My water heater failed in the middle of the night and with multiple people in the house we wanted it replaced quickly. Joe was the first and only person I contacted because he was so quick to respond and reasonably priced.

His message requested I text with photos and has a well detailed set of instructions. Following these allowed him to send me a quote within 10 minutes. He was at the house within 2.5 hours and had the job done in less than 90 minutes. The guy is a pro: well spoken, great to interact with, fast, and very reasonably priced. More people should aim to provide service like this.

David was absolutely amazing! We have been dealing with a very large sewer issue for quite some time. This is the first home we have owned and weren’t really sure where to start with the project. Horrible job doing the repipe. Very expensive and left a huge mess under the house and said they would take the old away. They did not. Had another plumber come out and he thought I had done it. Completely unhappy with this disaster of a job after spending $8000. The piping is just thrown under there with shortcuts everywhere instead of making it look nice. Realized this horrible work after I crawled under the house. They must’ve thought they could leave this disaster thinking I’d never see it. I am very easy to please this is literally the first bad review I’ve ever left anyone.

We had our old water heater go out unexpectedly after it started spouting out really hot water and then no hot water. We knew it was time for a new electric water heater, so after calling around a couple different shops, we decided to go with Sutherland.

They were responsive from beginning to end, with Courtney in the office answering our call and connecting us with Ti over text who gave us a few different options. One thing that stood out while we were deciding on who to go with was their thoroughness in asking for pictures of our current set up, instead of just throwing out a $$ quote. They also install US-made Bradford White heaters which was a plus for us.

For the actual install, Cameron and Nate did an excellent job. They were punctual (to the minute), professional in explaining the job, and thorough in their job quality (with Nate even sweeping up our back porch!). They even replaced a few old faucet heads around the house.

Sutherland isn't the cheapest option in town, but if you're looking for quality work (they don't cut corners), knowledgeable plumbers who will take the time to tell you what they are doing, and a team that will work quickly but not hurry, I'd highly recommend these guys.

This is the company that takes care of our septic system when there is a problem of for routine maintenance. They are super nice and ever since they fixed our septic system a few years back, we only deal with them. They are on time, reliable, and stick to their quote. Great job guys! I called anytime plumbing when I had an emergency and Anytime Plumbing lived up to their name. They responded quickly and Roger and Jarrod were able to track down my leak, replace the line with minimum damage and do it in a quarter of the time another plumber quoted me. I tend to call whatever plumber shows up on google but I’m definitely going to start here next time. From first call to getting the bill everyone was courteous and honest. Thank you!!!
