I can’t say enough good things about Daryl from PGT and the the entire SunPower team, they did a phenomenal job getting our solar system installed and activated.

We started the process during the pandemic, and expected delays, but SunPower found ways around those issues and kept us up-to-date and so we knew exactly where things stood.

Everyone involved in the installation process was phenomenal, from the team that connected our casita to the house, the SunPower installers and inspectors, and Anthony our project manager, they made the process truly painless.

We have heard horror stories from neighbors, who used other companies and are still waiting for activation months after their solar panels were installed, I am really glad we decided to use SunPower.

I met with Andy with SunPower by PGT Solar and was astonished by his thorough presentation and professionalism. The quality of the product thus far appears to be superior to others. Pricing was consistent from other quotes received but if you are paying about the same, why not go with a better product!!

Just getting started with the process. Greg and I did a zoom call, which he started on time .. so much info in his presentation, but it certainly sold me on why SunPower would be a great company to work with. I received an email from the person who will be my contact through the process all ready, and this morning Greg emailed me wondering if I had some questions. I certainly did, and he answered them.

Recently it seems that I was getting bombarded by the number of calls related to signing up for solar. Many of them seemed rather gimmicky so lately have been skeptical to meet with them in person. I decided to contact Sunpower by PGT Solar after the first company we met with did not seem very professional. We were able to easily meet with the rep who was extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable about solar via Zoom all within the comfort of our house. The rep was able to tell us with a very informative presentation what separated their solar panels from the others. Clearly what was evident was they have been around quite a long time and have improved upon some of the difficulties of other solar panels. Not once did I ever feel pressured to make a decision on purchasing the panels. After a few days following the presentation, I was sold nonetheless and have now started the process of getting things started to eventually have the solar panels installed. So far so good!!

we are happy with the fact we went solar and we are definitely saving money in the long run ,plus it is good for the environment. our break even will be approximately eight years. what we do not like is the fact that we had two cells go out for over 6 months without notice and once repairs were requested the company gave us a very hard time and they wanted to charge us $300 for repairs with a 25 year warranty on a system which was new and only operational for less then 30 days. it took two many hours and phone calls to get the repairs completed. system appears to be good , service questionable.

Oh, were to start. The beginning I guess. The salesman, although knowledgeable about what he's selling and initially polite, there seems to be a fall off on the quality of service follow-up after the papers are signed. Also be extremely cautious of offers. We were told that after financing our package, we would have no payments for 15 months, to allow us to file our taxes and use to tax credit money to pay down the loan. Nope, two months after the panel install is complete your 1st payment is due.
The major problem was the half truths, such as when they send you the panel design on your roof and have you review it and sign off on the panel design and placement. So you do. Then 2 months later they show up and want to install a couple of meter boxes on the front of your house, four feet up the wall. And then say, well you approved it. Then when you look at the panel layout plan again. They draw your attention to the two black dots on the plans on the front of your house, although there is no explanation as to what they represent, you are now informed that that's the boxes. When you ask why can't they just go to the side of the house, they inform you that because you have APS for your electric provider, and they require 24/7/365 access to the meter and it can't be behind the gate. So if your gate is within 4ft of the front of your home, you guessed it you either have 2 nice meter boxes mounted onto the front of your house or you're paying upwards of $600-$1200 to move it back 4-5 ft. (if your HOA allows it). If you are fortunate enough to have SRP, this doesn't apply, as they don't have this rule. The kicker is that the company who sold you the system doesn't care, why? Because...you've already signed the contract.
Lastly, it's only fair to be honest, although I'm not overly happy with how somethings went down after the sale. The lady who does the scheduling for the work to be done was excellent. The young man who came to the house for the install work was top notch. If he had just done his job, I would be the unhappy owner of those 2 metal boxes on the front of my house. So, thank you again for letting me know before you just started drilling. If the company was as good as these two people, it would be in better hands.

We interviewed many different businesses that sell SunPower solar panels. We experienced a large range in system price quotes. PGT Solar ultimately won our business. PGT Solar is a Master Dealer which is a very prestigious ranking by SunPower. We have also received two referrals now from our neighbors installing SunPower systems by PGT Solar. Save time and go with the best SunPower dealer, in our opinion, PGT Solar.

