The plumbers that came were super professional, both wore their mask for the entire time of service. Fixed my gas water heater timely and even showed me what was broken to begin with. They were great about all 4 of my dogs being around and were quiet enough while I worked from home while still keeping me informed. I will definitely be using them again in the future. The price was very reasonable in comparison to everyone else I called and they have text alerts to keep you informed of when they are coming, on their way, done with service, preparing your invoice and even a thank you as they leave.

I had some leak issues with an upstairs bathroom. Carlos came by and explained it was a bad cartridge. He was very upfront and honest about everything, the price was more than reasonable . He swapped the cartridge out and the leak issue has been fixed

TL/DR: fast and reliable always making sure the job is done correctly.I had my entire house replumbed a few weeks ago. The first highlight was that John was able to work with other customers and get us moved up in the schedule since it was an issue that displaced us until it could be fixed. The workers showed up, we’re very courteous, and got the job done quickly with minimal damage. Our water had to be completely re-routed due to the age of our home, and they were able to complete the job in one day as promised. After the work was complete, they subcontract out the drywall and within a few hours the walls looked almost brand new. We had a few small issues with our shower after the replumb but they sent out two guys to take a look and they were able to fix it. Not only did they fix the shower issue, but they answered my questions about water treatment for my home. We ended up getting that installed this week. The turn around time for that was fantastic and it looks great. Going from having a huge busted pipe to brand new plumbing with water treatment in three weeks speaks volumes to this company. Could you find a cheaper plumber? Maybe. But if you do, I guarantee you’ll be giving up quality and reliably. I would recommend Drain Genie if you have any plumbing needs.

With the plumbing being 30 years old, I decided the best bet was to repipe the house even though I knew this might be a big hassle. From the very first phone call to the owner John, I was impressed with the professional, honest information and answers to my questions; everything was above board from license to insurance information. John was able to fit me into his schedule within a short period of time. A crew of five workers showed up and each person knew exactly what to do. They worked with unbelievable precision and professionalism. From laying down cloths to walk on to vacuuming up every last bit of dust, I was amazed. I had to leave while my new hot water heater was being installed. I didn't get back before the job was completed. Thankfully the office took my payment over the phone so I didn't have to rush across town. The service tech was nice enough to close my garage door when he left. I returned home to a new hot water heater decorated in all the magnets that was on the old one. This company is the best. Same day service. The tech came prepared to do the job. Great service. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSEI made an inquiry around 10 at night and they got back to me within a half hour about the service i needed.My kitchen sink was filled on both sides and clearly there was a backup in the pipes somewhere. Next day Carlos arrived at the appointment time and was very thorough with me about what the problem was and how he was going to handle it. I called Drain Genie on a Sunday afternoon for an emergency on the leak from my water meter box out on the lawn. I contacted the city, the on call technician came to the site, looked at the problem and told me that I need a plumber to fix my leak. I looked up some numbers online in panic and started calling. John called me back, I was not clear about what do I need assistance for, so John asked to speak to the city person. The next thing I know, the technician from the City is digging up on my lawn fixing the leak! And I don’t need to call another plumber!! I’d recommend Drain Genie for any plumbing service. Great service! Aaron has been here a few times to work on various issues. Replaced our 40 gal hot water heater, replaced our kitchen sink drain line that was leaking into the exterior wall, and helped us with our lift station issue. I don't want to ever call a plumber but if I do it would be Drain Genie.

I called Drain Genie this morning and spoke to John and told him that I had a broken water main. Carlos was a huge help getting a fridge water line replaced to take care of a leak. He did a great job explaining what was going on and working with an unusual setup thanks to a DIYer previously owning the house.

These guys are great!!! I tried to do what I thought would be a simple job on a Sunday. Changing my Moen shower trim kit from chrome to oiled rubbed bronze simple right... Not even. In the process of doing this simple task I broke the valve cartridge to the point it was time to call in a plumber. It's not easy to find a good plumber that will come out quickly on a Sunday, but Adrian came within 35min and saved the day. He was able to somehow get that broken cartridge out so we could just change that and not have to install a completely new valve. This was a big cost savings to me. He also was very clean and left the bathroom cleaner then it was when he got there.Thanks again for the great job! I have you in my contacts in the event I need help again.

