Total Pro Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

Found them thru my Choice home warranty. My laundry pipe needed routing in my tiny Huber home. Robert was great. He was on time, had the proper tools and even cleaned up after. Taught me a few things about pipes too. Thank you Mr Clark!

Our warranty-old republic- wanted us to use this company because they did the work for the cheapest rate. Only problem, they won’t respond to calls, messages or emails. After 4 days of NO WATER we asked what can be done. Old republic told us we could get a cash out for the cost of the unit, no service monies though. If you’re made to go through this company, save your time and frustration, ask for a different provider immediately, or, a cash out. This company does NOT care about the person. You are just another dollar to them.

We needed a lot and this company came through every time! Water heater, drains, toilet and sewer. Professional, on time, repairs were great, cleaned up and everything! Flexible and Highly recommend ! Thank you TOTAL PRO !

As is the story with many of these reviews, we were directed to use Total Pro by our home warranty company.

20 hours after being assigned Total Pro, I called them to find out when they would be coming to fix my stoppage since they hadn't called to set up an appointment. No one answered, so I left a message asking to be caked back.

9 hours later, I still hadn't heard back from Total Pro, so I made another call to the home warranty company. They told me that Total Pro had denied the availability to fix my issue.

At no point did Total Pro attempt to contact me, just ignored me, and pretended I didn't have a problem worthy of being fixed.

These people are beyond amazing. They quoted me 4 hours and were done in 2.5. The work is perfectly done. Fixed multiple issues, cleaned up after themselves and even took time to pet the puppies. I will definitely recommend them over and over. If I ever have a problem they will be my 1st and only call. Can't speak highly enough.

I would definitely recommend Totalpro Plumbing. They were very professional and extremely nice and helpful. He took care of my plumbing issues and cleaned up after himself.

DO NOT use this company and DO NOT let Ohio republic warrant dispatch them to your home. This company should be banned from entering anyones home. They replaced a small part in my toilet and caused a big leak which came down through my ceiling …turned off the water and left and said call the warranty company . Worst experience and I hope nobody else gets them called to fix any plumbing issues

We scheduled with Total Pro Plumbing through our home warranty company. Chris was our technician twice within the past six weeks (for different repairs). He was on time or early for each visit, knew exactly what was needed to effect the repair, and cleaned the area upon completion. He informed us of the work done and was very personable throughout his service call. We recommend them without hesitation.

Terrible service. Had a Water Heater issue contacted my home warranty company and they used this contracter. The receptionist called me the next morning and told me that someone would be out to fix it within a hour. Nobody ever showed up or called me. I proceeded to try and call the office back multiple times nobody answered me of course. They never contacted me back for 4 days. Very unprofessional and if you have First American Home Warranty and they assign this contracter do yourself a favor and request a new one

The company was highly responsive and worked with us to help make a bad situation more affordable. Our overly aged water heater refused to stay lit so we contacted our home warranty who got Bob Clark and Total Pro Plumbing on the job. They called soon after to schedule a check and replacement of our water heater. Great company, great people, really made our holiday season by giving us the gift of hot water and outstanding service. Would 100% use this company again.

RUN AWAY FROM TOTAL PRO PLUMBING. I would not recommend this company for any plumbing services. I had some issues in a bathroom, and went through my home warranty company. Total Pro picked up the claim and a date was scheduled. I get a call the day before by their dispatch they didn't get/see the order so didn't have anyone to come out. I was understanding, stuff happens. They rescheduled for later that week. Then I get another call, technician is sick and they don't have anyone to come out. Again, that's okay, reschedule for the following week. Tech finally shows up, doesn't actually fix anything, just says I have to resubmit the claim for rotted pipes and slow drain. Okay....the next day I resubmit, home warranty needs the notes so they can redispatch. Total Pro literally never sends the notes over. A week and a half goes by with me calling 3 times and no notes. I ask for another company, they are scheduled a few days later, their tech comes out, and actually FIXES the issues. It was a loose gasket and clogged drain...

If i could give them negative stars i would! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! This is the second time my home warranty has sent them out to fix my plumbing problem and they don't fix it!! But they sure do take your money tho!! Con-artists!!

