will now thread water pipe thru. I'm thrilled with their timeliness, professionalism, friendliness, and they cleaned up the site like they were never there. Landscaping, sidewalk and AC are still intact. I will have them back for another little project in the backyard later this summer. The cost was reasonable considering that I now, do not have to replace landscaping and sidewalk. Great guys, great company.

So I met Dale in Central Oregon this past weekend and after finding out what Lovett does discovered that I had a need that they could possibly fulfill.

First of all Dale told me to let him know if I did not get 5 Star Service. Here is a recap of my experience:

On Sunday morning prior to breaking our camp, Dale told me that I would be getting a call to schedule service after 9:30 on Monday. At 9:32 I received a call from Pat at Lovett. Pat was friendly, personable and knowledgeable and I felt that she understood exactly what I needed. To my surprise I was told that someone could stop by today.

I booked an appointment and as promised Jose called me prior to arrival and showed up exactly when he said that he would.

Dale is lucky to have Jose on his team. Jose explained exactly what he was doing and even let me shoulder surf. (Sorry Jose). Jose identified the issue quickly and provided great, friendly service.

Dale, the service I received was NOT 5 Star however. I think that it was closer to 6 Star service. Needless to say I am very happy with the service and the result and would gladly recommend Lovett to anyone that has plumbing or drain challenges.

I had a great experience with Lovett. When a drain in our basement appeared to be clogged I gave them a call and they worked quickly to have someone come out and help me with the situation. Russell, my technician, was prompt, very friendly and helped with what turned out to be a very minor issue.

I have been the facilities manager for several car dealerships for the past four years and Lovett is the only one I call when we need plumbing work. They are always right on top of it.The people are fantastic and friendly.

I called Gary and told him of my backed up basement drain, he responded by sending Ethan to the house within 30 mins! Ethan was 10 out 10! He cleaned up the mess and cleaned the drain out. Highly Recommend!

Gary was great! He came over early and gave updates during the entire process. He switched out our water heater, took the old one away, and cleaned up after himself. Highly recommend!

Everyone at Lovett was easy to work with and efficient. I had no problem with scheduling and service came within a week. Lonnie was very professional, efficient, and courteous. He let us know his arrival time 45 minutes in advance and arrived right on time. He quickly diagnosed the issues with the basement drain in our almost 100 year old house, talked through his plans and confirmed what I needed done, and then was able to resolve our problem in about an hour. He used plastic booties to keep the floor clean and wore an N95 mask. The workplace was cleaner than when he arrived. He pulled all that off after being up late the night before on an emergency call. I wouldn't hesitate to use Lovett again, and Lonnie seems like a great asset to the company who works great with customers.

Lovett responded to a major clogged pipe at our business location, in a line going out to the sewer. This was an urgent situation, as water was starting to back up into our bathrooms. They were onsite quickly, and their tech did an amazing job resolving the problem with a piece of concrete in the line going out to the sewer, 50 feet from our building. The previous plumbing company said the only option was to dig up our parking lot, cut the line and remove the blockage. Lovett's technician, Lonny Maxwell, showed amazing skill and used a scope and a water jet to resolve the problem. They saved us thousands of dollars and resolved the problem that afternoon. Total responsiveness and professionalism. I could not provide a higher recommendation to Lovett Services.

From the moment I looked through Lovett's user friendly and informative website, I knew I found the right place. I was reminded of this company after one of their trucks drove by me. I knew right then, it was time to call and deal with a possible drain issue I was avoiding.

The person who answered the phone was sweet Pat.
I can say that now, after a few phone calls with her. She is professional and so very kind with every detail, questions, and directing you with how it works at Lovett. She was up front about the hourly minimum rate and the arrival time frame. She also called me the morning of my appointment the following week to let me know of Ethan's arrival time- frame.

Ethan also called me right after Pat, to let me know he was on his way . He showed up with a mask, during these Covid times. He was very knowledgeable and got right to work. He made sure I had all of my questions and theories answered, and he spoke to me in a very professional manner. He was calm and kind . We weren't able to find the problem, but he had some good suggestions and possible issues that might need further diagnosis that made sense. He offered to stay and continue to trouble shoot, but I wanted to wait.

I will be calling Lovett again to schedule more work that also includes a job to clean up a recent careless re-piping job from another company. Luckily the drywall is still open in this area.

Fantastic Service! Same day appointment - which was comforting considering water was bubbling up into two sinks....Eeeek! Turned out to be a clog about 15 feet away from the kitchen sink. Ethan the tech had it figured out right away, was professional and in and out! Pricing was reasonable, especially given the same day service. I was very pleased!

