Chris and his son Chris Jr. are our go to for plumbing repairs. They are honest, knowledgeable, professional and fair. They saved us today when our hot water heater quit, and naturally we had a houseful of guests in town for Thanksgiving! They arrived in an hour and had it repaired and producing in about an hour. I feel so fortunate to have found Chris and Majestic Plumbing!

I am very happy with their service. Arrived at 10:30am - left at noon. Removed my very old water heater and installed a new one. They work very efficient and the price was $400 less than their competition. Very happy! I will call Majestic Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

We called rotorooter first but they scratched up the toilet and left a mess. We sent them away after a second opinion. They were trying to charge more for the service than Majestic would to replace the entire toilet.

Our dishwasher supply line was dumping out water onto our new flooring on Christmas Eve. We turned off our water and called Majestic Plumbing. It was the first time we had ever worked with them and they came out same day! Being able to turn on my water saved Christmas! Thank you for the awesome and fast service.

Needed to have a sewer pipe located and have a cleanout installed. Ended up with a collapsed sewer pipe that we caught before it caused us problems. Majestic replaced the bad section, and installed the cleanout all the same day. They were very professional and friendly and did some quality work.

I was so relieved to hear that Majestic Plumbing would be able to fit me into their schedule since I was expecting 5 guest from out of state and my kitchen sink was leaking underneath. Excellent experience and very good pricing. Chris and his team have excellent work ethics. They were punctual, efficient, hardworking, and clean. They worked in tandem in my three story townhouse to replace a toilet, find leaks, and replace shower fixtures in my bathtub shower. He also gave me advice on preventing leaks and how to replace the cracked grout. All of this in 1-1/2 hours. I was really impressed and am very happy I found a plumber I can trust in the future.

Recently, we had the unfortunate incident of a slab leak in our kitchen and because of terrible experiences with other plumbers, I started to ask around if anyone knew a good company that wasn't going to rip us off. Majestic Plumbing was recommended by a close friend of mine so I braced myself and called them. Chris immediately impressed me right off the bat. From his demeanor and the information he gave me over the phone, I could tell he was extremely knowledgeable and well versed in his trade. He was also very empathetic to our situation, which I appreciated. He and his employee came out and after literally jackhammering through the ground in our kitchen, they located the leak and were able to repair it right away. They didn't just fix the leak and leave, either. They also cleaned up after the repair, cemented and resealed everything and left our kitchen in excellent condition. I was super nervous about the cost for all this crazy work but when I got the bill, I was surprised and so relieved! They charged a very fair price for the work that was done and I know that any other company would have easily charged us twice what Majestic did. I knew I found our plumber for life and planned on using and recommending them to others. Well, imagine our surprise when a few days later, we found there was ANOTHER slab leak!!! I called Chris again and he sent his employee out right away. He dug up his original work but unfortunately, the leak was in another spot. They were able to locate it though and again, repaired, cemented, resealed and cleaned everything up again. Of course, I was again worried about the cost of this. Not only did they have to dig up the previous work, they also had to repair two holes now and dig through cabinets for this new leak. Well, I was again surprised with a bill that was extremely fair and beyond reasonable for the work that was done. And again, I knew that I would never call another plumber again. Well...guess what? Yep! We found yet ANOTHER leak - this time in the wall behind our bathroom shower! I couldn't believe our terrible luck but I knew that I could call Majestic and get it taken care of. Chris came out the very next morning and in less than an hour, everything was completely welded, fixed, and working again. I figured this next bill was going to make up for the other two reasonable ones but nope, yet again, Chris was very fair for the excellent work he did and I was beyond happy with his service and company.
In total, Majestic came out 3 times for 3 different leaks in just a week and a half. Each time, they came out promptly, did the work professionally, and charged fairly. I mean, what more could you ask for? I could literally go on for days about how fantastic Chris is and how grateful I am to finally have found an honest professional who stands behind his work and cares about his customers. I promise you, Majestic is the ONLY company you need to call for your plumbing needs! Don't waste time calling around, don't bother waiting for other plumbers to show up, don't get raked over the coals on pricing. Just call Chris and his team and know that you will be well taken care of in no time!!!

All plumbers should strive to be like these guys! They were at our house within 2 hours of being called for a stubborn clog. They promptly took care of that and then I showed them the job someone else did on the water line install for our fridge. They immediately noticed the problem. They didn’t have the part needed so they made one. Half an hour later, the fridge dispenser speed tripled from what it was before and bisually looks more sturdy. The last thing installed looked like a leak waiting to happen. Best of all, their rates were very fair. I highly recommend using them.

They were kind enough to fit us in to their schedule same day I called. Completed our kitchen faucet install, disconnected and capped some lines we weren't using, and advised us regarding a couple of other issues without any sales pressure. Much appreciated.