First I would like to say that back in 11/19 drain genie repiped my entire home. I had a pipe break in my home and they responded quickly and gave me options on how to fix my issue. The repiping was affordable and preformed in a timely manner. Almost 2 years later I notice a wet spot in the house and immediately called drain genie. Not only was the staff knowledgeable on potential issues the staff was professional and friendly. They had two personnel respond to my home within the hour and located the potential issue. I called Drain Genie after trying to get 2 other companies. The night before me neighbors and I thought I had an outdoor leak. With an early morning call, that fit me in same day and came 30 mins early; when does that ever happen. The technician was very thorough on telling me what was wrong (which ended up being the city at the meter) and check area to make sure they were accurate. They didn't charge me an arm and a leg (priced reasonably) and left me to deal with the right folks for the city. Overall great experience. I'd use them again.

We had a leak behind sheet rock above the hot water heater on Sunday night at a home near UCF where my son a UCF student lives. I live one hour away. My son shut off the water at the main valve on side of home and I did quite a bit research of Orlando area plumbers. Based on reviews, BBB rating and our preference for a smaller local family owned business rather than a big corporate or franchise company I selected Drain Genie. They did not disappoint. The Technician came out quickly the next day to do the repair. It did not take long and I am appreciative of the responsiveness and professional work completed. I will have no hesitation calling Drain Genie again for our future plumbing repairs.

I spent all Friday night trying to get a Plummer to come fix my faucet in the bathroom that was leaking a lot of hot water. That was a waste of water and electricity. No one could come fix it until after the weekend because they didn’t consider it an emergency. I called Drain Genie Plumbing Services and John understood my concern. Had a camera inspection performed for the sewer line. The whole crew starting from the office to the on site plumber was very on point. Final price was as quoted and they delivered the video of the inspection as promised. On site plumber was very patient and thorough, making sure the video captured all the problems found and had notes of the problems. Service was delivered same day as the initial call. Office followed up to make sure I received the correct video of the inspection. They delivered a pleasant experience during this stressful situation.

Excellent service! Very quick response, friendly, courteous, arrived on time, and very professional. sent reminders for the appt the day before and they have the latest in technology! They inserted a camera line in the plumbing and found where the issue was, then he used a sensor locator all over the front of the house and was able to locate where the camera was (25 ft), he dug and found the cleanout on the other side of the driveway and fix the issue. We highly recommend them! We will definitely use them again!!

Adrian came out to fix my bath tub that wasn't working. At first inspection, he was unable to fix the issue due to parts that were inaccessible because of age. He then proceeded to work on a couple toilets that I mentioned were having problems (this was not on the work order).By request, Adrian explained the issue with the bath tub to me with the hopes I would be able to fix it on my own.After the toilets were fixed, Adrian saw me struggling with the tub and decided to give it another shot. Using unconventional methods, he was able to remove the broken parts and replace them, only to find out there was a leak as well coming from somewhere else.After close to 3.5 hours, Adrian packed up his stuff leaving behind 2 fully working toilets and a fully working bath tub. I couldn't have been more pleased.I should also mention that the service I received was on the same day I called.

I called Drain Genie the day before to see if they could come out as soon as possible to help me get some repairs done in my house before the washer and dryer can be installed. They were here the next day at 9:30 like they said they would be. They fixed a vanities a sink a toilet fix my washer and dryer on and off switches. All in the span of maybe four or five hours. Not only was Carlos efficient and fast he was also caring about the prices and made sure that everything was done correctly and it didn't charge me an arm and a leg to have everything done correctly. I called them in the morning and Tom was dispatched to my house to assess a toliet flushing issue. He quickly determined the pipes weren't clogged and was due to the age of the toliet and some calcium build up he found when snaking the toliet. He didn't try to upset and it only cost $160.00 where other companies wanted $400.00.