The customer service wasn't excellent at first. It was really just to the point, which is fine. Maybe they thought I was wasting their time but after i spent more time with them they really opened up and were much nicer to work with. I went with them because they had the best value and equipment after extensive research. They only sell their products which is fine too, they're top notch, and they've been around for 25 years. They also had a nice incentive too. I'd recommend them to anyone interested in solar.

I had an amazing experience with Sunpower from the start. I have worked with Greg, he was able to answer my questions diligently. He was able to make himself available when needed to connect over call to go through any additional questions. He is very responsive even on weekends. Thank you Greg

It won't take much research to see that SunPower solar panels are pretty universally rated as one of the best. This is the heart of your solar system so, should you buy the best? I think so.

A very no hassle process. We also had our roof redone through SunPower, and it was all scheduled in a timely matter. They processed all of the necessary permits and we had our solar up and running in the timeframe given to us.

From start to finish we had no unexpected issues arise. The sales presentation by Greg at PGT Solar Solutions was informative and not like a high pressure sales pitch from others in the industry. The install crew was quick and efficient. You can only get that when you have great TEAMWORK, and PGT solar has that, and more. Our Project Coordinator, Jacquelyn kept us informed of the progression of the install, and customer service answered the few questions I had and completely resolved the issue. All in All, I wouldn't recommend any other solar installer in the Phoenix metro area other than PGT Solar Solutions!

SunPower just completed the installation of my home solar system, and they did an amazing job! Greg Power leads a team of highly motivated and skilled professionals who installed my system efficiently and on time. I especially appreciated the effective communication throughout the process; the team reached out to us on a regular basis to keep us up to date, and when I would reach out with questions someone would respond quickly, and without me having to call or email multiple times to get an answer. They also coordinated with ALCC roofing seamlessly to prepare the roof for installation in a way that worked perfectly within the scheduled timetable for completion, and without me having to spend my time coordinating between the two companies, which I appreciated greatly. Overall SunPower has the best solar panels on the market, and PGT Solar is the best installation company in the Valley, and I highly recommend them!

Good product. Slightly misleading with the output numbers they provide on the sale when they draw out how it relates to your energy bill - they didn't give any estimate on how much less power would be generated during the winter months from the sun's angle being different (if I multiply my daily production now out it comes out to about half of my annual predicted amount). The app doesn't give much information - they installed a two way meter, but you can't see how much energy you're using at any given time. They also transcribed some of my information incorrectly to the loan company resulting in my first payment rejected and a fine. However, you can typically get a hold of a human without too much of a problem and they usually help.

Greg is one of the most reputable sales reps I’ve ever worked with. He was very informative and answered all my questions in regards to the solar system that was being installed on my property. He took the time and explained every step and followed up with me. I highly recommend going Solar with Greg.

Through the sales process, all issues answered professionally. I was sold on the vertical integration of the company and their comprehensive warranty.
Installation process begins shortly, and my expectation is that they will live up to their promises.

My wife and I just had our SunPower Solar System activated. Greg Field and the entire SunPower Team did a fantastic job keeping us posted on the various steps involved from contract acceptance to final system acceptance and activation. We had numerous questions regarding how the system would operate and Greg and the SunPower Team carefully addressed our concerns. Greg Fields was very professional - thorough in his relationship with us. His Zoom presentation was impressive as was his responsiveness to our followup questions. The rest of the process with SunPower was seamless and timely. Now we will sit back and wait to see how reliable the much touted equipment is and how it performs.

Greg was very thorough explaining the benefits of solar energy, and the process for getting solar panels installed and generating power. The installation was completed in one day by a trained crew of technicians. From start to finish the process from contract to producing solar energy was less than we had expected.

After getting quotes from 10, that's right 10 companies, and analyzing, verifying, and researching for 2 weeks, I selected SunPower for 5 main reasons; 1- Their Maxeon 385W panel has the best product warranty, efficiency rating at 22.5%, and performance warranty of 92% after 25 years. 2- All components are in house, their warranty is bumper to bumper and in house as well. They are publicly traded which means they are the most likely to still be in business in 25 years. 3- Price was competitive and even 10%-20% less then many of the others. 4- With 35 yrs of being in business, they are chosen by many of the Big Companies like Apple, Walmart, Disney, Ikea, Toyota, Verison, FedEx, and Ford for their Solar power. Good enough for them, is good enough for me 5- Great Reviews from industry leaders, Better Business Bureau, and customers.