Chris came out and helped me get my house sold and was the most reasonable plumber I called. Yes... you may have to wait to get him out, but trust me... he's so... worth the wait! What a stroke of luck finding Chris and Majestic Plumbing! We had a broken pipe underneath the slab and directly under a wall which was incredibly difficult to even reach, much less repair. After getting many super high estimates on the repair, I was lucky enough to get a word of mouth referral from two of his happy customers who recommended him highly due to his honesty and integrity. When I had a leak I called Chris at Majestic. He answered right away and was at my house an hour and a half later. He found the problem and quoted me a price almost half of what a National company had quoted. He came back the next morning and replaced my Water Heater in less than 2 hours. I couldn't have been any happier with the service. I would absolutely recommend Chris for all your plumbing needs!

Chris and his crew recently installed new plumbing connections and valves in the AC closet in our condo. We unfortunately had to have the county move our water meter. Magestic Plumbing hooked up the new meter to our home. Working with the county on timing was tricky. Magestic was great, they came by the afternoon the county finished and completed the install so we were never out of water in our home. They were professional, quick and did a great job at a reasonable price. We highly recommend them and will definitely keep them in our preferred vendor list.

I can't rave enough about this company. I called them on New Year's Eve Day, and they were on site within two hours. Their knowledge was impressive, their manners impeccable. We have used a different plumbing company for about 20 years. A little over a week ago we had an unexpected plumbing emergency (what other kind is there?) and the company we normally use said if we were lucky, they may be able to come to our house in about two weeks. Obviously that was not acceptable as both our kitchen sinks were totally clogged and the sink/tub in the garage that the washing machine runs into was clogged as well. So, not only did we not have a kitchen sink to use but we weren't able to do laundry either. Obviously this was not something that we could wait two weeks to have fixed. I asked in my neighborhood Facebook group if anyone could recommend a good and reliable plumber, as luck would have it one of my neighbors used to be Majestics office manager and she gave me their number and told me to ask for Chris the owner. I called that morning and they had someone at my house within an hour. Sadly, the gentleman that came to our house thought it was a bit more of a difficult job than it turned out to be. This was on a Thursday and this gentleman told me that they probably wouldn't be able to get anyone out there until the following Monday. I took a chance and called back the next day (Friday) and spoke to Chris the owner and he said he couldn't promise anything but would I mind if he stopped by in about an hour to assess the situation. He came by and Chis is the nicest most professional plumber that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He said if it was okay with me he wanted to come out the next day (Saturday) with another one of his employees and see if the job could be done a bit easier and cheaper than the first gentleman that came out had said it would be. I told him that would be fine and shockingly he didn't even charge me extra for coming out on a Saturday. He arrived this morning with one of his employees, it was not as difficult a job as his first employee thought it would be. Don't get me wrong, the first gentleman that came out was very nice and professional, he just made it sound like it was going to be a much bigger job than we though it was going to be. When Chris and his employee got here this morning, they figured out what the problem was and had it fixed within 10 minutes. No muss, no Fuss and they were both so polite and knowledgeable. I will NEVER use another plumber again! And whomever might be reading this should take my advice and use majestic plumbing as well. I PROMISE you that you won't be disappointed. I have lived here all of my life and I plan on telling everyone I know about Majestic plumbing and how it should be the only plumbing company anyone should every be using. After having frequent clogs, we decided to call a plumber to get to the “root” of the problem. Majestic plumbing did just that. They found that our oak tree “roots” literally cracked our pipe and caused them to shift, which was causing constant clogs (or everything - toilet, shower, etc). They took care of everything perfectly and in a timely manner. Very professional men, and show up on time. Chris and Scott are very courteous and know their work very well. Their prices are amazing and they were able to make genuine recommendations without looking out to charge us for unnecessary services. Fixed a leak we had in the wall next to the water heater, and also replaced the old rotary shut off valve with a new gate valve. I think they were done in about 20 minutes.

I had a great experience with this company. Had a difficult situation with a small water heater in a condo that was underneath a kitchen counter. Had to slide the oven out to access it. Turns out the opening was smaller than the diameter of the device, meaning that they built the counter top AROUND the water heater *FAIL*. In any case, Majestic Plumbing was able to save the day and get this situation resolved with a new water heater. Highly recommended!

Where do I begin!? If you have been looking for a plumber that has been in the business for many years and is straightforward about what needs to be fixed then stop looking now! Chris showed up the very next day that I called about my arm pipe leak in my kitchen. He arrived when he said he would and immediately diagnosed the problem. His prices are extremely fair and had every other quote beat by hundreds of dollars. Chris even managed to save my granite counter tops and new cabinets by discreetly cutting behind the cabinets. He even patched up where he cut which was very unexpected for a plumber to do. I had previous plumbers come out and tell me they had to rip out all my new cabinets and granite to get behind my wall but wouldn’t be responsible for the repairs. I am so glad we chose Chris to do the job! The best part of it all is he RESPECTS your home and family. He made sure he vacuumed and cleaned the entire mess that was made from the job and returned my home back to its original state. I have never had a plumber that showed respect and cleanliness during and after a job like he did. The group of men he works with as well are all fantastic and go above and beyond.
