I heard on the news about the new federal tax savings and thought I would give a few solar companies a call. In the end I went with this company. Their communication skills were above the rest. They even gave me a customized presentation in my house showing me exactly where the panels are going. The sales rep was super polite, and thoughtful. They didn’t push me at all with signing right away. They understood that this is a big purchase.

This business' door knocker was how I first heard about it. My neighbor was installing solar panels, so they were nearby. The were excellent. I even had the opportunity to stroll over to my neighbor's house to view a portion of the procedure and the panels firsthand. This was quite helpful to me because I was never sure whether solar was a scam or not. I was able to immediately hear their presentation. Their team pleased me so much that I immediately joined with them.

I picked this business because to their professionalism.They are like consultants and not hard core sales people. Other businesses made dazzling presentations but were unable to respond to inquiries that weren't on their script. On point spent the necessary time answering all of the questions during the planning stage. The installation went smoothly and quickly. The installers were proficient, considerate, and made sure we were happy.

I was presently surprised by the presentation of On Point. The rep came out to my home and gave me a customized proposal that included showing me what the panels would look like on my home. We went through a few drafts but got it right and the panels were up and running in a few weeks. The sales team did a great job answering all the questions we had. Great customer service !!

I went with this company after doing my research online. I was impressed with how they conducted themselves on my initial call and their sales presentation was customized to my needs. They were able to explain why certain panels needed to go where and how long the process will take. I did get them pretty fast and had them on my roof within a few weeks.

We went with this company after our friend got their panels done. They knocked on our door to let us know they were in the area and if we wanted to learn more about Solar Energy. We sat for their presentation and realized that there were long term benefits we never considered. We were very impressed with their knowledge and customer service. They got back to us pretty fast and we were able to install our panels within a few weeks after the presentation.

I just switched to solar energy thanks to On Point. After they gave me a quote and I compared it to others, I completed a week's worth of study into the types of panels, inverters, and mounts they use. I decided to go on a solar project with them after doing a lot of solar research. Although going solar is a long process, it is well worth the effort. Our interactions with On Point have been excellent. It took less than two weeks to install the replacement roof we required. Next came the installation of the solar panels. A fantastic bunch of workers came to install the solar panels, and they did an amazing job. All things considered, we are really happy with the entire process, and we have already recommended On Point to a number of our friends.

On Point did a great job for our new solar panel system. They worked very fast and were always there when we had questions. I am thankfully I went with this company instead of another one. Their team did a great job and I already told my friends and family about them!

So let me first off start saying I did my homework…I called a few different companies and got quotes and then choose the best option for my family. On Point was the 4th company I spoke with and they blew the others away. Their proposal for me was done same day and had someone come out to my house within a few hours. I was super impressed. In a world where everyone wants something same day they were able to get this done for us. After the papers were signed, loans approved and permits were complete we got our panels in a few weeks. Great team work and they listened to my needs !

The install crew was great and cleaned up after the work was complete. The whole team was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I did ask for a few changes on where the panels should go and they were more than happy to accommodate my needs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of getting panels installed.

Ive had a great experience with this company. They were on time, respectful and included my whole family in the process. My son thought the app was pretty cool because it showed how all the panels were working. I told my brother that they should go solar too and have an appointment set up next week.

I hear about this company from my brother, he just went solar last year. He was so happy with the results he wanted our whole family to get solar. Seriously, that’s all he spoke about at Christmas. So I agreed and I made the call. They guys came out with a custom proposal and walked me through what I could save. In the end I did go solar a few weeks later. What I found refreshing about this company was the way the kept in communication with me. Five Stars!

My solar panels are the BEST! On Point operated quickly and without incident. I would advocate for them to everyone and everybody. Previously, my energy bill was approximately $300 per month, but now it is just $30.33 per month, plus my solar payment, which is still significantly less than my previous electric bills!

Have been dealing with this company for over 4 months now. Install was guaranteed by June. We are now at the end of July and our panels have been on the roof since beginning of April. Panels have not been turned on and Batteries still have not been installed. Now we are being told end of august before anything is complete. Sounds great except now summer is half way down and that will be over 5 months, but at least on point got paid already. They dont care about you or your system. Do not use them

What more can I say about this company then they were able to answer all my questions and provide me with great customer service. I am someone who doesn’t make big purchases often but I decided to take the plunge after learning about the tax credit. I am simply happy with my panels and the service on point provided me.