I found Lovett by chance and VERY good luck. From my initial call with Linda, who was responsive and understanding of my serious sewer overload, I was impressed with the company. Like thousands of others this week we had no power. It took its toll on our sewer ejection pump, which I had no understanding of as I just moved to this house.
Friday night, hosting people who still didn't have power, my 80-year-old husband sweeping sewage out of the garage…and I called Lovett in total desperation.

I had an emergency plumbing leak after hours with my only toilet suddenly flushing under the bathroom flooring, into the wall and dripping the dirty sewage water all the way through the ceiling into the kitchen below it. These guys were extraordinary, they went above and beyond any expectations I could have had. Gary and his crew worked through the night to help get water and sewage to 26 homes down here on the water. A dedicated crew that didn’t just clock out and go home after an 8 hour day. These guys made sure that the houses were all operating correctly, and everyone had water and sewage before they departed the job site. With such a large job naturally things popped up and they have returned to make repairs as needed which is just another action that speaks volume of their character.

I’m sure that the company has an amazing leadership team but the bottom line is these guys didn’t have to stay as long as they did, nobody certainly expected them to, but they took it upon themselves to make sure we were up and running as quickly as they could as well as being mindful to not waste time or our money on this project. The company, I worked for, had contracted several excavating/boring companies. Lovett was one that I didn't have any major issues with. The primary crew foreman (I worked with) was Ryan Whiting. I could always count on him and his crew(s) to do a GREAT job....always on time, followed prints & permits, showed up with right equipment and did the job safe and correctly. I could always count on Ryan and his crew to keep me informed about any questions, concerns, abnormalities & etc. regarding the job. We hired Lovett to inspect the underground utilities in our 38-unit HOA. Not only did they arrive on time, Lonny worked diligently to clarify the scope of work and communicate next steps both verbally and via email. They completed the inspection in record time and will be submitting their findings and a proposal shortly. Lonny is a great project manager and I look forward to working with him in future.

When his crew shows up on the job site they bring the right equipment to get the job done right the first time. They visually pass ALL underground utilities; keep the area safe and make it look as good or better than when they started. Working in Portland on one of the Cell phone provider projects, it was a relief to go out on a Lovett job site. Having local companies on the project was a win win.

Having worked on many projects with Lovett over the last few years and being well accustomed to their broad range of services and professional integrity, I knew exactly who to call when I discovered a large break in our 8 ductile iron main waterfall supply line here at Lan Su Chinese Garden. The broken section of pipe was at least six feet deep, below foundation and encased in a commercial grade concrete thrust block. Josh and Matt in the excavation department worked with me to camera the line, dig, shore, jackhammer, repair and refill, all within the constraints imposed by a facility open to the public and with very limited access. Lovett consistently exceeds expectations and provides quality service where others fall short. I will not hesitate to use them again.

Dang these guys are awesome, hands down without any question, the best in the business!!! The project manager Ken and the service tech Andrew really came through in a time of need. I switched to Lovett on my multi-family properties about a year ago and they always come through, 100% of the time. I called in to try and Get a Plumber to fix the toilet at my business. First the guys was rude on the phone and right off the bat said He had no one to come out , I then asked about next week and he said I will look but we are not taking new Clients! I called these guys on the weekend for a clogged toilet at a rental unit, and dispatch took down my details for a tech right away. Jason was in the area and called me back in about 5 minutes! Needed concrete and a drain replaced because water was coming down our driveway and pooling up. Also.. our basement garage wall that faces Mt. Tabor leaks. I got two quotes, Lovett was 2x the other but I went with them because I wanted it done right and... it's concrete, you don't get a second chance.

I was so happy I did, the crew was pro and friendly. I felt confident from before they started. Jaimie was the lead, who was in touch and on site multiple times. Jeff, Mick/Nick and Diego were also great. Check the detail in the pics with the drain, the P trap has it's own cleanout and they added a backflow preventer thingee. It's all graded properly too.

Anthony was courteous and informative and most importantly, he found the issue so it can finally be taken care of.

Lovett did work replacing a completely clogged sewer main in a house I purchased several years ago. Some time after they finished, the fill work over the dig point caved in, but life was crazy and I didn't do anything about it. Finally I got around to addressing it (18 months later) and even though their policy stated 12 months on labor, they happily sent someone out to take care of it, and it looks great! Very impressed by their commitment to doing a job well and standing behind their work.

I had a leak in my kitchen and these folks handled the initial repair & mitigation process. They were personable, thoughtful, and took the time to explain what was going on during every step of their process. Their estimates were right on, and the team was respectful of our space and of our time.

Adam was on time and ready with tools and parts. He replaced the stem in the bath/shower faucet. He then installed a new kitchen faucet. The cabinets have very small doors and it took some effort.

