These guys showed up and went way beyond my expectations!!! I called another plumber we have used for 8 years for a quote at our commercial location and 3 weeks later never showed up. Ross completed the job in 1 week after my initial call!

I called Ross and told them about an issue I had with a sewer pipe at an investment property of mine. Their offices are about a mile away so I thought that they could help me. The person that I spoke with told me that someone would go to that property to provide an estimate before the end of the day or they would call me. The next morning I called and left a message. A different person called and told me that the person who was supposed to look at my issue was called off on another job. She went on to tell me that they could not perform any repair for me for 3 weeks. She said that the lady I spoke with originally should have disclosed this. Terrible customer service.

I did not use this company. I called up to make an appointment but the girl said they only do plumbing and not heating.

Excellent service! Couldn't improve at all! Bill was here promptly and fixed our outside faucets in a jiffy. Thank you Bill!

I can't say enough about Ross Plumbing. I called them after four plumbers who never returned my call. They answered the phone on the first ring, got in touch with Bill, who came by on his way home to look at the problem. He and another plumber came the next morning and the leak was fixed. Their pricing is more than fair and I was expecting a bill of $600. The bill was $421.75! I also own a company and any projects I have I will call them first. Highly recommended...
