EHS did a good job overall. I used them as a referral from my insurance company. They started off a little bumpy, but ended well. The Contractors they brought in were great, and did nice work, and the PMs were thorough and did their due diligence. Eddie was all over quality control and ensuring things were done right, and timely.

Merrisa Means was wonderful. Everything was explained step by step. The job was thorough and incredibly timely. Communication was excellent. Everyone involved was professional. I don't think I've ever worked with a better restoration company. Wow! Well done!

The people at EHS are top-notch on multiple levels. Marissa did a great job of communicating with us and handling the logistics of rebuilding our block fence. The gentleman (whose name eludes me, sorry) who did the board-up was very personable and friendly and made me feel at-ease amid the stress. David is a man of his word and willing to go the extra mile to ensure a homeowner is happy. He and the crew expertly rebuilt a 30-foot section of our backyard masonry wall, and did it in record time. All the EHS staff were friendly, professional, and conscientious workers. These folks are easy to work with and very thorough, with great attention to detail. EHS was referred to me by my insurance company to handle an issue with the water supply hose in the master bathroom that burst and ruined the carpet in the master bedroom, the vanity area and the master closet. Their project manager Marissa was delightful to work with and the office personnel were great especially Kajlie who had to put up with my endless questions since I had never experienced this type of problem before. I had an issue with the insurance adjuster low balling the cost of the replacement carpet and Kajlie had a solution that turned out in my favor. Everyone I dealt from EHS with was prompt, professional, courteous and respectful of my existing furniture that had to be moved out so new carpet could be laid then put back. I had a pier unit that was a challenge to move but Jamie was great in getting it disassembled then put back together. Marissa had a challenge in matching the grout in the bathroom and when we thought we had a match, when it was beginning to be installed, Jamie quickly realized it wasn't a match at all. Marissa then got back to the insurance adjuster quickly to let him know the tile would need to be replaced too. Once approval was received Marissa found me a tile she thought would look good, found it in town and available and it was installed a couple of days before Christmas. Needless to say I'm very happy with my experience with all facets of EHS Restoration. I would highly recommend them!

EHS is the only company I trust. I own 9 single family homes as rental properties in the Phoenix area and EHS Restoration is the only Restoration company I've experienced that hasn't been trying to rip me off. They are honest and trustworthy. I had tenants basically destroy one of my properties. I've had fire and water and mold in other properties. I can always rely on EHS to quickly deal with everything including my insurance companies. They worked professionally with me and my tenants. I am definitely going to use them for all of my property needs.

When we saw water damage behind the wall in our guest bathroom, our home warranty company sent out a random plumber. They looked at the wall and called a restoration company I knew nothing about. I did not receive a report. I was busy with work, and always had that itch in the back of my head telling me something is wrong. I felt lost in the process and dismissed like my little dainty woman brain wouldn't understand words such as drywall. If my husband was meeting with a client and I was alone, I honestly didn't feel safe because I felt degraded by them. I'm the boss in literally every aspect of my life. When I contacted Keith on a weekend, EHS Restoration jumped into action. They took their time with me; they answered all my questions. They have been beyond communicative and respectful. They have been kind. They even referred a plumber that diagnosed the issue. Keith and Tony have been nothing but AMAZING. I can text Keith at any time. Tony always answers his phone. The estimator and other girls in the office are polite and professional.

If your home warranty company or plumber sends out a restoration company. Fire them, then hire EHS Restoration.

After finding out there was mold growth in my apartment from a leak around the AC into my walls, my property management company contracted EHS to perform the remediation and repairs. Due to poor installation and sealing from the AC installation, my personal property claim was denied forcing having to leave my belongings inside. They removed and sealed everything so that there was no cross contamination and completed the work quickly and within the timeline promised. I would gladly use them again and refer them to anyone I know!

EHS Restoration has been wonderful. They worked with my insurance and took care of everything! Their staff is really nice, friendly and easy to work with. The owner is caring and very personable. The mitigation team was quick to call and schedule to come out and complete the work at my home. The repairs were completed too in a timely manor . Thank you for all your help EHS!