I needed assistance with the offload of a large amount of material very early in morning for a project and was in a bind. Josh came to the rescue and had staff and equipment ready in a hurry. Nicholas was assigned to help me and was ready to go at 4am, just as I needed. He worked tirelessly to make sure things went smoothly, despite a number of unforeseen circumstances. We had the material moved to its appropriate location just in time for things to get busy. I really appreciate Josh and Nicholas for their hard work!

Called Lovett to unclog a couple drains. They got back to me in a timely manner and arrived here on time, calling when they were on the way. They were polite, respectful, and worked quickly, avoiding stretching out the work time. They charged a fair price for normal-hour work. Would reccomend them for anyone with a similar issue.

Let me tell you a little story about these guys. This is i think the 4th time I've used them? And I'm over impressed every single time. From customer service to the guys on site to clean up etc etc etc. These guys were on it from the first call. They were all over it, helping make things get done and went over and beyond what they should have!

Had an emergency drain backup and Lovett sent someone out after hours on the same day to help us. Got our drains flowing again quickly and professionally. The tech communicated everything with us clearly, keeping us updated on the problem and what they did to fix it. I will definitely be using Lovett in the future for all my plumbing needs.

My experience with Lovett Plumbing Services was extraordinary. I needed a new water heater in my downtown Portland condo and after reading reviews I decided to give Lovett a try. From my first interaction with Adam who explained in detail what would need to take place to get the new heater installed, to Lance who assisted me with scheduling and was extremely patient with ever-changing install dates due to some HOA snags, I cannot say enough good things about this company and the people that provide above-and-beyond customer service. I'll recommend them to anyone that asks and will definitely be calling them for future plumbing needs.

I was referred to Lovett from Grumpy's Drains (also excellent) and called them out to diagnose a property I manage where the tenant thought black mold existed after he looked under sink when faucet flow stopped. So the technician very carefully figured out a) no mold b) no water leak and c) particles were just clogging faucet. He spoke to the tenant regarding any other issues in the house, and then he called me to discuss. Very professional and very easy to understand possible solutions. I will definitely call them again for other properties I manage or my own. Highly recommended. Fair pricing.

Used these people for water damage restoration. Previous contractor did not reinstall my toilet properly after new flooring was put in. Leaked for 3 months before discovered through black mold and bad ceiling on the lower level. Best part was their professionalism, and positive attitude. Always kept me informed, and they showed up on time. Everyone was very thorough. The rebuild took longer than I had hoped, but am confident that it was done correctly.

Ethan from Lovett showed up this morning and was amazing. He opened up our sewer line, then scheduled a crew to come out and repair the actual issue. Top notch service all around.

Tony did an amazing job with a sewer line repair! He rearranged his schedule to do it on a Saturday and what others said would be 5 hours of work he did in 3.

Lovett came highly recommended by a couple of friends who told me for major stuff like this; Lovett is the only company they would hire to do the work. My first call was to Ken W. After a few minutes of explaining details on a main line water break, I immediately understood why.
It was a Saturday and after sharing all the details; he was super thorough in helping me understand the process.
He assured me he would get to us as soon as possible, and immediately got me in touch with a contractor to locate the underground break.  The locate was on Monday & by Tuesday, I had a bid in hand. Again he thoroughly explained the bid and answered all of our concerns. Ken got everything handled promptly,  and considered our issue urgent especially since we were coming up on a week without water in 80-90 degree weather.
The communication was excellent, not to mention the expectations of the work performed was exactly as they said it would be. Every contractor that came through from Lovett was on the ball and super professional. We definitely felt taken care of and I have even added them to my Real Estate Brokerage's preferred vendor list! As realtors, we come across so many contractors for our clients home inspections/ repairs/bids etc. Lovett professionally and personally exceeded my expectations compared to some I have had to work with in the past. If you are in need for big plumbing repairs, water main/sewer pipe breaks, and or replacement, do not waste your time with anyone else. They are top notch and we are super happy to back livin' life knowing their work is solid, and guaranteed! No doubt I will be referring them to my clients if or when the need arises!

We called Lovett and I received an immediate call back from Lonnie. We are a hotel and when we had the heavy rains we had water leaking into some of our hotel rooms. Lonnie came out that night to evaluate the situation and came back in the morning. To my dismay I thought they did gutter cleaning as well. They do not and Lonnie agreed with me and contacted his boss to let him know that we were going to get the gutters cleaned out and have Lovett back the following Monday. On Monday Lonnie and his partner came back and cleaned out 28 downspouts over a 2-day time period. They did not leave a mess but even more importantly Lonnie came to check in with me before he left. He wanted to make sure we did not have any questions. At this time I requested 2- more quotes for 2- different areas that they specialize in and believe me due to Lonnie's customer service and the awesome job he did I had no reservations asking for the additional quotes.