My warranty company First American sent this company to my house to fix a sump pump in my crawl space. If you experience this tell them asap to send another company! This company came to my house their plumber they sent spent a whole whopping 10 minutes fixing my sump pump. I was told my pump was fixed and I had a broken footer tile in my crawl space. Naturally I had a company come out to give me an estimate to fix this broken footer tile and thankfully I ended up with an honest person who told me it wasn't broken at all and that my sump pump needed replaced and wasn't working. I contacted my warranty company to let them know and they again had this company contact me. I informed then there was standing water now since there had been rainfall since there last plumber came out they refused to come out until the water was out. I tried to explain that my sump pump wasn't fixed in the first place wheb there plumber came out and that's why I was left with the standing water. I went back and forth with my warranty company for 2 weeks in regards to the standing water that I didn't feel was my responsibility to remove since this company failed at their job. Finally they sent a whole different company out who verified that not only did the sump pump need replaced to begin with. But also the sump pump was in such bad shape it was popping the circuit breaker so when this company came out and fixed my sump pump there was no power even going to the pump. Now thankfully to the second company that was sent I have a working sump pump but unfortunately I'm left with having to hire a company to spray for mold due to the water that sat for over 2 weeks because of this company and First American Home Warranty. Steer clear of both and save yourself the headache.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! PLEASE, if I could rate ZERO I would, these were the worst people imaginable to have to deal with. Our home warranty company made us go through them to get our stoppage fixed. They called us to setup an appointment and the lady I spoke with told me she wanted to speak to my husband to make sure they knew the extent of our issues and make sure they had the correct equipment when they showed up since they weren’t located in our area. My husband explained the issue and she said it wouldn’t be an issue and had the appointment made. That Monday they were scheduled to come between 9-11am and they never showed. After 12pm I called them to ask why and the receptionist told me the plumber called in sick and they’d have to reschedule. We rescheduled for two days later, Wednesday. Wednesday morning came and plumber actually showed up, didn’t walk in with any equipment and wanted to see our kitchen sink (which wasn’t the issue at all it was sewer backing up in the basement), when my husband told him this he responded that the work order stated it was a simple kitchen sink clog and he didn’t have the correct equipment to work on it, he’d have to come back. My husband then proceeded to call the company and ask what the issue was and when they were coming back, lady told him she’d speak with the plumber and call us back. 3 hrs later there was no response so I called them back and the lady very rudely informed me she called our home warranty company and let them know they were incapable of fixing it and they didn’t need to call us back to let us know, the job was being reassigned and since we were so rude to call back and check up on the status of our appointment they were going to call the warranty company themselves and inform them of how hostile we were and to have them refuse to work with us. Upset by how the lady responded to our call I called our warranty company and the call center told us the company told them they tried to fix our issue and were unable to get it done it was too big of a job and didn’t have the equipment needed to do it and needed reassigned. They never even used a plunger let alone an auger and was in a house a total of 2 minutes.

Overall this company is HORRIBLE, please read the other reviews and see they are NOT BBB accredited before using them or allowing your warranty company to assign them to your case. You will spare yourself the hassle and time we had to endure.

Jon was on time and very kind. He not only repaired the cause of the leak, but also fixed the dripping issue in my tub. He was very knowledgeable and I learned some things I didn’t know before, which is always great! This wasn’t a major job but it took all of about 30-45 min. max. If you need repairs I would recommend this company.

What a great job total pro did. They honest and cleaned up job asap! Can’t go wrong with this crew!

They accepted my claim from American Home Shield to fix my faucet. I never heard from them until a week later when they called me and told me that my claim was closed. I would never recommend this company for any work.

So happy with these plumbers! Could not recommend them more highly. We had an emergency snaking situation and our house and they were there to help with a great attitude in record time. Pam in the office is amazing and patient and Phil and Steve (plumbers) were top notch!

I had a home warranty under Old Republic and twice paid the $100 for Total Pro to say there is no backup and do nothing. Having the same issues.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Literally find another else. Terrible customer service. Miranda, the receptionist, was extremely rude. This company has rescheduled not only once but twice. Manager was supposed to call and talk to me and never got back to me. They are in contact with my home warranty so I was forced to use their services. They put me in a very terrible situation and would NOT recommend it to anyone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...................ARGH!!!!!!!!.......OK....On June 28 2022 Cole a tech from total pro came to fix my garbage disposal.1st of all.....he and I turned on the switch and confirmed the sound but no grinding ... switch works, disposal not functioning as expected. This guy went out to his truck, brought back a new disposal.....Low and behold.....he proceeded to take the old one out and snap crackle, pop, fire and all........the power went out in my kitchen.....he failed to turn off the power from the switch....this caused 3 wall plugs in my kitchen to be damage...d and not work. It gets worse.....I paid total pro $100. deductible that was not refunded ....He admitted to the mistake....I called home warranty to report, total had already called and lied to them stating my house was older I was denied another claim......I had to hire an electrician and pay out of pocket for the repairs that Cole damaged. I am so disappointed and mad and sad and so many feelings right now. DO NOT .......DO NOT.......HIRES THIS COMPANY...THEY LACK INTEGRITY AND TRUTH......ALL I WANTED WAS MY DISPOSAL FIXED.......AND ENDED UP WITH 3 WALLS IN MY KITCHEN OUT OF POWER. EXTENTION CORDS TO THE OTHER SIDE OF MY HOUSE KEEPING MY FOOD COLD. BECAUSE COLE DID NOT TURN OFF POWER TO MY DISPOSAL.......BEFORE HE UNHOOKED IT....ITS BY THE GRACE OF GOD THAT MY IS NOT BURNT DOWN......MONEY CAN BE REPLACED BUT.......IM STILL SAD THAT TOTAL PRO DID NOT MAKE AMMENDS....THEY LIED AND TOLD INS. CO A BIG LIE.....BEWARE OF TOTAL PRO...THEY LACK INTEGRITY...AND I WILL CONTACT SMALL CLAIMS COURT JUST BECAUSE THIS WAS WRONG TO HAVE THIS DONE TO ME....

Due to the awful reviews, I was concerned that my warranty company had chosen this company. However, I had a great experience. They were polite, prompt, and got the job done quickly.

My warranty company hired them they came out like 3 times couldn’t find the part made the leak worse, then when my warranty company finally approved it to be replaced (after 3 months due to poor communication on the plumbers end) they wouldn’t respond at all , then after like five text messages he text me back and said “he don’t know who I am” I told him then he said “all we’re still looking for the part” like no you’re not we know we can’t get that part they approved it to be replace you said you were going to come out Monday and never did

The company has no license in plumbing and is in violation of multiple State laws by operating a plumbing service in order to be fraudulent and represents no educated individuals in the skilled trades of plumbing.

This company was so flexible and professional. I will definitely use them if needed in the future !

They caused a leak while fixing cartridges it stained my ceiling and claimed “secondary damages” aren’t covered.