I had an issue with our sewer backing up so I called Drain Genie after finding them on Angie's List. They came out the same day and cleaned out our lines but said there was still a blockage and our house had to be scoped, which they did the next day. The blockage appeared to be under the sidewalk so they suggested I call the county water district first. The county informed us it was our issue not theirs so I called Drain Genie back. They broke up the sidewalk, dug down several feet, and located the 2x4 that the builders apparently left for us. The problem is solved. They were very professional, always called to let us know when they would arrive, and gave us true estimates for the work. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

I had Drain Genie trace the main sewer line in order to determine the location of our septic tank. The team performed the task very swiftly. However, the lead speculated about the need to have the driveway being demolished for access to the covers. This was quite a scare! Luckily, I god smart advise from a couple of septic tank installers and a concrete demolish person and was able to gain access myself.

It was a late night and I had plumbing issues and Charles was able to come out and find and fix the problem. He was very professional and he explained what caused the problem. I would definitely use Drain Gene again.

Aaron and Aaron went above and beyond to help me diagnose a major backup in my newly purchased house. I hadn’t even owned my house for a week when I noticed that everything that went down the drain came right back up the shower drains. At the end of the day, the blockage was in the public sewer, so the county ultimately had to fix the problem, but I never would have known to call the county unless these guys advised me to do so. I came home after being gone for 2 months at around 3-4:00 AM, and I began experiencing dirty water backing up into my bathtubs every time a toilet was flushed. Called Drain Genie in a panick, after calling several plumbing companies in the area for about an hour with no luck. Kevin Correia arrived to my home within 1.5 hours, and cleared my main sewer line out within about 45 minutes. Then he took the time to help me understand how to avoid this happening again in the future after being away for an extended length of time for work. Had a clog in the main line leading to the sewer right before we left for a weekend with family. Called to have someone come out right as we got back from our weekend. Kevin came out and cleared the sewer line leading to the street. He let us know it was most likely on the cities end, as we don’t have a septic system. Informed us to call the city and have anyone else in the neighborhood to call, as well, if they have had to have the same service done so we could get them to come out and clear the sewer system so this does not become a reoccurring issue for us. First , I would like to say awesome name for a business. I needed Drain Genie to come out within 24 hours because I had an old hose bib needing a professional job done after I tore the rusted cap off. Called 11:30 pm after realizing I couldn’t fix it and water wouldn’t stop running. Received a call early the next morning and had my issue fixed by the afternoon. I called drain genie this morning for a clogged pipe. John was very nice and professional. He fit me in and Carlos was at my house by this afternoon fixed every thing proficiently, was very nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely call them again in the future.

I called Drain Genie on a Sunday due to a back up in the master bathroom, as it wasn't an emergency I set up the appointment for the next day. The appointment window was from 10am to 12 pm. At 9:45 I received an email stating that they would be here between 10 am and 11 am. After 11 am, the company had still not shown up, when I received an email stating that they would be at my home between 11 am and 12 pm. After 12 pm I received a call that the technicians were not done at their previous appointment. I asked how long and could not get a time, only that I would be next when they are done (I have other appointment scheduled). I cancelled the appointment after the person I spoke to said that my appointment window was 11 am to 1 pm, which was not correct.Update: The next day I received a call from the owner of the company. The owner and I discussed the issues, at which time the owner took full responsibility on behalf of the company for my experience. He did not make excuses. The owner and I were able to discuss remedies and to come to a fair resolution. The fact that I received the call from the owner personally, he listened to what I had to say, that he made no excuses for my treatment , and the willingness to resolve the issue, I have decided to update my review.

Excellent company! Had a leak underneath kitchen sink when I called company for the 1st time. We called Drain Genie because of everyone's 5-star ratings and because they were Angie's List approved. But we could not have had a more different experience. The guy (I don't know his name) came to quote us on installing a water softener. He ended up not being able to do it because we needed to reroute electricity first. Got that handled and called him back. Suddenly when he returned, the quote was $100 higher. Against our better judgement, we had him proceed. He knocked on my door a couple of hours later, handed me the manual and told me I should hang on to it. That was fortuitous because after checking the water softener later that evening, it was apparent that it wasn't even working. We called a second plumber who told us, after looking at it only a couple minutes, that the motherboard wasn't working. How did this guy supposedly do the installation and 1)not realize it wasn't working or 2)know this information but not bother to share this with me?? We will not be calling this company for future plumbing needs.

