I called Rooter Works Plumbing and Drain, who was extremely responsive to my request. They understood that my situation was an urgent matter (I couldn’t use my kitchen sink or dishwasher), so they sent out Brian just a couple hours after I had initially called. Brian was very kind, courteous, and professional. After listening to my issue, he quickly identified the problem, and explained to me why my dishwasher had suddenly started leaking. Turns out my garbage disposal had been so backed up, that not only was my sink not draining (at all), it was also causing my dishwasher to leak. Who knew dishwashers were connected to garbage disposals? Not me! Anyway, Brian gave me a couple options in terms of which garbage disposal to choose, as well as his own personal recommendation. Once I made my choice, he was off to fetch the disposal/parts needed to do the job, which was all done within the same day. Brian even stuck around to ensure that my dishwasher was working properly and that there were no further leaks. 10/10 would use this company again, as well as recommend Brian to anyone needing plumbing and/or garbage disposal repair. Very happy with my service!

Initially a good company to work for.

Then goals become unrealistic.

Material acquisition was problematic to say the least. They never had material to complete the jobs at hand. Then wanted to know why job was taking longer.

Company supplied specialized tools, however they wanted them back almost as soon as they reached your hands.

The company vehicle was a nice perk. However, it spent more time broke down than running. When it was broke down, drove own vehicle a lot. Company paid for gas, but additional wear and tear on vehicle was out of pocket.

Overall would go back to them if I had to, but would avoid if all possible.

Don and his crew did all the plumbing for our home remodel and renovation. They were thoroughly professional: they always arrived when they said they would, and worked quickly and competently. Everything works perfectly!

Had a leaking water heater. They diagnosed and replaced the heater quickly, cleanly and with minimal disruption. The work area was spotless during and after the repair. They even honored the warranty on equipment installed by another plumber. This is an experienced, family business that knows plumbing and does excellent quality work. I can't give them higher marks. We had a clogged pipe in our sewage, we called first thing Tuesday and they were able to send someone out the same day! When he couldn't fix it, they sent another guy the very next day. We had a complex situation, they were upfront and honest about our situation.

Eddie will get you permits for your job, do part of the work then want paid for total job and once you pay him he will pull off job and cancel plumbing permit.

HE DOESNT FOLLOW THE LAW AND LEAVES DOG ON CHAIN ALL DAY EVERYDAY 365 DAYS A YEAR

I called AB Plumbing when our hot water kept going out, and we needed to figure out what was going on with our water heater. I spoke wirh the service guy, who said it would be snywhere from $25-$75 to come out for the service call depending on what was wrong. The service guy came out the next day and unplugged it and hit reset, and said, OK that's $75. I understand the fee for a service, but not much was accomplished. He said he couldn't figure out what was wrong unless he took it apart and just started replacing the things he thought COULD be wrong. Well, why else would I call a plumber if they weren't expected to FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG and try fixing it. Told me how the water heater is probably on its last leg and to call them to get a new (Rheem) water heater and to avoid Home Depot. Needless to say, we had hot water when he left.

A week later, we were out of hot water again and resetting didn't help so I asked around and got a few better referrals. Called another and more well respected company where within moments of telling the worker the brand, year and model of the heater he had a very good idea of the problem. He showed up with the suspected part needed and sure enough, it just needed a new flame igniter which should have been easily realized for an experienced and respected plumber.