EHS was so helpful in getting my client's restoration needs taken care of. I am a realtor and was representing a buyer on a transaction when we came across severe water damage on our home inspection. I called EHS to get a quote and they had an appointment scheduled within the hour! They sent over a detailed estimate within 24 hours to include remediation and reconstruction costs and were very thorough in explaining the full repair costs. They worked with our schedule to complete the repair in a timely manner. They are excellent communicators, competitively priced, and have extremely quick turnarounds which is vital with restoration needs!

Describing EHS with one word is easy, dependable. The techs that EHS employs are dependable and arrive on time. When water extraction is needed they get someone out quickly. When remodels are taking place their material selections are great too! When using EHS I know that I can always get in touch with someone when I need to and that is something you don't often find with contractors. I recommend using EHS.

I am a first time home owner, just moved in about 8 months ago. With that being said, EHS Restoration were extraordinary!! Prompted. Polite. Knowledgeable. Easy to work with. Personal contact. It was overall a GREAT experience in an unfortunate circumstance. Cody was truly a great representative of EHS and it was great to see someone WANTING to help, and not just clocked in to get his paycheck. HIGHLY recommended. They work hard...the way you would want someone to work for you. they worked off what the insurance, and they worked to get the ball rolling with the Claim. It was truly a pleasure dealing with Keith and his crew while they dealt with water damage in our suite. They were extremely efficient and professional. Keith is highly responsive and is a man of his word. The quality of work is top notch. Would highly recommend him and EHS Restoration.

They handled my fire damage ..Did a great job would definitely use them again.

I wasn't impressed. One time they showed up 3 hours later than promised. The next two times they show up unannounced. The workers were nice, hard working guys but they just didn't know what to do. They replaced a section of subfloor in an upstairs bathroom but their repair wasn't safe to stand on. I don't think they showed up with the right tools and materials for the job. The estimate included laying tile and reseating a toilet but the workers didn't know that. After writing a check I didn't hear back. The repair they promised and wrote into the estimate wasn't completed. I reached out and asked for a refund for the incomplete work. I had to hire a different company to finalize the job.

EHS Restoration was awesome! I noticed a leak coming from my attic late at night... My walls and ceiling were already saturated with water... We were leaving for vacation very early the next morning, I called EHS late at night and they came right out and started looking at the situation. They brought dryers right in and assured me that things would be taken care of while we were on vacation. They really did a great job and communicated with me while we were gone! I called EHS because I had water damage and I'm so happy I called them! Austin came out the same day to assess damage and gave me a plan of action so we could avoid mold. I was very happy with the follow up and weekly communication so I knew what was happening at all times. They where always on time and I had a VERY good experience with EHS. I would highly recommend.

I had the unfortunate expierence of having my water heater break and water was everywhere. The nice people at EHS came to the rescue, for sure. They were with me every step of the way too! The guy came to my house and made me feel as if I was the only client that EHS had at time, which I know isn't true, but it was a good feeling. They even talked to my insurance company and did all the heavy lifting. Such an easy process and my house looks better than it did before the water damage. If I ever have any issues again they are the first people I would call.

Had to call EHS for water damaged caused by my refrigerator. It was a mess and stressful. Thankfully Brittany was there to walk us through it all. She was patient and great at explaining everything so we could understand what was going on. All the work that was done was perfect and looked amazing, just like the damage never happened. EHS just completed a water damage restoration , consisting of ceilings and drywall. From the first day they sent employees to dry out all the moisture, remove old dry wall, reconstruct and paint, their work was superior. Morgan, who completed the work did a fabulous job.
The Administrative employees were very helpful and courteous. This could have been a stressful situation, but EHS did a superior job. Would certainly recommend them.

I am so ecstatic with EHS as a company right now, I had to leave a review, which i rarely do. We had a hot water heater bust in our garage that also flooded the laundry room. EHS was recommended and glad of that choice. They were very professional and easy to deal with. From beginning to the end of the project, they made sure that we knew in detail what was being done and very flexible with scheduling needs.