Honestly, I never have bad experiences with service companies that I contract with, but it was a terrible and bad experience. The service was super expensive, I had to wait seven (7) days for them to install a part of the water heater. I did a search, and I realized that the cost was not fair. I'm so sorry, but it was not goodservice. God bless you.

i tried to fix the problem myself multiple times (it was just the water to the fridge line) and finally gave up and called. The technician not only gave me quotes for fixing the different things i needed fixed both now and in the future (with a price for repairs and a price for if i wanted to replace), but he also showed me what i was doing wrong when trying to fix the water line to the fridge and explained to me what he was doing and why! His willingness to take me through the steps so i might be able to fix such a small problem myself is SO much appreciated. i’m definitely going to use them again for how knowledgable, professionable, and understanding their techs are if they were anything like Mr.Carlos.

I called Drain Genie with a toilet that was flooding our bathroom and bedroom. Gushing. We couldn't turn off water at base and were clueless about turning water off outside house. Chaos and tears. Drain Genie sent Carlos out asap. He was very professional and kind. He showed me how to turn off outside water and what tool I need to puchase to do it, if needed, in the future. He quickly diagnosed the issue. He wet vacuumed the bathroom floor and carpet. He arrived early this morning and installed a new toilet, and removed the old one. The price was fair. I would call them if plumbing issues arise again.

I had a leaking faucet. They came when they said gave me an estimate over the phone. It was done in less than an hour. I thought very reasonable. My technician was Carlos, he had been here before to fix a toilet leak. He was very professional and fast both times.

They came out to fix my toilet on a same day request. We all thought everything was complete however I needed them to come back as something still wasn’t right. They were friendly, helpful and stayed until the job was done. John checked later to make certain everything was done to my satisfaction. These folks are the real deal! Some plumbers boast 24 hr service but don't mean it. I called at 1 in the morning and received a call back by Aaron less than 15 minutes later. Needed house re-piped and they did a great job and cleaned up nicely afterward. Very friendly and helpful. Also came out to give me more water pressure in kitchen sink and fixed that and patched up hole on outside of house near water shut-off. Couple days later had someone come out and did the plaster work after re-pipe and he was also very efficient, friendly and cleaned up nicely after his work. Carlos called to ask me if I wanted to move the appointment earlier than originally set. I said yes. He arrived on time, clean, and professional. He was there to replace a toilet and repair an outside clean-out that was hit by the lawnmower. The toilet replacement went well. He left the bathroom clean. The outside clean-out had been repaired during a prior homeowner, Carlos was able to remove the broken pipe fitting without having damaging the tee, which in itself was showing his art in his craft, seeing that PCV pipe is glued together. The fitting was replaced successfully. The estimate was right on target. Overall the whole event could have went a lot worse. I will be using this company again when I remodel the bathrooms and kitchen. I finally know the name of a good plumber!

I called after my garage flooded and I traced it back to my outdoor spigot at the side of my house. We had a new garbage disposal put in a week after my husband had a stroke. Super nice and efficient and I wouldnt be able to put up with some huge crazy charge.. it was cheap. John and his crew at Drain Genie Plumbing are the best. His team installed an Aquasana whole house water filter system for our home in November 2018. In June of 2019 the system developed a slow leak and John was kind enough to send a technician to repair the system at no charge. Can't say enough good things about John and his team, and when we need plumbing work in the future we won't hesitate to call on Drain Genie!