The company has worked closely with us to put up a solar package that worked for my family, and it has been quite responsive to any concerns that have arisen. We heartily endorse the business. In addition, the installers did a fantastic job of making our panels appear really even and they carefully selected panels for our rooftop that did not look cheap. Although it might not seem like a big concern, if you have to look at these panels every day, you don't want them to seem cheap or awkwardly installed while your neighbors have a great setup!

I wouldn't recommend this company we have had non-stop problems. We decided to go solar back in August of 2022, the solar panels were placed on the roof the following week but not installed. The installer did not have the correct brackets or screws but placed the panels anyways. The screws came through our roof splitting the beams along our house and drive way were told they would return to fix it but no one has came. They come to our house with no notice in advance and just go into our yard without our knowledge. When installing new breakers to our breaker box they didn't secure it in properly and blew a fuse on our ac unit as well as forgot to turn the electricity back on killing 14 of our baby chameleons due to not having a heat source all day. At this time now 01/04/23 we still don't have our solar connected and none of the promises or repairs have been made let alone they ignore our texts and calls both the owner and the sales rep.

So far nothing but a positive experiences with this company. I thought the entire procedure went by very quickly. Great looking and performing solar panels. Customer service was excellent; whenever I phoned, someone would answer and assist me. They kept me informed of everything that was going on in the process. I haven't had any problems and I hope I never will.

If you are looking for a great company for Solar Panels make sure you pick On Point. They have great customer service and responded to me emails and calls within a day. I didn’t find the sales team pushy like some of the other places I called prior. They were also able to help me with roof repairs prior to installing the solar panels. Keep up the great work guys!!

I have to say that in my old house I owned a solar system and I wasn’t thrilled with it. I spok with On Point about putting a new system on my new place and the experience was like night and day. No only did they communicated through the whole process, they allowed me to take my time and think about it. There was no pressure with the sale (like some solar places) they wanted me to be 100% sure about the choice I was making. The savings were so great I even paid cash for it.

Solar Energy is a big purchase and it was not something that I wanted to jump right into. I did my research I had many questions. I spent a lot of time with this company to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted and made sure it was install with the best team possible. All those reasons are the reasons why I went with this company. They passed my tests and I had no problems signing a contract and am very happy with my choice.

Was promised solar panels to be done within 60 days it has been 6 months and after multiple attempts to fix the repairs that needed to be made to have the solar panels approved by the county and having not heard back from anyone after multiple calls and once they do answer they have no idea what is going on or any time line when the repairs are going to be made CORRECTLY. how do you go to make repairs on almost 10 different occasions and never actually resolve the issue now Im trying to get a refinance done and reduce my mortgage payment since this is held against my title I cant even move forward and they are now jeopardizing my mortgage.
I wouldn't recommend this company under any circumstances there are so many other companies out there willing to actually get this done rather than just take your money and never speak to you again.

For years I was told that I couldn’t get solar because my rood was flat. I called around and finally came across this company. They showed me what the panels would look like on my house and what the energy savings could be. Its been over 6 months and I have seen the savings. Which is great because I know summer is coming and that’s what I will really see it.

I have been so disappointed ever since I decided to go solar. They get three stars from me because installation of the solar panels went up fast. However the sales person that they contracted in my opinion still represents this company. He made all kinds of promises for incentives and when it was time to pay up he could not be contacted. Go figure. On point points the finger at the sales person and takes no responsibility for the misleading sales people that they contract. I was suppose to be up and running by sometime September. Here we are in November and I’m still making double payments on my APS bill and solar loan. I wish I never would have gone solar. So very very disappointed.

12/20/2022 an employee with the company reached out to me in reference to the issues that I had. He listened and took my explanation into consideration. He worked quickly to make things right, and within a few weeks he was a man of his word and made things right. I now have my solar up and running and everything has been corrected. This experience was wonderful. The employee was concerned and corrected the problems. I am thankful for the customer service he provided. Thank you again On Point.

I wasn’t too sure about solar energy. I had done my research and I had a TON of questions for my rep prior to signing on the dotted line. After a month or so I decided that I like what I saw and I was ready to move forward. I have been very impressed with the outcome. The process was finalized within a few weeks and I started to see savings the first month. I wish I had done it sooner NO BUYER REMORSE HERE!