I’ve (unfortunately) had to use EHS on more than one occasion. It was only unfortunate because it means I’ve had multiple mini-disasters in my house. But, they make a bad situation seem better. Their response time is second to none and Brittany is extremely professional and on the ball with scheduling.

They are like a one stop shop taking care of you from mitigation to repairs and clean up. If you have a leak or other catastrophe at your house at least you know you’ll be well taken care of of you use EHS.

Charged over $7k to remove Sheetrock that had fallen from hurricane Laura. Didn’t do what they said they would do. No mold remediation. No fans. No treatment. No blowers. Nothing. In and out in less than an hour. Had to pay another company to come in and remove remaining Sheetrock, insulation etc. out of pocket.
Total scamming, storm chasing company.
DO NOT USE. WILL NOT FORGET.

EHS is providing an on-going disinfection of multiple offices as we continue to work through this COVID pandemic. The teams at EHS has been very professional and always on-time for the service. I would highly recommend EHS based on the service that we have received.

To warrant a 5-Star review, the experience must set itself apart from the rest. The team at EHS was not only professional, prompt and thorough, but incredibly informative during the repairs. I really felt comfortable throughout the whole process, not to mention the quality was A+!!

They did an amazing job on the restoration work on my rental property. The project manager was on top of everything and never too busy to take my call and answer all my questions. Very flexible and professional, not something I have experienced much with this industry.

Dishonest with me about not billing in case my insurance wouldn't cover their services. They were not a preferred vendor and promised not to bill for placing fans by my wet wall overnight if the insurance company would not allow them to perform the work. They returned to collect their fans and denied having made the promise to not charge for running fans (on my electricity) for one night, sending me a bill for nearly a grand. They lied and tried to push their business on me when it was clearly going to be disadvantageous to use them. Then they tried to call my insurance to try and weasel their way back by asking for when the insurance adjuster would come to my house after I told my insurance company and EHS that I would be using another company. Their tactics are overly aggressive and unprofessional, and they make me uncomfortable. Besides sticking me with a bill, they over exaggerated the estimate on the damage to my house to fluff their bill up. Thanks EHS, for devaluing the disabled veterans that actually run honest businesses.

Unreliable company. Called 3 weeks ago and after speaking to the lady, she said someone would call to set the appt. Well, Robert called the next day and I tried to reach him 3 times during the day. Now 3 weeks later Robert hasn't called back and when I called EHS last week, the lady said someone will call me that day. Well, still have NOT received a call. It's good know how these companies work for future considerations. I will be posting this review in the subdivision monthly bulletin which reaches almost 1000 homes. There is nothing they can say, gave them 2 opportunities and EHS lilitary did nothing to contact me. Very disappointed.

EHS came out on a holiday and took care of the matter, even called my insurance company for me! It made the process a little less painful knowing they knew what they were doing and were so flexible with my schedule!!

Our house has the pipes in the ceiling. On beknownst to use the pipe over the dining room ceiling was leaking for some time, when we found out we had a stream of water from the ceiling to the dinng room floor. EHS came out the very next morning and fixed the problem. They were very clean and neat and when they were gone, no mess was left behind. The ceiling looked great! I would highly recommend them.