Greg Field was great, no pressure, lots of facts, quick to respond and to make changes as I increased the size of the system 3 times. Glad I found Sun Power! Cant wait to update this review the installation is dome and the system is up and running!

Though my solar has not yet been installed, the process so far has been very good. The company seems very organized and my opinion from doing extensive comparison shopping is that SunPower has one the best, if not the best products and warranty.

When Mike and I decided to get solar on our house, we had no clue what it meant. Sun Power has been a truly amazing company to deal with from the initial contact person, Greg Field, and continuing with the installation crew (extremely respectful and hard working despite the 114 degree temperatures--they even stacked. up the removed roof tiles for me, in case I needed roof work in the future) and finally, the supervisor who came out to complete the connect with aps. My system was installed within 30 days from signing the lease agreement--and the wait for aps to approve the system and get it online was absolutely in spite of Sun Power's efforts to get the system producing.
My highest regard for both Greg Field and a supervisor named Joey who could not have been better representatives of professionalism in response and results.
Sun Power deserves the highest recommendation if anyone is considering solar power.

Phoenix Green Team is a great one stop shop for saving on your electric bill. Starting with an energy audit & efficiency steps and finishing with solar makes so much sense. Why waste money going with a solar only solution. Greg made sure my ducts were tight with an attic that is properly insulated first and then we sized for solar which allowed me to look at a smaller solar system saving me big. Go solar but do it smarter with Greg.

My wife and I had numerous solar representatives come to the house as we worked hard to be as informed as we possibly could be before we made our decision to go with a solar system. After literally months of speaking with a wide array of different manufacturers and installers we were fully convinced that Greg Fields within the Phoenix Green Team was the person we would work with.
Our solar panels were installed during the summer of 2019 and the system was approved by APS and our city inspection crew. Finally Sept. 10, 2019 we were producing our own power. Now every month we receive a 'bill' from APS, only now the bill doesn't show how much we owe APS but how much they owe us. Shortly after the first of the year we received our first check for the power we generated in three and a half months, I can't wait to see the check we'll see after a full year of solar production.
Working with Greg and the Phoenix Green Team was the right decision, I'm 100% pleased with our Sunpower solar panels and the solar system they provided us.

From the very beginning, Greg always showed the upmost professionalism. He walked us through every step of the process and made everything extremely easy and most importantly, understandable. I also found out on my own search that SunPower is a leader in the solar panel industry.

Greg was extremely knowledgeable, prepared and also a good listener. I was “open” to the idea of solar after many years of not being convinced it was a good investment and with constant technology changes. It wasn’t until my APS bill went up $50/month (I’m in equalizer and used AC less and thermostat was set higher), that I knew it was time to consider solar. Greg was professional from the beginning and very personable. Never was he pushy, just informative. I referenced my APS usage through my online account and was able to easily compare how I would benefit with solar by paying less and able to lock in a 20 year rate (lease). My house accommodated the amount of panels I needed to match my current power usage. I’m paying $240/month for a 2400 sq ft house on the APS equalizer plan. My new bill will be locked in at about $185 because of solar and will likely eliminate my need and bill for APS supplies power. I did the math and took into consideration the increased and future increases with APS bills, and solar was the way to go. I’m looking forward to using cleaner energy that is generated directly from the sun and not spending as much green ($$).

Very happy with the outcome. Everything went super smooth, and now my energy bill is the lowest it has ever been! If you want to save money on your energy bill, then I recommend using them. Cant say enough good things about greg with pgt solar. I heard multiple times that sunpower was the best pannels but were very expensive. I got prices from 7 different companies and they were the 2nd lowest next to tesla and tesla using outdated equiptment.
I had an existing system with tesla and they had no problem working with that system.
Greg always has answered my calls and all of my questions i like it so much that i recommended him to my father-in-law who got his own system