I had my reservations about solar energy. So when I received a call from their office I was hesitant. But after allowing them to present to me I was blown away with how much I could save. So I signed on the dotted line and away we went. Customer service was great and the process was pretty fast. I did have a few questions along the way and they had no problem answering them and in a timely manner. If you are looking to go solar On point is the right choice.

My friend suggested onpoint and I gave them a call and had a few techs come to my home. We have flat roof and other providers told use that we would not be able to put solar on it. They had no issues taking a look and designing a great system for us. It took a few weeks with the permitting but we had power on in a few weeks.

Where to begin. Undersized system that doesn't provide anything close to my electric consumption. Terrible customer service. Never get a call back. No solution to the problem. Am having to examine litigation. Buyer beware. Sales representative misrepresented product.

I 100 percent recommend not using On point solar. I have had solar panels up for 2 months with no service. They where supose to upgrade my junction box and are trying to downgrade it and know nothing about
upgrading the box. They also seem to think its ok to schedule appointments without contacting the customer. There are so many solar companies Try another one

I was so overwhelmed looking into solar. There are some many different things these companies tell you. What I liked about this company was that they kept their word. They didn’t change the proposal when it got closer to the install. I had another company do that to me and I backed out of the contract right away. Things didn’t seem right. But with these guys I was able to go from start to finish and have it installed within a few weeks.

I contacted to inquire about the operation of my system and how the energy company gauges my output and consumption. The office worker was extremely informed and instructive. From the start of the sale to the service following the installation, I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company!!

It was a pleasure working with Onpoint! They took control of the procedure from beginning to end and made the tension associated with my solar purchase disappear.They answered all of my questions and concerns without hesitation. Thanks for my new 6KW system. It only took a few weeks to install after the permitting etc. The boys are On Point were so awesome! The sales rep even came out the day of install to ensure that everything went well.

I was a little worried about going Solar. So I was giving On Point’s number. Boy was I not disappointed. I was able to see a customized presentation on my own home. We did notice that I had a tree that was giving too much shade, so I decided to part with my tree. But other than that I am now the happy owner of a new solar system. Look our neighbors I am making energy for us all.

I have been looking to get solar on my mobile home for years. I called a bunch of solar companies and none of them would touch my home, until I called On Point. They assumed me that this was a project they could do and wanted to take on. Thank you for believing in this project and me. We tried a few companies but we got the loan docs signed. I am now running solar and saving with the rest of the solar community.

Just a friendly consumer warning about On Point Solar Power and their owner Jacob Davison . DO NOT USE THEM! Here is my review. Complaints with the ROC and BBB have been filed.

my wife and I were contacted by a sales rep,Kyle Magana, for On point solar. I advised him that we were interested in solar and also batteries to power our Air conditioner, due to losing power in our area often, but it had to make sense monetarily. When the sales rep got the final plans completed He advised me that he had the plans set that included 2 batteries, which would power our air conditioner. He also promised that the job would be completed by June 1 and that our payment would be 265.98. On the contract it showed a new payment after 18 months of 363.19$. When I asked about that he stated on point solar took the tax credit and put it towards the balance to keep payment at promised price and we had to do nothing. This is what solar city did a decade ago at our old house. Within a week solar panels were on the roof and I was told within a month batteries would be installed and we were ahead of schedule. By may i was getting the run around, June told they were in the warehouse, July was told 2 weeks and batteries were not installed until August 25th. I advised the manager at the office in mid august that I felt like they were abandoning my job because the contract was already funded by the loan company, but was continuously told 2 weeks. On August 25th approximately, the batteries were installed when I was at work. The next day when i was home, I spoke with the installers because they needed to know what I wanted hooked up to the batteries. I advised them I was the AC and refrigerator at minimum. They told me that the batteries could not power the air conditioner. I immediately called On Point and after multiple levels of management was able to speak with the owner, Jacob Davison, after several days of calling. I advised him of the almost 6 months of waiting, poor communication, run around and blatant lying of product capabilities. I then told them that they have not met the contractual agreement made by his sales rep and that I wanted all of their equipment off of my house and that we were done. Jacob told me that Kyle Magana, sales rep, had been fired for false promises, but unfortunately they are only contractors and refused to remove the panels or batteries even though they were not going to perform as promised. At that point he said the system would be turned on in 2 weeks and I was out of luck. The 2 weeks didn’t happen and it’s now December. Lastly and most important, they advised me that on point took the tax credits and kept my payment the same. After doing some research i have found that that was yet another lie. That there is no tax credit and that I have to file it, but that I owe them 26,000$ within 18 months or my payment will go up to 363.19, which is far outside what my average monthly bill is. I can use the tax credit to take down my taxable income, unfortunately I have so many medical write offs for my wife's illness that I wont be able to use much of it and it wont be given to me as money to keep the payment down. Approximately 1 month ago the owner told me the I would just receive the money from the IRS to pay them, but after further digging I now know that just as his salesmen did, he lied. This company is running an immoral and unethical business and I am not the only one to have this problem when looking through their reviews