This company is the best! We left a message on the online chat at 2AM and they called us back at 8am since it wasn't an emergency (our shower valve broke and we turned off the water in the house so no leak). Adrian came on time during the estimated time window (11:30am-12:30PM) and was super kind, fixed the issue quickly, and helped us figure out quotes for future house projects we wanted. Kevin was very prompt and professional. My toilet was draining to my bathtub.....imagine how that looked. Kevin unclogged my outside drain first. He then removed my toilet and cleaned my line underground. While he was finishing up I called my mom to clean the bathroom because there was no way I was going in lol. However once my mom went in the bathroom while Kevin was speaking with me, She told me he had already cleaned the bathtub, toilet, and the floor. My mom proceeded to say that he was a good plumber because her last plumber left tools and tile in her bathtub. The bathroom was spotless and the toilet didn't have a scratch. We recently purchased a condo that had set unoccupied for a long period of time. It has literally been one thing after another. We called Drain Genie on two different occasions and they were very responsive. The appointments were set up to accommodate our schedule and staff arrived on time. Aaron was very polite and helpful. I have used this company twice in the last month. We had a plumber before who flat out lied to us, over charged and did not solve our problem. THEN, we called Drain Genie because I found them online and they had great reviews... Their best practice is to provide a quote over the phone. The price they quote is the price it is. They are not necessarily cheap- but if you need a plumber, you can expect that it probably won't be cheap- and they are fair. The first time they came out in 15 minutes!! The guy was so nice and fixed our valve (going to the dishwasher). The second time we had more broken valves- this time going to the new washing machine. Kevin was there the same day and while I could not be there (this was at my Mom's house) he stayed in touch with me over the phone the whole time, was very patient and sweet to my Mother and fixed the plumbing in no time. Drain Genie was the second Plumbing company I contacted. The first company wanted to charge me $650 to run a machine to remedy an alleged clog. Carlos from Drain Genie diagnosed my issue as mechanical and saved me hundreds of dollars and I got a new toilet to boot!

I needed Emergency Plumbing on a Sunday night after 8:00pm so I googled Plumbers in my area and found Drain Genie. THANK YOU LORD! Their answering service took my call and the owner called me within one min. Said he would have someone out around 9:30 pm, so I said fine. Ten minutes later he called me back and said he had a guy on the way earlier then expected! GREAT NEWS! The service tech arrived and introduced himself right away and got started. Long story short he ended up breaking two bits on the end of his cleanout line but finally got thru the clogg. He was not going to give up until he cleared the line. Which he did! This Monday Drain Genie’s technician Kevin came to clean my sewage outlet, which had backed up.He revealed to me that it was clogged by an intrusive tree root on the city’s side of the sewage cleanout, and not actually on my side.He cleared the root out, and then explained how I could contact the city to fix the damaged pipe and reimburse me for the plumbing fee!So basically, Kevin cleaned my pipes and helped me get the city to pay for it.Amazing!

We contacted Drain Genie around 5:30AM for an emergency service call, since we saw online they were 24/7 service, and we had sewage backing up into our tub. The owner answered right away, and sent out Kevin for an emergency service call by 7am. Kevin followed all protocols and was very professional his entire time here. He was able to cable the line far enough to remove the blockage, and now everything is working as it should. Would 100% recommend this company in the future. TWO experiences...#1 (Plumber that lost out) - So I originally called a plumber that was recommended by a family member not Drain Genie as they had a great experience with this particular service tech. I called them and asked for same service tech and we set an appt for the next day between 1-5 (Typical 4hr Window). I confirmed that he was available and they said of course. Well I get a call 45 min before my 1pm-5pm window asking if they could come early. I missed the call but then called back 4-min later and they said they wanted to come early but slot is already gone Really 4-min and you filled it she said yes. I then confirmed that the correct tech was coming and she stated that he was no longer available (really) but they had another tech coming. I was not happy, I said OK and hung up and called Drain Genie.# 2 (Drain Genie) They assessed my problem while on the phone, even asked if I would text a picture of the areas where the issue was so they could be thinking about what it might be and gave me a ball park price. I asked when they would be available knowing it was 1:30 pm and they said they could come by in an hr (WHOO HOO) as they were finishing a job in the area. John & Aaron located the issue told me what it was fixed it showed me what happened.Now I know why they have 5 -Star reviews and I highly recommend Drain Genie for your plumbing needs its great to see professionals that understand and care.

Technician was called out to do work for an individual unit but was unable to do his work without having a shut off valve for the building itself. Technician did a shut off valve for the condo association and then completed his job for the unit owner. Technician was quick efficient polite and professional.

