Fantastic first time experience with Jon Marc who arrived early, stayed late and went above and beyond to ensure a quality job, satisfied customer, up front pricing, nothing hidden, and overall a great experience. If we have future plumbing needs, will definitely give them a call back. Not to mention, I was home with my kids who were very interested in the work being done. He was thoughtful, careful and patient with them too!

I purchsed a house at the end of July. David did a great job fixing my sewer line. He is really responsive and made the process a breeze!! The project was way less expensive then I imagined as well. I will definately continue to use them in the future as well as reccomend them to anyone who is having sewer related problems.

Horrible job doing the repipe. Very expensive and left a huge mess under the house and said they would take the old away. They did not. Had another plumber come out and he thought I had done it. Completely unhappy with this disaster of a job after spending $8000. The piping is just thrown under there with shortcuts everywhere instead of making it look nice. Realized this horrible work after I crawled under the house. They must’ve thought they could leave this disaster thinking I’d never see it. I am very easy to please this is literally the first bad review I’ve ever left anyone.

Our water heater tank reached its end of life very dramatically in April of ’23. Needing to replace it ASAP, we called a few plumbers and after sending a quick text with pictures of our situation to Courtney at Sutherland, we were on a call with Ti. Ti took the time to explain the pros and cons of multiple water heater systems, leading us to land on two viable options followed by prompt quotes in our inbox.

Because we switched from a natural gas tank to an electric tank, Sutherland handled scheduling an electrician as well as the tank removal/install. Both appointments went smoothly, and Cameron and Jack who came to install the tank were so professional, kind and efficient. It was very clear from all of our interactions with the Sutherland team that they are true to their word, highly skilled, and live up to their motto of providing best practice over simply going for the minimum standard.

Sutherland will be our first call for all future plumbing needs.
