Craig Anderson plumber Rick came out to help on short notice. I had broken one of the bolts on our ancient toilet flange and I thought the flange would need to be replaced (only toilet in the house). Rick came out and dug out the rest of the old bolt and installed new t-bolts. The flange was good to go and now completely functional. Saved us so much time and money. He also placed my new toilet expertly and leveled it perfectly using shims. Very professional troubleshooting and installation.

I was referred to Nichols Plumbing to replace a water valve for my refrigerator to be installed. Bob was able to come out the next day and checked it. He also discovered the valve was working and didn't need to be replaced after all, so he only charged me for coming out. He is honest and friendly. I highly recommend hiring Nichols Plumbing!

Aquifer Plumbing installed a new sink and two faucets once we had our countertops replaced. Very professional, with an eye for detail. The owner, Mike Goodwin, and his assistant were on-time, detail oriented, and conscientious. They use top tier materials and our water pressure and faucet flow has never been better (new hardware really helped!). Thanks for your hard work!

A couple nights ago, my bathroom sink started flooding and I had to called Best Portland Plumbers. They were at my house in surprisingly short order & effectively fixed the flood. Will use again as needed in the future!

Update: Well, since I cannot figure out how to delete a Google Review, I'll just update this one and revise the 1-star star rating I had previously given. I received an email from this company's answering service, saying this was their fault. They had some technical difficulties that day and didn't realize that Paul's actually did take emergency calls. So the information I was given was incorrect. I'll revise my rating, I suppose. But Paul's should consider their relationship with that company. As a business owner, I certainly wouldn't want an answering service who I entrusted to care for my clients giving them incorrect information that would leave them upset and conflicts with what my website says. But it sounds like this company is pretty contrite. So hopefully they will not leave someone else hanging next time during an emergency.

The emergency service they list on their website is a lie. Called on Saturday middle of the day for service and just got an answering service that told me they're closed until Monday. :(

These guys are the absolute best. I had a tight timeline before my home sale closed. They ran into all kinds of problems with the liner installation, (due to the original conditions in my 1930’s home. They powered through it all, with a great, positive attitude, went above and beyond. They worked long days 3 days in a row until the liner was done. All for their original quote. I never write reviews, but this company deserves a shout out. I wish all contractors had this level of integrity.

Terry was absolutely awesome...he was extremely professional and personal as well. He not only fixed my clogged lines but was thorough in explaining ( even to my daughters) how the problem could be avoided in the future. Next time I have a problem Terry is the man I am calling. Can't say enough nice things....

Having issues with my furnace and scheduled an appointment with Detemple who we have used for years. They called before my appointment and diagnosed and fixed over the phone. Saved me from having to pay for a service call. Wonderful company and could not more highly recommend.

I've gone through his services via Choice Home Warranty for a leaking Garbage Disposal issue. I had to go through so much of pain dealing with him. He neither responds to customers timely nor stand by his commitments. At the same time, he's extremely rude... at one point of time, he said if he should steal something from a store.

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
