We’ve been using Panda Pest Control at our office for over a year now and they have been amazing! Their team is knowledgeable, friendly and always on time. We couldn’t be happier.

The team at Panda are outstanding. Communication is excellent. I get reminders the day before my service and advanced notice of arrival time. They are always on time, friendly, and reliable. If we notice spiders or bugs in between service appointments, they will address it immediately. The prices are very reasonable and overall Panda is an excellent pest control company that I definitely recommend!

Since making the switch to Panda, we couldn’t be happier. Ismael and his team are amazing! They offer a great value for the services they provide. Ishmael is very courteous, polite and punctual. He answered all my questions related to pest control. We moved into a newly built home and had lots of crickets around our home. It all went away after first treatment. Small business who are delightful to work with.

I came across Panda on Instagram! I didn’t know what to expect but I am very glad we came into contact! I no longer have spiderwebs all over my outdoor lights that I needed a ladder to reach and clean! My husband and I are very short so, it’s a whole task for us. Also, Tanner was very thorough with the eco friendly spray, outdoor and indoor. He even let me take a few photos of him for social media. All in all - the service was quick, friendly, and on time! The whole experience was pleasant from start to finish. Ishmael really gave the house the once over inside and out, even the garage. He removed any webs that where around and also sprayed the ant mounds. I really dislike ants. There was no smell of pesticides and my Yorkie, Joy, was able to walk around without being affected by the spray. She is pretty nosy so she was keeping a close eye on Ishmael, who was very patient with her and played with her. This was my first spraying with Panda and it was wonderful. I will recommend their service to all my friends with houses. Great job!

Be careful. How an owner treats his employees is how he will treat his customers. The owner owes one of his former employees money for all of the customers gained that he has never been paid and is not paying. If he’s willing to skip out on paying his employee who knows what he would do to save money on the products used and service.

Really exceptional people delivering excellent service. I highly recommend their service if you're ever in need or ridding yourself of some pesky insects or arachnids. I was fortunate to have the owner come out and with one employee. Both were courteous and mindful of the animals living on the my property. I can tell you last year at this time we had a million cricket's, ants, black widows amongst other spiders and scorpions. Today is absolutely bless without chirping cricket's, no ants around the pool nor arachnids. Also with the service they removed spider webs off windows which I thought was a great touch to go with their humility. I'm a customer for life. Thanks guys

We had an amazing first experience with Panda Pest Control. Since we’ve moved into our home in Queen Creek, we’ve found three scorpions indoors. The last straw happened when I saw one in my toddler’s room and they almost stepped on it! It scurried away towards the bed and I panicked, thinking about if I hadn’t seen it, my toddler could’ve rolled over onto it and gotten stung! I’ve been determined to find a great pest control company after this scorpion scare last Thursday.

I saw an ad for an initial service special on Facebook and read about their products and read other reviews before deciding to try them out. I’m glad I did!

Immediately, Ismael was very responsive via text to all of my questions as to the pesticides they use and hours of service. I was so glad that they have later afternoon hours as my husband works at home and doesn’t get off until 5:30. I asked if he could come over then to spray all around the inside and outside. Without a hitch, they arrived a little after 5:30 and we were greeted by Jim. Very friendly and very knowledgeable! As he sprayed inside, my family were asking a plethora of questions and Jim shared all of his knowledge with us. So great! And he was so friendly with our little two year old who wanted to follow him everywhere. Outside, Ismael and Jim worked together to spray and inspect. They found a BLACK WIDOW that we didn’t even know existed clinging to the corner of our sliding glass door entrance outside! They took care of it and gave us more knowledge as to where we may still find them in the future because we have a very curious toddler, it’s good to know where to keep her away from.

When everything was finished, Ismael introduced himself and gave us some great suggestions as to how we can make sure we don’t end up having a scorpion problem. Because of our great experience, I asked about getting on a bi-monthly service with them.

I truly hope these two will be our permanent bug guys! Now for the waiting period and to see with bi-monthly treatments how the bugs and scorpions keep away!

I contacted Panda on Sunday not expecting a contact at a minimum until Monday, but Ismael contacted me right away and was able to come out next day to our new home.

We found a scorpion in the house and with children here we needed some help. Him and his team sprayed outside and in and discussed the process with me and also setting up bi-monthly service. I have already seen some dead bugs around. Thanks again!

I had called Panda pest control, set up an appointment easy set and done, before arrival i had a notification prior letting me know they were on there way, every professional came in did what they had to do, lasted about 30 mins on spraying every inch of the property especially on the brick walls. Good service must use. Very Happy with the results. Thank you Panda.

We were seeing a lot of spiders around our place and Jim was able to come and spray for us. He was super professional and made me feel at ease being home with just me and my two kids. Super friendly and nice. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

What can I say… Jim saved the day. We had some black widows hiding out in my child’s bucket of toys outside and around our perimeter.

I switched over from my existing pet control and saved money. Our technician was on time, friendly, and communicated well with us on our initial appointment. Panda Pest Control is a great company. I am the kind of guy that would rather handle the pest control on my own. I was struggling with mosquitos though and reached out to them for advice. They took their time and explained why the chemicals I was using would not solve the issues that I was having and since they have come out I have not had any issues with mosquitos. Great company! 100% recommend.

Very friendly people the staff was good but now every time I call I never get an answer it always says they’re unavailable so it’s very frustrating especially when I have a brand new house and a mouse is running across the floor. Then I did research and I realize that this company is not even insured I’ve been ghosted

Now it's a waiting game, if I see any creatures at all and they are moving slow I know the have ingested the poison, if not I can contact Ismael and he said someone will be out to take care of it-
