We used BCI Mechanical for a sump pump check up and installation of new bathroom faucets, a new toilet and new shower fixtures. Their response time was amazing to make an initial assessment! The shower faucets were quite old and they were not sure that the unit could be replaced without tearing up some of the tile. Tony said he could do it and certainly did, without any tear up at all. We ere extremely pleased with the service provided and followup services too. We highly recommend BCI and will use them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

Don and his crew did all the plumbing for our home remodel and renovation. They were thoroughly professional: they always arrived when they said they would, and worked quickly and competently. Everything works perfectly!

Had a leaking water heater. They diagnosed and replaced the heater quickly, cleanly and with minimal disruption. The work area was spotless during and after the repair. They even honored the warranty on equipment installed by another plumber. This is an experienced, family business that knows plumbing and does excellent quality work. I can't give them higher marks. They were very informative in what they were going to do and how it was going to be done and the cost it would be. The estimate was received very quickly after the inspection. The repairs were also done very fast and the men that came out were very professional and informative of what they were going to be doing.
