Eddie and Luis deserve all the stars. We called and had no idea what happened with our hot water heater, Eddie came and diagnosed the issue immediately. They installed the new water heater in less than 3 hours I was shocked and sooo happy. We’ll be using them from now on for our 2 flat building!

These reviews do not lie! This past Sunday after doing multiple loads of laundry back to back water started to come out of our basement shower. We called Sandoval Plumbing and Eddie answered right away, however, we decided to wait until the next day. Then comes Monday morning at about 5:30 am it started pouring rain and that is when our minor issue became a HUGE problem. Water was overflowing from our shower then it started to come out of the toilet after the shower was clogged. It was a total mess and we reached out to Eddie again close to 7 am and he called back within 20 mins. Eddie provided us with an ETA, arrived on time and called us when he was on his way. Once he arrived he took a look and knew what he had to do. Our main line was backed up and needed rodding. On top of that our sump pump also needed to be changed since it was older and no longer working. He provided recommendations of what replacement parts were needed and we went to purchase them while he started rodding. Eddie is extremely knowledgeable with 25 years of experience. He took his time to explain to me what the problem was and it was definitely helpful. He was done in about 3 hrs and price is reasonable. I will definitely be using him in the future and highly recommend anyone who needs plumbing services.

I highly recommend Sandoval Plumbing. They're service is amazing. Great father and son duo! Quick, efficient, professional, affordable, clean, but most of all honest. We have an old house which had old kitchen and bath tub drain pipes that were literally falling down and busted and a water heater that needed repair. They let us know our options, brought the materials in a day and they started work right away. Done in literally two days with everything. Just amazing. We're extremely pleased with them and their service and work. We recommended them to friends and family already. :)

They came out to help diagnose and quote the need for a new water heater quickly and provide recommendations on sourcing.

Water heater blew up randomly blew up and my wife and I scrambled to find the main to turn it off. Called Sandoval Plumbing on a Saturday with a clogged / leaky sink faucet. Eduardo was extremely responsive, coming within a few hours and expeditiously fixing the problem. Here is what I really appreciated: (1) this is a family business (father /son), (2) they are responsive (Eduardo was telling me they do 24/7 service), (3) they showed up on a Saturday evening - I had called multiple plumbing services, several had a $250 weekend charge just to show up (not including labor or parts), (4) they finished the job and did it well. Eddie is absolutely FANTASTIC! We were in a dire situation in the middle of the night on a holiday no less and Eddie was the only plumber that was able and willing to come out ASAP. We were running out of options and our apartment was flooding from a cracked toilet tank in the unit above us and then we came across Eddie's number on google and he not only answered in the wee hours of the morning, but he came immediately (was at our place in under 20 minutes). He quickly fixed the main valve to the whole building, went up to our unit, quickly diagnosed the issue and then he patiently waited for us to get access into our neighbor's unit. He stuck around for over 30 minutes and was just a wonderful, kind person as well. Very knowledgeable about plumbing and a super nice guy! High praise for Sandoval Plumbing! Needed a plumber for a sewage drainage situation which was addressed but not resolved by J Sewer and Drain just a month prior. Had used JB plumbing bc of HOA. Did not have the greatest experience with them. Long story short Eddie did great and explained why he has to do what he had to do without trying make it a bigger project than it was.
The faucet and sink had been replaced prior and apparently the prior didn't have as much experience which the pressure very low bc he explained that had they turned the water back on slowly and removed the head first to allow any buildup to flush itself out it would have prevented the low pressure caused by the debris from happening right away and wouldn't have needed them to come back. Which JB did tell me there might be issues with pressure it happens from turning off the water and to call them back to fix it which they didn't.
Sandoval cleaned the lines and restored the pressure. Will definitely be using this company again for another project I'm considering.

Eduardo was an incredible find and I’d recommend his services to anyone in need. We first contacted him to find out the issue with our downstairs plumbing drain. He was impressively responsive, available and on-time. He isolated the problem and provided the fix in an incredibly time efficient manner. On top of that, the price is fantastic considering the level of professionalism and quality provided. When we had another issue with our ceiling getting water damage, we dialed him right away. Eduardo came THAT afternoon to take a look and was able to squeeze us into his busy schedule 2 days later to perform the work. He once again isolated the issue within minutes and knew how to fix it. We validated it was the root of the problem and he was able to complete the work in just about an hour. The icing on the cake is that he takes pride in his work and cleans up afterwards, leaving your place just as it was. The cherry on top is he is a genuinely nice person. I've had a number of plumbers do work in our building and Eddie was a breath of fresh air. He replaced a kitchen sink faucet that was beyond my DIY skills. He also installed a new bathroom sink faucet and secured the floating vanity I installed (but didn't feel secure). He also had some parts on hand, like a drain stopper, needed to finish the job. There were some other issues I had him look at it and he was confident he could solve them when he comes back. I was pleased with his abilities, his efficiency, and his friendly professionalism. I’ve been a homeowner for 18+ years and have had my share of unreliable questionable contractors. I found Eddie and Luis on google and thought I’d give them a try. I had renovations done on my basement which involved relocating my water heater. I was unsure about connecting it so I called a professional. Eddie and his son were super responsive and offered fair pricing and in addition to the water heater I had them install my toilet and bathroom sink as well. Confidently, on a later date I asked him to re-configure the piping under the kitchen sink which would allow for more space and storage. He also addressed a two year old leak I had underneath my pedestal sink. These days it’s VERY HARD to find good, fair priced contractors for anything!! However, Eddie and his son Luis did a stellar job! I highly recommend them and will be using them for future jobs!

Wow, Eddie is the best plumber we've ever used in the 22 years we've been in our house. He showed up fast to help us with an emergency leak in a bathroom faucet. We actually called him at 10am while he was at a suburban job and he was at our place at 1230pm. (The plumber we used before, one of the well known local companies, wouldn't even answer their phone till 11am.) Eddie did the job for $500 less than the bigger company, didn't upsell us anything like the bigger company, gave us a chance to go buy a new faucet ourselves, and was even able to install the new faucet in the sink we already had while, which the bigger plumber didn't want to do, and fixed a pipe problem. Eddie saved us hundreds of dollars. Then as he was finishing, a neighbor randomly called us to ask if we knew plumber! So Eddie went right on over there, and did a great job for them too. We're so happy to finally have a guy we can count on in a pinch. Any one or two-person plumbing job, give Eddie a chance before you call anyone else.
