Nate was excellent. I've been remodeling and renting homes for over 20 years. This was one of the smoothest repairs I have ever experienced. From the first communication through the final installation this was a first class process. Everything was on-time, as promised, and the unit was operational in only a couple of hours. Pricing was VERY competitive with other firms - and they did it in less than 2 days. I would highly recommend Water Heaters Now.

Super disappointed with the customer service of this company. They charged us our $100 home warranty deductible to come out and tell us that our sump pump was working correctly. Literally did no work on it, and instead of charging us their $45 service fee (which we would have had no issue paying because they did come out), they took the $100 and ran with it. My husband called last Thursday and was told the manager would call him the following day...but no phone call. Called again today and was mid conversation with a worker and was hung up on. He called right back and no answer. He called multiple more times after work only to have his call ignored (ring once then sent to their voicemail) despite their office still being open. Shady business practices all around. We have reported them to our home warranty and will not be using them again.

Called them 11/24 at 2pm based on reviews here and they arrived the following morning at 10am exactly as promised (really exactly at 10am the doorbell rang). Two guys wearing masks with the correct water heater, 40 gal short as requested, showed they were polite and friendly. Tim was the lead techs name. Replaced water heater, cleaned up mess from old one and were done in1 hour. Cost was reasonable and exactly what they quoted with no additional tax or charges added. Probably the greatest home repair experience of my life. Well, tied with the guy who fixed my furnace one Christmas morning :)

All of the 5 star reviews are deserved and, after my experience, I believe they are true.

As you can see the service isn’t good. Any there drivers are allowed to have road rage and hit your vehicle and then play crazy like you hit them. Be careful of how you spend your money and business you support in your community

I can only say good things about these guys. We've been working with Kevin Smith on clogged main drains and floor drains in our basement. We also had a bathtub repaired and they did everything they could to make sure we were happy with our options and service. Very courteous and knowledgeable.

Travis is a very honest person. I wish every plumber has an ethic like him. He installed my mom sink and helped solve sump pump discharge pipe issue. I wished my mom called him first before she called ECO PLUMBER. I am very thanksful that he in my area.

My underground downspouts were clogged going to the curb. I saw a Drainbuster's truck in my neigbhorood. I walked down and asked if he had time to help me. After he completed the work at the neighbor's, he stopped at my house. He cleaned the clog in about 5 minutes, ran the camera thru to make sure there were no other issues. He was extremely helpful, efficient. I was so grateful for his help. I would recommend this company any day. Thank you for helping me today!

Phil was really fantastic. He was able to squeeze us in to at least inspect our gas line to see if we truly needed a leak repair. He was able to determine we didn’t. With that said he took the situation with care and professionalism walking me through what he was working through, looking at and comparing it to standards expected. Would 1000% recommend using him. Please understand I used reviews off of here to pick him. I’d suggest calling him first!!!!

This company is the best plumber, hands down. He is thorough, fast, responsive, fairly priced, performs quality work, and is very knowledgeable in his trade. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. I wish all businesses operated the way he does!

These gentlemen came as a referral from our cabinet installer and we could not be more satisfied with their work. Randy was very easy to communicate with over text and phone with regard to job requirements and scheduling. They did a great job for us and would not hesitate to recommend or hire again. In addition, they are just generally really nice folks who really care about doing things right.
