I am writing to give Greg and his crew a rave review! They were thorough, tidy and friendly. I have had my sewer line cleared many times, but they were the best by far. They used their hydro jet and camera to make sure our line was clear from the house to the main sewer line. Thank you so much for coming out so quickly and for doing such a great job. I HAVE A 5 YR MAINTAINANCE PLAN..IT WAS OK SERVICE AT FIRST....LAST TIME THEY WERE HERE THEY LEFT MY CONDENSING UNIT WITH 6 PANEL SCREWS MISSING..REAR PANEL WAS PROPPED UP BY A BRICK..TOP SCREWSWERE TO SECURE THE FAN..SO THE FAN WAS LOOSE AND RATTLED EVERY TIME IT CAME ON..I CALLED ABOUT IT TWICE..THERE WAS NO RESPONSE...THIS IS A UNIT THAT I PAID 13K TO INSTALL,,,ONLY CONCLUSION I CAME TO WAS SABOTAGE...I FINALLY REPLACED THE SCREWS MYSELF AND IS NOW REPLACING THIS COMPANY

I had a clog in the drain that affected the kitchen sink, dishwasher and washing machine. I needed it fixed right away, I called Pioneer Plumbing And Rodding and was given an appointment that day. They showed up and were courteous, polite and professional and fixed the problem within a hour and a half. The price wasn't as bad as I had expected either. I would definitely use them again.

BEWARE! Do not patronize this company. The address they post is fake. 1204 N. State Parkway is the address of PS Clark's, a bar on the Gold Coast that has been out of business and the premises vacant for several years now. When asked about their fake address, they said they were working from home. Unless they had been working out of the back of PS Clark's, they are being deceptive. They promised to send a licensed, bonded, and insured plumber, but sent a gig worker who is really a handyman that also does drywall, painting, etc., but still charged plumber rates. I knew more about rodding than the gig worker who admitted he had just purchased his equipment the day before! He showed up without the normal materials every plumber carries. No slam to the gig worker, but to Pioneer Plumbing that hires him (and likely, others like him), exploits him, and passes him off as a legitimate plumber. They are doing business under the name of J & J Services on 6723 N Sacremento Ave. in Chicago.

We recently bought a house which had a broken kitchen faucet head. I was referred to this company by a family friend and I called them. One of the pipes in the kitchen had a leak and water was overflowing all over.Called this company and they were able to come despite the after hrs. Ben worked way past normal business hours, went through my issue and was able to stop the leak he, went over and beyond by adding an extra part on the overflow, did an excellent job cleaning up

I had these guys come to my home and did a remarkable job of replacing the galvanized pipes that were clogged up and putting in new copper pipes and making sure the water heater was working.They were very hardworking and were able to finish in a day.I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.