After researching the reviews and BBB rating I called Drain Genie to fix a sub-par hose bib replacement another company had done in my home. I explained what my issue was and John, the owner requested I texted him pictures so he could give me an accurate estimate. I was on the phone with him at 12:37pm and received a text informing me someone would be here at 1:00pm. At 12:56pm Aaron was a my door; He was very polite and immediately looked at the area to be worked on. He did explain once he chipped at the stucco the estimated price could go up depending on how bad the situation was inside the wall. Once he chipped at the wall, he pointed out the previous company's mistake and showed how he would have to proceed. he explained the fee would be a bit higher because of more work that needed to be done. The new estimate was only $25 more than originally quoted. He replaced the part and patched the stucco with concrete and did a fabulous job! he cleaned after himself and did the job 100% perfect! He also changed a toilet supply line since he was here and only charged for the part. I also asked him to look at a leaking supply line under the kitchen to replace it and he said it did not need replacing and tightened a nut that was loose and did not charge for that.After Aaron left, John texted me to see how the service was. I am quite impressed with the level of professionalism and quality of work from this company and the fact that I did not have to waste time waiting for someone for days! They will be me and my family's plumber from now on!

Carlos is excellent!!! Called two different repair people and they could not fit in the spot in my attic to repair my leak (cathedral ceilings) and we're talking about cutting a hole in my ceiling WHEN they had the time. The leak that happened right before the holiday. Carlos fixed in less than ten minutes! All I had to do was hand him his tools through the 2nd attic opening in my closet (attic floor was too damaged for him to carry it all while squeezing thru) and his was done in only a few minutes. No cutting needed. And no waiting for an appointment for weeks without water. I set an appointment in the morning and Carlos was here by the afternoon. If you are in a bind do yourself a favor and call this company & ask for Carlos the greatest of all time. No joke!!!

Carlos is the man! Probably one of the more professional services I've had in quite sometime. We called yesterday because our upstairs bathroom was leaking into our garage. Awesome Customer Service! I called around 12:30pm with a plumbing problem that I thought was going to be MASSIVE. (I'm a very self-reliant guy so it was hard to swallow that this problem was beyond me). They said they would try to get someone out by the afternoon. I got a text at 1pm saying they would be here around 3:45pm. At 3:45pm the Technician (Carlos) called and said he was on his way and would be there in about 10 mins. 10 mins later he is here. he is courteous and clean. We discuss the job, he gets to work and solves the problem in about an hour. I am thrilled this level of customer service exists. Great job!

A week or so ago, late at night or early the next morning (over the weekend), we noticed water leaking in the kitchen. After contacting our Home Warranty Company who did nothing to help us (an epic fail), my son went online to find us a Plumber. Based on a prayer for guidance and customer reviews, we settled on Drain Genie Plumbing Services and I am so glad we did! On a Sunday afternoon, we reached out to them and John called us back right away. The next day (we were able to turn the water on and off as needed), John had an employee come out to find the source of the leak. This was the beginning of a wonderful experience with a group of the most hardworking, courteous, professional, and honest people we have ever encountered in business. Although it ended up being easier to replumb the house than to fix the leak, the cost was so very fair. When we had a previous leak, another company quoted double what we paid to get the work done. These gentlemen, starting with John were superb - positively superb. They came in and did an awesome job in 5 hours. Outstanding! My son, who followed them around to see what they were doing and to move stuff out of the way when needed, was told, and showed everything they were doing. They answered any questions he had without hesitation or attitude. The next morning, the drywall team came in to do patch work. The drywall team was also outstanding. They were in and out in less than 3 hours after arrival. A day later, we had a few issues after everything was done and I called John. Within an hour, Aaron and his son were at the house and they took care of the problem right away. After they left, John called back to follow-up and explain to me again what happened. This is an outstanding company with great employees. Believe me when I say that I am not talking them up and I am afraid these comments do not adequately do them justice. The process of finding a reputable and quality plumber was nerve wrecking, but I found one in Drain Genie. They had great reviews on Yelp and they did not disappoint. We just moved into our house 3 weeks ago from PA. The previous homeowner had provided us with a home warranty which we mistakenly believed would cover us if anything unforeseen happened. Last Sat, we found a small leak in our plumbing. Their tech came Mon, diagnosed a leak in the slab and quoted $1500 to repair of which the warranty company would pay $1000 total. He returned on Fri and announced after 3 hours that he was unable to proceed because he kept creating more leaks, he was keeping the $1000, he guessed it would be under $6000 to replumb and he couldn't tell us when he'd be back because he didn't have the manpower. After arguing with his company and AHS until late yesterday afternoon, it was clear we were out $1000 and on our own. When we turned the water on, it was now filling his pit in 5 seconds so we couldn't even turn the water on to shower, etc. We started frantically calling plumbers and we thought we were going to need a hotel because we would be out of water for about another week. That's when we ran across the reviews for Drain Genie. Within 20 minutes, my husband was on the phone with the owner John. He asked my husband specific questions about the house and gave us a quote on the spot. He was able to get his crew out this morning. John and Aaron came out to the job and adjusted the quote up a little but it was completely understandable because we didn't realize our shower and faucet in one bathroom were separate. As his final quote was about half of the previous tech's guess and still less than another quick guess we were given on the phone by another plumber, we were thrilled. His crew did an excellent job and they even cleaned up everything when they were done. John and Aaron came by after they left to make sure we were happy. John and his crew turned our absolute nightmare into a positive which I would have said was impossible late yesterday afternoon. I recently had my master bathroom remodel and after having to replace 2 damaged vanities, the drains were leaking. My technician, Carlos was actually early and I wasn't quite back from an appointment. He happily went to the next job and came back to me. He was very pleasant and obviously knew what he was doing. He has 10 yrs experience (I asked him because he seemed so knowledgeable) The job of unclogging our shower drain was done very quickly. The price was very reasonable. Backed up in my house charged me ,$333.00 stating I had roots in the line and broken pipe.. Suggested to have camera to locate the Break.. called them back to have the camera and give me an estimate. want to charge me another $300 just to ran the camera when other companies did it for free.. just to find out the cleanout was not closed correctly that's why I had roots.. SMH.

