I have been using KIWI since 2016. It is easy to make an appointment and the staff making the appointment is great: their customer service is the best in this new world; you don't get good customer service anymore. I am a senior and I expect great customer service. I felt like I knew the lady that arranged my carpet cleaning. We laughed and shared life experiences. I have had 2 of the best carpet technicians. One has moved on- Felix, and Robert is just as good, however, Robert is in management but when I requested him, he came. If you are not happy with the job done on your carpet, they will fix it. They won't make you feel as if you are asking for too much or just complaining. They do great follow up via phone. The warranty they offer is the best I have ever heard of and it is for a year. If you want a good carpet cleaning from a great company, with real people, this is the company to use-KIWI. I want to just thank all the people I have come in contact with at KIWI. when I called Kiwi to clean my carpets I wasn’t sure how the results would turn out. My carpets were worn and needed to be replaced. I gave Kiwi a shot and couldn’t be happier with the results! My cream carpets were sparkling when the technician left my home. One of the best parts of the service is how fast your carpets dry! Highly recommend Kiwi Services!

I have had very good service from Kiwi overall. Most of the time,my carpets have been very well cleaned, smell fresh and dried quite rapidly. The few time that I have had problems with a service call, my problems have been corrected very rapidly and courteously. The service men are usually prompt and very thorough. I have several small dogs that don't always like to go outside to relieve themselves. Kiwi has been very good at removing the stains and odor. I would recommend them to my friends and relatives The yearly contract service is an extremely good value

My experience with Kiwi Services to this point has been GREAT! The gentleman who came to my home to give me estimates was very helpful and very nice. -- Even though I decided at that time not to take advantage of the Kiwi services they didn't forget me. So after I had done more investigation I called them back. I believe they have the best type of carpet cleaning that will not soak and ruin my carpet and pad; and the cleaner they use is non-toxic, which is very important to me, since I'm very chemically sensitive. I decided they are the company I want in our home... and my parents also. I am especially impressed with the 30-day free come back and a one-full year warranty for a job over $88. They also move furniture up to 75# on the first cleaning. I haven't found other companies that will do this. -- Thank you Rachel and Elizabeth for your help. I'm excited to have my whole home done!

Kiwi carpets has professionally cleaned our homes for the last 6 years. They send very professional and considerate employees to our house - who are most careful with our possessions. The scotch guarding service has been a wonderful service ... as when we have “accidents” they’re quick to come back and make it all magically appear under their wonderful warranty program!

Kiwi cleaned my carpets and did an excellent job! Im going to scheduled my tile and grout next. They provided a 1 year warranty on my carpets. Edgar was my technician and I felt comfortable while he was in my home. He was professional and courteous. I'd definitely recommend!

“Lost” my rugs.
I called Kiwi, got a quote over the phone, and made arrangements for pickup. An employee came to my house, took the two rugs, and left me a receipt. The woman I spoke with to make arrangements said they’d look over the rugs, then get back to me with a firmer quote and estimate on how long it would take. Weeks, then months went by with no contact from anyone. I found my receipt and called two months after they took the rugs. The young man who answered the phone said he couldn’t find a record of my rugs, yet he had my phone number on file and called me by name when I verified it. He said the company was reorganizing and he didn’t have access to records, so he’d have someone in charge call me back. I never heard from anyone there again. Covid hit and I was overwhelmed with caretaking a sick family member, so I put it on the back burner. Bottom line: exercise _extreme_ caution before going with this company. If I didn’t have my hands so full, I’d file a formal complaint with the BBB and any other reporting agencies.

Kiwi Services did a fabulous job! Not only did my carpets look and smell great, the price was right and locked in for a year. I like that option! I also really enjoy speaking with their customer service personal, they are most friendly, personal, and professional. :)

I have used this company before and the service is still great!!!! The technician was courteous and friendly and on time. The carpet was cleaned and was dry in many of the rooms before the tech left. Big kudos to Kiwi.I have had companies in the past that leave the carpet so wet it takes 2 days to dry.

Kiwi was very responsive- provided great detail of what they would do. once the tech arrived, he explained in more detail. very courteous and efficient. I had them clean the carpets of my home I just sold - and now am having them come back and re do another company's work at my new home that the seller chose to utilize. recommend them every time.

I was extremely happy with the service I received from Kiwi. The technicians arrived on time, explained the cleaning options and process to me. They were finished in an hour and I was amazed that my carpet was actually dried in an hour which allowed me to get on with my day's activities. I was very pleased with the result and I love that I can call anytime within a year and get my rooms cleaned again at an extremely modest price. I definitely will be recommending Kiwi to my friends.

