After calling a half dozen fire sprinkler system businesses and another half dozen plumbing businesses, Rose City Plumbing was the only one willing to come out and take a look at my leaking residential fire sprinkler system. My system uses PEX tubing; a common plumbing material. Miguel came out twice to fix two leaks that occurred about a week apart. He was on time and did high quality work. Rose City Plumbing's prices are very reasonable. I can't say they are cheap or expensive because no one else was willing to take the job or even give me an estimate. I'm a satisfied customer and happy with every penny I spent. I will be calling Rose City Plumbing for all my home plumbing needs in the future.

We had a minor but urgent plumbing issue. Universal Plumbing came out quickly and fixed the problem efficiently. Amazing experience with Grumpy’s! Called on Friday and got an appointment first thing Monday morning. The owner Keith showed up right on time. He scoped, jetted (even found a lot of roots in one pipe) and cleaned out my downspouts. He was very knowledgeable, workable and kind. Will defiantly use again and recommend.

I've had Watson's out to my house twice now. Once for water main replacement and once for snaking a line. Both times were great, and all the fixtures and joints installed were marvellously soldered.

It took a couple of times to get me on the right track to find the pipe. The good thing is the tech comes back if needed. The issue with my leak is it was located smack under the highest point of my front concrete steps on my split level home. I ended up digging a 3rd hole to bypass the steps and go around them. Problem fixed, thank you Dylan!!

These guys were great! We had an issue with our irrigation system not working so I called ALD and they were able to send someone out the same day that I called. Then the tech located the leak within an hour of knocking on my door. He was even able to show me the pipe that was broken. Customer service was great, friendly technician -- very happy.

Know in advance what to expect from this firm, hard to confirm appointments and job estimates differ from other firms. Although, very nice owners.