My review is about EHS REstoration located on 6056 E Baseline Rd Ste 103, Mesa, AZ 85206.My name is Simona Codrea.
I had this company out at my place in Phoenix on Friday February 26 for evaluation and on Saturday February 27 for service.
I would like to warn others about this company. If you take a look at their reviews it seems like they are good. However, my personal experience with them was horrendous and 90% similar to the one as in the review of Ryan Goldman (customer who shared his experience about this company).
The assessor was dishonest. The assessor (Tanner Nord), measured the humidity in the walls and wood and assessed the extent of the water damage caused by the leaking water heater.
Tanner Nord told me that the job could be completed in 24 hours. I gladly accepted.
He left the equipment and after an intense 24 hours of dry air blowing, everything was dried to the bone. Tanner Nord did not explain to me that this timeframe can change if someone else comes and assesses the same he did, because obviously in this company there is no consistency when it comes to what it has to be done and when.
The water heater damage in my case was minimal and was also caught on time. On Saturday, February 27, when the workers came to my place (Mario and Eric) , only Mario worked on the demolition, which took him around 3 hours. I constantly had to ask what he was doing because the workers did not take the time to explain to me anything about the process. The only thing Eric and Mario did not remove was the wooden plate the water heater stands on and which was the only really thing that was wet. Eric refused to do it despite the fact that I explained to him that this was a clear specification of the agreement between Tanner Nord (the assessor) and me.
After 3 hours Eric told me that they were done and it will take an additional 3 to 5 days before they can do the restoration. Eric was overly aggressive when he tried to push their business on me when it was clearly going to be disadvantageous to use them because I had a hard time to accept to have dry air blowing for 3 to 5 more days for a minimal damage as demonstrated by the humidity measurements that were almost perfect (17 when acceptable is up to 12). Eric was impolite and was passive aggressive during his interaction with me at the extent that I had to ask him to leave my property. Mario and Eric also left without connecting my hot water. This left me in a situation where I had to spend my entire afternoon on the phone to have this problem fixed. When their supervisor, Cody, came to my place to reconnect the hot water, without asking for my permission, he took my portable cooler from my garage and stood on it in stead of asking for a ladder !!!
In talking to my insurance I sensed that this company depicted the damage to an extent that was not according to the reality.
Overall, this was a very bad customer service experience. Please do not use this company that is not reliable as demonstrated by the fact that what one says is not consistent with what the next person says, does or charges.
Moreover, the workers do not have any customer service skills.

This company demeans all the veterans and all the awesome things they do for our country! This is such a shame!

After we had a water leak I hired ehs to dry out the area (I opted not to have them restore). Everything looked ok, however I later discovered that they didn't dry out the floors and there was still a significant amount of water under the floorboards. This led to additional damage to the floors that forced me to replace the flooring. Considering that I only needed them to dry the room I was disappointed to later find water.

My experience with EHS has been seamless and worry-free. I am a stickler for thoroughness and attention to detail and EHS nailed it on both. If you have any flooding, mold, water damage, etc., call EHS!

I really did like the customer service of this company. I did not have to get huffy one single time. Josh showed up within 6 hours of our call to our insurance company from 66 miles away. They showed up quick, knew what we needed but still listened to my needs without making me feel rushed and they took care of business. The only reason I cant go 5 stars is that it took 3 weeks to wrap things up from start to finish. Now.....maybe that is the norm, maybe they are really popular or just super busy because they are so customer service oriented and well liked. They even did some side work for me that was not related to my insurance claim. Great job and I cannot deny these guys kudos !!

Came out to assess on holiday. The work EHS did directly was top notch. A few issues surfaced with some of the subcontractors that they used, but EHS worked to fix those and I was overall satisfied with outcome.

EHS responded quickly and did an excellent job. The only problem I had with them was some miscommunication about when the job would be completed. They did quality work, and my wife and I were satisfied.

I was simply amazed at how fast you guys showed up at our home. It took less than hour after I called. And I was also very happy with the job you did. Plus, I didn’t have to deal with insurance part of the problem because you guys did instead. I will definitely recommend you guys to anyone else needing your services. Thank you very much for everything you did for us!

We had a A/C unit put in 3 weeks ago.. had appointment set up so they can fix the hole in our roof, on July 5th and THEY cancel it. Got a call from then yesterday July 11th saying it was schedule for today July 12th between 8am and 10am.. no one show up.. called them they said that we are have you for tomorrow July 13th at 8am to 10am. I took off of work today so they can come fix the hole in my roof that I been having sense June 24th.. wow what a run around we have with this company. I will not be using EHS Restoration ever again and will let my family and friends know.

EHS Restoration came to my rescue and hooked me up with reliable people to fix my problems. I would recommend EHS to anyone who has damage to there home and needs it done right and quickly.

If your looking to get taken advantage of then call EHS, the most unethical contractor I've ever worked with. It's sad to see they are in business still.