Onpoint did a great job. Their staff kept in touch and wanted to know how I was feeling about the project and let me know if there was any hiccups. I did have to wait longer than expected for the permits but that was not on them. They let me know that it was taking longer and apologized. I am really happy with my install and they cleaned up after as well.

This company has been a complete nightmare took them eight months to get my panels turned on. cities fault due to being backed up from what I was told I can understand that however it’s been two months since they’ve been turned on and I’ve called the representatives also called Gabe and the problem still hasn’t been fix my first bill was $325 supposedly the panels weren’t even turned on and after talking to Gabe. Finally the app was working and could see it was generating at least 130 kW a day which is plenty of power I go to get my second bill and it’s $515 no way in hell these panels are working. So far I’ve just been given the runaround. I guess I just paid $50,000 for these Solar panels and they are just there for looks. Completely disappointed I don’t have very many regrets in life but this sure is one of them.. update 9/30/22 panels and system still not working..
Update 11/18/22 finally got one month of full service looks like the panels generated 1300kw multiplied by 14 cent a kw = a savings of 184.00 However, the panels are cost me 227 a month so it’s costing me 45.00 extra to have solar. no saving what so ever..!!!!!

I heard about this company through my buddy who works for them. He was telling me about the solar process and the savings you could see. I wasn’t too sure about it but after hearing more about it I was sold. I told my buddy it was the best thing he ever did for me. We even have a running joke between us how he made me more environmentally friendly. I drive a big truck so this off balances my carbon footprint. Thank you onpoint.

I have been thinking for a few years about what Solar could do for me. I visited a few websites and read a few blogs and watched youtube videos like everyone else. It wasn’t until I spoke with the team at On Point until I was really sold. They showed me a heat map of my house and where exactly they would be putting the panels. Please read all the reviews before you fall into these scammers!!! They committed fraud!! They opened up a loan under my name and another unknown person and used the credit of another person. It's been 1 month now I cannot get a hold of neither the sales representative ESTEFANIA and her husband that claim to be good people from Florida that are out here knocking door to door offering theirs services!!! Avoid them

We are very happy we went with OnPoint. They were fast, professional and able to get our system up on the roof fast.

Oh dear God! The office staff is great. Installation that's a different store. Three failed inspections, for hanging wire. But, they finally got it right. Twenty three day of operation and the inverter stopped working. Currently still waiting for the new one, about six weeks. Shop around. I spent 41,000 for 23 day.

From the time I signed, to the installation the panels, wasn't too long. From installation to now, has been two months. I haven't been able to reach anyone to get completion dates. The salesman told me two months start to finish, its already been longer. The end is in site now though. Ashlynn is super sweet.

The WORST decision that we have made. I have panels on my house for 3 months installed by On Point Solar Power and they're not even connected. Their installation process damaged MULTIPLE equipment/devices in my house. We have been waiting to speak with Managers but due to their lack of urgency or terrible time management they're always in meetings or unavailable. To whom comes across this DO NOT make the same mistake as us and pay for expensive panels just to get NEGATIVE results.

This guy Joseph is a poor representative of your company, extremely rude when asking for product information didn’t even answer any of the 3 simple questions asked. When selling a product you’re going to get a question or two don’t do it if you aren’t prepared to answer and be a decent human being. That being said I have chosen another company I will not name because then this review will be brushed off as a fake competitor review.