Drain Genie came out and discovered roots in my sewer line. The crew used a camera and located the issue. The duo were professional, courteous and prompt. They will be my only choice for plumbing issues in the future.

Tom did a great job on repairing my toilet. I did everything a DIY can do to fix, but when the issue could not be resolved I called Drain Genie. Tom arrived in the timeframe they said they would, he assessed and fixed the toilet pretty timely. He didn’t procrastinate and got right down to business. And my favorite, he left my bathroom clean. I thought after removing and repairing, the bathroom would look like a construction zone but he left it nice and tidy. Great Job!! Will definitely reach out again when I need a plumber.

Contacted Drain Genie online about a leaky pipe outside. Got a prompt call back, done some quick checks over the phone to see what the problem might be and got a ballpark estimate. Scheduled the work for the same afternoon, Carlos called me when he was on the way, and managed to fix the problem quickly when he was here. Great service overall and would definitely recommend.

Excellent service! Prompt! Dependable! I call on Sunday afternoon and requested service for Monday. They called me on Sunday and set up a time for Monday. On Monday they called me to let me when they would arrive which was for the time I was scheduled. I usually prefer to do work on my home myself because as my wife says, I'm a perfectionist! I can no longer do it because I broke my shoulder and they can't do much to fix it. I must say, John and Aaron were super. Very professional, all work was completed quickly and neatly and they cleaned everything up before they left. They left the bathroom spotless and the charge was exactly as estimated and very reasonable. I expected to have to pay much more. I called these guys because of their good reviews and they didn't disappoint. They couldn't have done much better. We called super last minute and they were able to get someone out to us within a couple hours. The owner was very helpful and was able to give an accurate diagnosis of the issue over the phone just through a picture message. Our tech was Carlos, who was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. He was able to fix the issue way more quickly than I anticipated and offered suggestions for future maintenance. Drain Genie has always been out go to for all of our plumbing needs. We had a problem with our disposal in the sink. Carlos came out and explained everything that he needed to do. We decided to remove it and just run the pipes without a disposal. He was friendly, outgoing and very knowledgeable. His work was neat and professional. Drain Genie is a very professional company. They assigned Aaron to install our whole house water filtration system. He was very punctual and knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. We had an issue with our water filtration system order and Aaron quickly resolved the situation although it was not Drain Genie’s fault, but the water filter company itself. I would definitely recommend Drain Genie and I will use them again for any future projects.

Adrian has come to the rescue twice to clear a stoppage. The first time he succeeded when 2 plumbers before him not only failed but made a bad situation worse. Not only did Adrian quicky clear the stoppage, but he went above and beyond by then cleaning the shower floor where all of the toilet water had backed up. We actually have a home warranty but I don't call them. I call Drain Genie.