I have used Kiwi since I bought my house in 2009 and have been happy with their services ever since! Not only do they do a great job cleaning my carpets, (after my 4 kids and 2 pets have destroyed them) but they are extremely affordable and their warranty is the best! I can call them anytime to schedule and they usually can get in within 24 hours if needed. I highly recommend KIWI services!!

I own 5 vacation rentals across the country and use Kiwi Services for carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning. This is a 5 star company all the way. Great customer service and communication all reasonably priced. The techs have always been on time and have done a great job cleaning up before the leave. My only regret is there aren’t more Kiwi Service locations close to my other properties.

I used Kiwi Service to clean the carpets in the house that we were moving out of. I was really surprised that the carpets looked better than when we had moved in four years earlier. I kept their number and when I decided to get the carpets cleaned at our new home they were the ones I called. The results are great and the prices are very reasonable. Fabian is the technician that came out. He arrived during the 2:00pm to 4:00pm window as agreed. He did an excellent job cleaning the carpets even with my 14 month old son constantly getting in his way. I'm very pleased with how clean the carpets are now that the work is done. Fabian told us it would take about 1.5 hours for the carpets to completely dry because we used the protectant on it. He also cautioned us on walking on the carpet while it was still moist because it would be slippery.

Overall, we are extremely pleased with the work completed and the overall quality. We will definitely use Kiwi Services from now on. It's so nice to work with a company that will do what they say and exceed my expectations.

I've been very pleased with Kiwi. They are affordable, good a good job, (are friendly to my dog), and the carpets dry quickly. I used them a few times (initially and with the warranty cleaning), but then switched to someone else because it was free through my apartment complex when I renewed my lease. They were ok, but my biggest complaint was they left the carpet super wet and it took over a day to fully dry. Now, I'm back to Kiwi.

Kiwi cleaned my carpets and did an excellent job that is why I am using them again for the whole house. It was nice having the one year guarantee and made the second cleaning less expensive. I have used Kiwi multiple times for carpet cleaning. They're everything you want in a carpet service. I remain most impressed by the red wine stain they pulled out of my tan carpet in an apartment I was renting that had been there for months. I never expected it to work that well but it did.

Kiwi Services came to my home to clean carpet, an area rug, and two pieces of upholstery. Everything looked great, except the upholstery did not show any improvement. I had planned to just not use them for that service in the future; however, they called and asked if they could come back and try again at no charge. I'm impressed with their dedication to customer service!

Kiwi was recommended to me a couple of years ago, I keep coming back to them. They are a green company, carpets are not saturated with water and dry within a few minutes. They offer a wonderful warranty (and honor it). I have only experienced professional employees both in person on the telephone.

This will be my 2nd year I am with Kiwi. I just love their services and 1 year warranty. I have/had puppies and it can be tough potty training them and they will have accidents on my carpet, so I call Kiwi and they come out and clean up the carpet nicely, adding an enzyme product to get the pet stains and odor out, it's like you never had dirty smelly carpet. I would recommend their services to anyone!

They are very accommodating to my schedule, I like the 2 hour arrival time windows, its convenient for me to know I am not waiting all day like with other companies that provide 4 hour windows. They are always on time and the service is quick. The warranty is great for me, a person with pets. On the last visit I didn't have time to vacuum and the representative that arrived offered to take care of it for me before cleaning. The customer service has always been great.

If I could leave a zero or negative star review I would. I would NEVER recommend Kiwi Services for carpet cleaning. I do not understand how a company can expect to clean carpets when all they do is vacuum the room, spray (and I do mean a fine mist, if that) some solution on the surface of the carpet, and they take a buffer and go over the top of the carpet. They rave about it takes no time to dry and the reason for that is because they use absolutely no water, no soap cleaner, nothing but a spray bottle to spray your carpet. As soon as the technician said he was done we felt the carpet and there was no moisture at all. The carpets look exactly the same as before they came, I get that in high traffic areas it won’t look brand new, but it should look like at least something happened. My daughter has glittery things and I can still see glitter in the carpet, that should not be possible when the carpets were just cleaned. To say I am dissatisfied is an understatement. When we called to express how it appears nothing was done the lady on the phone tried to blame the technician saying maybe he rushed or was inexperienced. Then tried to say well we have a 30 day satisfaction guaranteed. When asked if the next person would do the same thing how would that make a difference she didn’t have an answer. And then we asked and if we are still not satisfied would we not have to pay, obviously that was a no and if we didn’t pay it would go to collections. So clearly they don’t have a 30 day satisfaction guaranteed. Like I said please never use this company, you will be highly dissatisfied.

There was an initial mix up with scheduling, but the supervisor was so determined to show me that Kiwi cares about their customer service, the trip became complimentary. I was very impressed. The rep showed up at 8:00 am on the dot and was finished cleaning all three rooms in about an hour. He was personable, down to earth, and polite. The rooms looked fantastic, and you cannot beat the one year warranty. I will be using them again in the future.