I recently had solar panels installed, and the installers and salesman, they were both excellent. I appreciate their knowledge and expertise, and I can't wait until the panels start saving me money.

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. Everything was great until they got their money. They are the most uncommunicative people I have ever worked with. They have failed on multiple occasions to file paperwork with the city and with APS. They show up when they feel like it and then blame me for not being present.
Panels were put on in October 2021 with the deal to pay the bill until they were turned on. It is now August 2022 (almost September) and still not turned on, and have never had a penny from them for reimbursement. We have paid off our panels and they are still not turned on.
I have been working with Gabe since they were placed on the home, and he has no responded to multiple attempts of outreach for a minimum update. He stated he would not reimburse for our costs because we PAID THE PANELS OFF.
At this point I just want my money back, the panels off, and the roof repaired.

I gave them four stars instead of five because the coordinator on my job left the company shortly after we signed the contract, delaying the progress of the project. After that problem was remedied, Matt and On Point did a good job.

My grandmothers roof was damaged,she was frauded,neglected and ignorded,1 year later her panels are still not working.Thank god she filed a complaint with THE ARIZONA REGISTRAR OF CONTRACTORS, IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A CONTRACTOR PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT, THESE PEOPLE WILL FIX IT. YOU CAN THEN FILE A CLAIM WITH THE RECOVERY FUND THROUGH THE ROC TO COVER DAMAGE COSTS. REMEMBER TO SCROLL ALL THE WAY THROUGH REVIEWS BEFORE CHOOSING A CONTRACTOR, DON'T STOP AT 1 OR TWO GOOD REVIEWS BECAUSE THERE COULD BE 50 ONE-STAR REVIEWS BEHIND THEM. Got everything up and running in less than 2 months which included roof replacement too. Special thanks to Preston, Matt and Ted who were always available for help. This started out as a positive experience, but went south during installation when the awesome crew informed me that I was given faulty information regarding the actual capability of the system I purchased. While they were still there I called the sales rep and confronted him with what I learned (while on speaker). He made statements that had the installation crew laughing and shaking their heads. In the end, he made me an offer that was supposed to make me feel better, but came WAY short of making up for misrepresenting the systems ability.

Next came the inspection (city/TEP) on Mar 23, 2022. Failed, and to date the deficiencies have not been addressed.

The worst part is that my entire system has been payed for in full, and I now am the proud owner of $27,000 worth of nothing.

I've called the sales rep. and gotten no response. I've called corporate in Phoenix to voice my displeasure and gotten no response.

Any lawyers out there willing to get involved?

Update: Finally got a call from Phoenix, and am told I'll have installation issues corrected in three days, but doubt connection to TEP will be completed in same time frame.

So I'll be honest...... I've heard good and bad things about solar. It's easy to remember a negative review over a positive one.
But for starters the customer service for Onpoint has been impeccable. Everytime I've had a question or concern they have been right on top of it. The whole process has been extremely smooth and Im beyond pleased with the care that has been provided every step of the way.

We met with a few solar companies before deciding to go with On Point. Their proposal was a few thousand dollars less for a bigger system with more offset.

The consultant who came to my home was very knowledgeable and explained things in a way that I was able to understand.

We've only had it hooked up for about 2 months but we're already saving money. So far so good....

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, after the financing was handled it took them 6 months to finally get the solar panels connected properly and get power generated from the 17 panels that took 3 months to get installed. It was was one meaningless excuse after another. I personally had to set up the meetings with the county inspector and power company inspections completed.

In my experience they disregard no soliciting signs, try to make you think theyre tied to APS, and I see the guy who came to my door posted a positive review on google as if he's a customer.

Glad we finally made the leap to solar and that we chose to go with On Point Solar. Sean and his team made the entire process so easy for us and was transparent on all of our options, timelines, everything! They handled everything with our HOA which alone was a godsend, as well as coordinating everything with SRP and the Town of Gilbert - everything was a breeze!

Very pleased with the quality of the panels and the installation was quick and non-disruptive to our working day. Appreciate how efficient and quick the entire process was as well as the stellar responsiveness and customer service.

Had an amazing experience! The initial contact was very smooth and helpful. Once I got to the specialist I felt like they were really trying to help me the best they could! Ended up getting some amazing savings on my bills and I couldn’t be happier. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time!

