Our family has been using Bill's for the last 17 years. They are dependable and have not raised our rate since day one. I like that they are completely honest and never try to sell us a service we don't need. Ashley found a termite tube on our shed and instead of charging us a thousand dollars to treat our home she serviced that area (no extra charge) and said to keep an eye on it. That was 4 years ago. Nothing came back on the shed and nothing on our home. We trust the pro's at Bill's

Awful service. They scheduled an appointment for 2 days ago. Never showed but called me at 5:30 pm. Then set up another appointment for 9 am. Never showed. Spoke to the office to schedule for 2-3 pm today. It is now 4 pm and no show. This company does NOT care about the customer or their time wasted.

These guys are 5 star and it's not for nothing. My apt was gut renovated and brand new yet we had a constant roach issue. After some back and forth via messaging, someone came within 2 days and assessed the entire apt top to bottom. Our contractor left many areas unsealed so they took photos and sent them to me! We hired a handyman, marked all areas with tape and had everything taken care of. We haven't seen a roach since and I'm A LOT less jumpy when I see a shadow! Plus I'm not nervous anymore when guests come over that they MIGHT see a roach.

We used this service for drain flies and when I needed a special application, they were responsive and came out right away. The treatment they use does not smell and the one they apply inside the house is safer than other commercial sprays. I would highly recommend these guys. The customer service is excellent.