I have used Kiwi over the past year. I love the guarantee and agreement to come out anytime in the year to freshen the carpet up. I am all for the green chemicals they use, better to breath, better for the my kids and kitty and I think it extends the life of the carpet compared to the water based cleaning. They worked over some very stubborn stains and I was happy with the result.

I have been using Kiwi since 2011 when I bought my current home. They have done the carpet in one bedroom which I buy a warranty for and then I am able to have it cleaned as many times as I want for an extremely inexpensive rate as many times in a year as I want. I have also had my air ducts done, my oriental rugs taken out cleaned and repaired and my area rugs in my master bedroom and dining room cleaned. They are beyond reasonable and helpful in every way. They also run alot of specials so many times you can get two-fors. You can't go wrong with Kiwi.

I found Kiwi Svcs online after researching where to get my oriental carpets cleaned as we were moving and determined this would be a good time to get them cleaned. I had 4 rugs cleaned of which 3 were very nice, but one was still not cleaned to my satisfaction. Kiwi responded to my complaint almost immediately - came and picked up the rug and returned it within a week. At pickup and delivery of the 4th rug, the serviceman was extremely polite, professional, patient and thorough in examining the rug. The redo came out excellent so much that I am now entrusting them to do a 5th rug for me. I would recommend this service for any type of area or hall runner rug needing cleaning. They stand behind their guarantee.

Rebecca who I accidently hung up on called me back and was very pleasant. I'm giving them a three just because the scheduling was easy and the guy showed up on time. In terms of the carpeting... it literally looks exactly the same. There were a few minor spots I expected to be gone that weren't even any lighter... they were so minor that I got the woolite carpet cleaner out when I got home and they came right out. Also, the high traffic areas still looked the same. These carpets hadn't been cleaned in years so seeing basically no improvement is a shock

I wish I would have been home when they were there because I definitely would have voiced my displeasure before they left. I've had carpets cleaned many times in the past and never have I seen such minimal improvement.

UPDATE: I am changing my rating to a 4. Kiwi's customer service was great, they sent someone else out right away with no questions asked and the carpet looks MUCH better. Thank you!

We have used Kiwi about four years. Although the initial charge is higher than average, if you factor in the cost over the one year period, assuming you take advantage of the carpet cleaning three or four times throughout the year, then the average cost per cleaning is below average. So, overall, you are saving money, and your carpets look clean year-round.

I would stay away far from this company, they caused damages to my home and didn’t want to take the responsibility to pay for any of it. I contacted kiwi services to clean all of my air vents, the worker did a well job but after he left I noticed my ceiling in a couple of the rooms were damaged and cracked. Also noticed my dryer was not working as well. I contacted customer service with pictures of the damages and they sent a specialist to look at the damages. After further review they decided they were not going to pay or fix any of the damages as they said no way they could of done that. I’m just upset that a well known company would hide and run from damages they created now I’m stuck paying.

KIWI is always prompt and they do a great job. The carpets smell and look clean when they are finished. And I have pets! They use real carpet cleaning techniques. They do the job they say they will do without trying to up sell you on services you don't need. I don't use anyone else anymore to clean the carpets.

I spent $1500 for carpet clean, tile and vent/air duct cleanings. The vent cleaning consists of taking the covers off, wiping them down and that’s it. I keep seeing these Stanley Steamer commercials on TV where they stick a cleaner wand thru the entire ducts to clean, not just wiping the vent covers. There are still stains on carpet and who knows if my dryer vent was cleaned out thoroughly. I’ll have to have this redone when I’ve paid off the first $1500 on my credit card.

I finally called another company to come clean my dryer vent as it smelled weird when I dried clothes. They didn’t even clean the dryer vent OR connect it back to the freaking dryer! He left it unattached. Air and dust has just blowing into my laundry room. And this new company cleaned all the way thru to the outside of the house unlike Kiwi.

I could not reply to your customer service reply, so I’ll post a new complaint. I have heard back from Texas attorney general that they have made several attempts to contact Kiwi Services with no success of a reply. Manager Elizabeth did however reply to the Arizona attorney general. Still have not received a refund.

Don't move into a home until you have Kiwi Services clean the air ducts! The first time I used Kiwi I was amazed with the results. The home I bought was older and my allergies were so bad after I moved in. Kiwi cleaned the air ducts and the change was immediate! Now, we have purchased a home and did a major remodel. It doesn't matter how often it's cleaned, the dust and dirt in the air and on every surface is unbelievable. I won't move into the home until after Kiwi cleans the air ducts!