Delays, excuses, and little to no communication. Now past the contracted date with no indication of when the panels on the roof will be hooked up and operational. Meanwhile $600 electric bills roll in that we didn’t anticipate needing to worry about it as certainly 4 months was enough time to install and hookup solar just as contracted.

UPDATE: 12/9/2021 This has still not been completed. Nearly one year later the install itself is only partially done. This was supposed to be operational by February 2021! Lots of excuses and no accountability when things go wrong on their end. Avoid the headache. Use another solar company!

Ted from on point solar, please respond to my emails. Your company has led me along to get me into a contract and has not followed trough with completion of the job for months. Failing to advise or discuss important details of which should have been known before putting me into a loan with a third party. Buyers BEWARE!!

Finally had solar installed on my house! I have On Point Pest control, Protection and Solar. They do an awesome job with all of their services. I even was able to save $1000 on the solar since I bundled their services together. Do yourself a favor and go with this company!!

Preston showed up to my house because the old homeowner put his old address somehow. Although I did not schedule, he still explained the process to me and how everything works. I’ve never thought about installing solar, but after listening to the process, I may reconsider. Despite driving over an hour and twenty minutes to be told he had the wrong address, Preston was a great sport and showed that this company hires great people. He definitely deserves some recognition for his dedication.

This experience has been a complete nightmare.

The first installation date that was set up they sent out a crew that installed the electrical components. Their rep said he got called off to go to a meeting and that I --would get a call that day-- scheduling the rest of installation. A few days later I got a call from the LOAN company asking how everything was going and I notified them that I never got a call. He gets On Point on the line to schedule and they told me that the installer had to stop because of inclement weather... no rain, no clouds in the sky lol. Not a big deal either way.

Eventually they get out and install the panels. I'm told we wait for inspection from the city then SRP and that could take some time.

After city inspection, SRP did their inspection and it failed. They said On Point would reach out to schedule the work. No call. I wait about a week, give them a call and was told I --would get a call from someone by the end of the day--. NO CALL FOR ANOTHER WEEK.

I end up getting a hold of On Point today, discussed what has transpired so far. The agent on the phone forgot to put me on hold and I heard (what I assume was a manager) tell her to say something like we don't know as far as when the inspection will be done. Not a very professional way to conduct business. By the end of the call guess what I'm told.. --you should get a call by the end of today!-- Let's see i guess haha

Very responsive in their solar process. I had a bunch of questions and was kinda negative prior to going solar but my sales rep Sean was very thorough in explaining how solar works for SRP customers. Highly recommend

Mike Zurowsky came by , gave us a quote, then again we invired him to come and do a secont visit .. we did decited to go with OnPoint just because of Mike .. we love solar.

Don't ever go with this company been trying to get him to install it and finish it since they started in January failed inspection first time then came out said they fixed it failed the inspection with three more violations the second time I am removing their product from my house and I will no longer be using their system do not buy from this company I already taken apart and dismantled everything off my roof hopefully soon they will come get their product because it's just sitting in my yard

Is being over 3 months and my solar is still not up and running they come and put a few pieces at it time instead of getting it done all at once. Not to mention the sales rep promise me it will be cheaper going solar which is a lie my aps bill has been lower then what I'm paying solar, in top of that I'm paying already for the solar and Aps bill and I have called them for refund of solar and still nothing and on 7/19/21 my other solar bill is due. Not a good sign and looks bad for you're company .

Fast install times and super communicative. Definitely recommend to any home owner on the fence.

Never show up when scheduled. System has not worked for the last 3 months. Would not recommend this company.

The issue was fixed and I was reimbursed for the time it was not working.

Joey was the person who helped me out. Great customer service and made everything easy for me to go solar and start saving! I have a big family so we use a lot of electricity. This is a life saver!

They will spam you with calls and texts. Do not bother. Find someone actually reputable that doesn't need to cold call after hours.

Had installed in Aug, they promised it would be about 6 weeks for the whole process to start utilizing our solar. It's now January and the city red flagged their shottie work so needless to say we are still waiting and now have have the city again for a second inspection. They continue to place blame elsewhere (APS) also instead of taking responsibility for their actions and false promises. Do not recommend, they do not communicate anything that is going on either. They are just sales people who don't care about you.

Thank you for taking care of my family and all our solar needs. The team at On Point did great work and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to solar !!
