Charles Plumbing

Called Charles Plumbing because a great review from a neighbor. Don came out and arrived the time he said he would be there. I described over the phone the problem. Knew just what needed to be done. Fixed it and charged a very fair price. I will in turn spread the word to friends and neighbors of this family owned business when a good plumber is needed.

I had an issue with a sewer line at at a rental house that I own. Charles Plumbing called me promptly with an estimate. They came out and fixed the problem. The workmen were friendly and explained what they were doing. I felt that I also got a fair price for the work that they did.

Was very efficient, polite, and resolved the problem, showed up early which was appreciated.

Great company to deal with!!! After waiting for over 5 hours for a different plumber to show up , I called Charles plumbing and with in a half hour they were at my door.

Finally an honest plumber! We have been consistently having problems with our plumbing. Not only was he lower priced than all of the other competitors -- he responded quickly and was quite friendly. Instead of suggesting a quick fix to ensure that he would be back (like many other plumbers have done) Charles Plumbing told us how to actually fix the problem.

You know you have the wrong plumber when they attack your kitchen sink with out using protection on the wrench. No matter what, good plumbers protect the faucet from scratches and gouges. Not this guy.

Honest, affordable and very service oriented. I had the pleasure of having Ray and another associate (forgot to ask his name) come to my home to unclog my main line. Both of them were very helpful in identifying the problem and making a solution. I really appreciate all of their help and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Complete NO SHOW!!! Called and got an appointment easily over the phone for the following day for a specific time, not a window of a few hours, which I liked.
Was home 15 mins before the appt time and waited for an hour and a half after, no show, no call to say he's running late, no nothing. I hate liars that don't show up when they say they are going to be there! Not going to try this company again, even though they had good ratings.

These guys were great. Highly recommend.

Very pleasant to deal with and explained what the issues were... (they fixed a broken main water pipe line). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys!

Got it done quick and reasonable price

Charles Plumbing gave great service. They showed up on time ( a little early but that's okay), and I paid exactly what they quoted on the phone. They gave me 2 scenarios and 2 prices and that's what i paid.
I would recommend their service.

Ray... I can't thank you enough! You came out within 1 hour of me calling you on a Saturday. You found my leak behind the wall and repaired it on the spot in no time at all.
Then we found that my 3-year-old ream water heater was rotting out and needed to be replaced under warranty... They took the label off the old water heater and we're back Monday with a new replacement. I highly recommend these guys and I would not hesitate to use them again for my plumbing needs Thank you Ray and your work partner.

To be fair, my experience is only with trying to get a quote. I called them to replace a pipe and was told they could come in a few hours so I called into work to stay home. I called hours later and asked if they were coming and was told no because I had other plumbers outside my house. My usual plumber showed up out of the blue after I called that morning to complain because I have been trying to get quotes for awhile from them. I did not expect them. Charles plumbing told me they would not quote because I had other plumbers coming and they do not want to bid against others. So I'm just posting this as a warning as if their scared to bid they may know they can't compete. I would make sure you get other bids discretely to compare. Turns out okay, as my usual plumber apologized and gave me the usual reasonable quote.

Our toilet backed up into the shower (ewwww) and we called several plumbers with no one calling back. My realtor recommended one outfit but he was shorthanded today and wasn't going to be able to get out so recommended these guys. I called around 1:30 and they said they would be here at 3:30 - wouldn't you know, the doorbell rang at 3:30!

30 minutes later my drain was free (be careful what you flush down the toilet boys and girls) and price was reasonable. I hope I never need him again but was definitely happy with the service.

They were prompt,professional,courteous,and clean. They were able to fit us in on short notice and their price was less than all the companies that could not perform the job as quickly.

My experience with these guys has been really good. They work in connection with another set of plumbers who first fixed my shower, and I had a minor issue a month or so later. Shawn and John came back and re-fixed the issue free of charge and have done a great job. They came in a very timely manner and also had the courtesy to call ahead and give me an exact time to expect them. Also they seem very knowledgable and are nice people.