WARNING!!! DONT USE!!! TOTAL SCAM!!!! Kiwi services didnt clean anything and charged $1808 for services that they themselves admitted they were unable to clean grout once here than refused refund of charge for service. Said they needed a redo process as apart of their refund policy, so I agreed to have the tech try a second time. Same tech came out performed their service in a 4x4 foot area out of a 1600sqft area and still was unable to get the tile or grout clean with their machine or grout brush. I myself went the day before the redo attempt purchased a grout brush and got grout cleaned with NO SOLUTION only 100% water 98% better than Kiwi Services.
List of lies:
First lie: and said an area manager inspected my house and their services and said it was done to industry standards. NO AREA MANAGER ever stepped foot in my house.
Second lie: This area manager said I used a solution on my grout and that I compromised the integrity of my grout and that was the reason they were unable to clean the grout. NEVER HAVE I USED A BLEACHING AGENT ON MY TILE OR GROUT.
Third Lie: Area Manager Robert came out to witness my 100% water clean grout 98% better than their tech. He is the only area manager and when asked if he lied about inspecting my house he lied and said it must have been another area manager, knowing he was and is the ONLY area manager for this area.
Forth Lie: made by manager Elizabeth. saying they was refund after the redo was attempted and once it was agreed they cannot render services requested she flipped her tone and refused refund of what was charged. Instead she offered $400 refund and a $200 credit in hopes I would use them again for future business. (I could not believe the nerve of this lady) Even after apologizing once she got a call from area manager Robert about what he witnessed and saw.

I have contacted the attorney general here in Arizona and in Texas where this company is headquartered out of. I am in the process of filing a small claims lawsuit against Kiwi Services.

Again, DONT USE KIWI SERVICES...SCAMMERS!!

Scammers and cheats. Scheduled full house carpet cleaning. Agreed on a day/time, scope and price. Tech arrived just outside of the agreed upon window and almost immediately told me that treating pet odor (my main reason for ordering the service) was out of scope and would be more. He quoted DOUBLE the agreed upon price to proceed! Needless to say I didn't get my carpets shampooed that day. Furious that I prepped my home and waited all day and didn't get my carpets cleaned.

I used Kiwi once and am using them again. Love the product they use. I have tried other carpet cleaners and they just move the dirt around. This system takes the dirt out. You can see it on the cotton pad and seeing is believing !

Scheduled server 2 weeks ahead of time. They confirmed the time of the cleaning on the day they were supposed to show up, then never showed up. We called and re-scheduled for the next day. They again called to confirm, then called back at the time they were supposed to show up to push the time back a few hours. They never showed up.

I adore Kiwi! This is a great company with wonderful customer service. I have been a customer since 2012 and when I call for serivce I am in touch with the same employees! I have everyone I know using their service. I will also say, their product is as advertised.

We have had a good experience using kiwi services. In the past we have used other services and they always end up charging you with extra expenses and fees; Kiwi does not do this. They are reliable and professional! Thank you!

Needed a tack down of carpet. That's all. The guy came out & tried to hammer tack strip down. Said tile was too hard & too much liability & then said he would not glue it because it would not stay. Said they don't do that. Had Phx Carpet come out & did excellent job...they knew what they were doing!

The first guy I talked to was super cool explained my situation said he would send someone out no problem. He stated the guy would give me a quote and if I agreed with the terms he would the work right then and there if not he would be on his way........lies the guy didn't come at the schedule window time then I get a call with a new time and the guy still didn't show up until another 45 mins later take not even 5 seconds and asked when I would like services like I didn't just wait all day in an empty Apt for them his response..... Well MAYBE tomorrow ... Tomorrow nothing then the next date available after they cancelled.... Really....I can maybe get a supervisor out the following week........long story short don't waste your time

This process is only a surface cleaning and does not remove or extract alot of dirt still trapped in your carpet. Steam cleaning is the only way to properly clean your carpets. Its like your clothing,you wash clothes in water, soap ,rinse, spin... So why would u think u can get something 10 times as dirty ,clean with minimal water, and no way to literally extract all the dirt and germs..? This co. Has misleading ads, and is not as good as it suggests, in my opinion.

Called in to smooth out the confusion of the subject house and when was the carpet repair man going to be doing the work and who and when was the credit card going to be charged for payment, and where was the receipt going to be sent and to which email........and thank goodness I got a wonderful person - Kris - who sensed my frustration and proceeded to answer every question I had and made me very happy when I thanked her and said goodby.

Horrible. Rugs came back Not even cleaned. Company swore they were. Don't ever use this company!!!!! I wouldn't let them wash my dog! Never trust liars! Never never use them!

Disappointed. Did a good job on the grout cleaning but disappointed with the carpet and finishings. We had to vacuum after the carpets were cleaned.
