I called Good News Plumbers to come out and quote me on work I needed completed. I talked to them 3 times on the phone and they seemed like they were busy and multi tasking, unable to focus on the conversation every time. Mind you each time I talked to them they never mentioned a $49 service charge for coming out. As sit at my home waiting on them to arrive they call me and say oh, did I mention that there is a $49 service charge for me to come out. I was just talking to the boss man and realized I forgot to mention it. The service charge coupled with the poor customer service skills made me cancel the appointment and call else where.
