We have always had a really great experience with Pro Active Pest Control. Initially we hired them for an ant issue we were having. They were able to come out same-day which we really appreciated. After the first inspection/visit we have had no other issues with ants. They actually were gone after the first treatment which was amazing. We have them come every other month now just for maintenance outdoors. We are super satisfied with their services. Danny is awesome, and was always super helpful with any questions that we’ve had. Duane is also great & the services he provided were quick & efficient. We highly recommend this pest control company!

We have been using this Company for over a year now and we get regular maintenance from them. I had odd situation in our laundry room and Danny was just awesome. He checked all places that we were getting the Fruit Moths from, and he was not going to stop until he found the source, which he did. They are contained to one room. He put down some traps and asked that we touch base with him in two weeks. He is always thorough, polite and, professional and always gets the job done. Danny is wonderful!

I've been using Pro Active for a couple years now and they are fantastic. They always let me know when they are coming and ask you if you're having any issues for them to deal with when they show up. I've called them when mosquitos are bad for an additional visit and they show up quick, like same or next day to do additional spray. They are by far the best exterminator service I've ever used in the valley and my place is bug free.

The entire crew/staff is GREAT! I have had the pleasure of working w Danny on more than one occasion. He is friendly, thorough, and punctual! He takes his time and is beyond friendly! I would give more stars if I could! Would definitely recommend

Danny is always professional, courteous and on time. He was determined not fix our problem before he left. He found the source if the issue and took great care to make sure the issued was resolved before leaving our home. We are lucky to have him on his route.

These guys are amazing! I heard something odd inside the range hood above my stove and gave them a call. They arrived within an hour and rescued a poor quail, uninjured, and took it safely outside. I did my research and some companies sound like a hot mess, these people come out when they say, they do the job effectively, I can communicate expectations ahead of my schedule day and they accommodate us always, on days we just have them do outside we never even see them.

We moved to a new place and I was in between services and I worked hard to spray for ants and it wasn't working. I called them, they moved my appointment up and we are ant free IMMEDIATELY

I did not have a good experience w my technician he did not provide much info and gave me 0 confidence they would help or fix the issue he said there's not much we could but put some traps down unfortunately, I didn't even sleep that might due to bring so worried about my home honestly I felt taken advantage of I would not use this company very incompetent the guy didn't even ring my doorbell should be called reactive not proactive I'm very unhappy with their service and I don't have anything positive to say and in fact I should get my money back due to such a lack of concern or effort on their part. There is no guarantee and I literally feel like I was ripped off taken advantage of due to they knew my situation and took advantage of it. I don't recommend seems like they care more about ratings than people even with my newborn I asked if spraying was harmful the guy said well it is toxic fumes basically I had no idea what he meant by that I got a hotel for the week and left my home that same day. Worst customer service I've ever had

Absolutely great pest control company. The receptionist are all friendly and willing to help with any billing or scheduling. The pest guys are awesome, willing to answer any questions you may have. If you have any issues they will make a game plan to get rid of your unwanted pests! Make sure you tell them I sent you so we both get a refferal bonus off our next service.

I cannot recommend Danny at Pro Active pest control enough! I got a deranged call from my wife while I was at work screaming about bugs all over our kitchen walls and windows. On a recommendation from a co worker I gave Danny a call. He immediately responded and got to my house Same day! He quickly identified the culprit and got to work identifying the source of the problem! ( old forgotten bag of dried beans left abandoned in a cabinet). While my wife jumped from couch to couch screaming he calmy talked her through it ( not easy trust me, she haaaaates all bugs) performed a treatment and explained the process very clearly. We quickly began seeing results and I am happy to report we are bean weevil free! Dont hesitate Pro Active Pest Control knows their business!

This place is wonderful! We had an emergency maggot situation over the weekend inside our home. We hadn't been home in a week because our 8mo old was in the Pediatric ICU and the trash became infested leading to our kitchen and living room crawling with maggots. We were so stressed and in crisis mode and Danny came to our home within hours and did a thorough inspection, disinfection, spray treatment, and even a duster treatment into the open outlet area up into the wall. Not only that but he stayed on site and walked us through and addressed our numerous questions with direct and thorough answers. The value for the service is more than worth it. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Our tech Danny genuinely made the experience one of the easiest I've ever had. I'd recommend them 100x over.

I called Pro Active Pest Control because I noticed rat droppings in a closet in our home. From the start, they were friendly on the phone and quick about getting me scheduled. Our window for the service was 8-12 and Danny called me at 7:30 to let me know he'd be there at 8 (he was right on time). I appreciated the prompt call in the morning and the fact that he gave a heads up before coming by.
Danny set the traps and later that day we heard them go off. He went out of his way to come back to our home later that day to discard of the rats. He also stayed a bit to see if more would come out which they did. In less than 24 hours, he had helped us trap and eliminate FIVE rats.
Danny was professional and very friendly. We are beyond pleased that we called Pro Active Pest and are looking forward to being continuing customers for our other pest needs.

I have had nothing but an amazing experience here! The customer service when you call is exceptional and friendly. They do their best to not absolutely gut you on pricing. I absolutely LOVE our technician Danny. He is good at communicating, professional, on time, friendly, and informative. He doesn’t talk down to you, doesn’t seem inconvenienced to be there, and two weeks after his first visit we went from not feeling like our son was safe in our home to not seeing any bugs at all! Danny is amazing, and if he’s the face of this company then I can only imagine everyone else is just as great. Highly would recommend them!

I’ve been using this service for about 3 months. I shopped around as the last place I used was very expensive, but the pest control guys were interesting. From the very beginning the customer service was point. I got a quote; a week later I chose pro active told them my issue with scorpions in my backyard and my fears of one getting to my dog. I was set up for two days later, but about an hour in I got a call from the service manager, Duane that he could come by within the hour same day from starting services.

I was at the gym, but it was a sacrifice I was willing to make cause bugs scare me. Duane was so kind, responsive and informative. Also, was great with my dog and didn’t ask that I put him in his kennel while we discussed my concerns which I really appreciated. John came the next time and he was super nice as well. Not super fond of different people coming everytime, but I’ll get over it.

The scorpions issue has diminished a lot. I wish there was none, but I live in the desert. It went from seeing 10 to 2. There have been a lot of bugs out this summer, but thankfully none inside my home. They’re all dead at the base of my home outside. There have been false cinch beetles, black beetles, cockaroaches, scorpions, and earwigs.

I definitely recommend them.

Danny came out and was absolutely AMAZING & THOROUGH!!!! Nicest most professional knowledgeable person!!! He came in my home and noticed immediately that it smelled like gas and recommended I call the gas company out and turns out there was a gas leak with me and my two little boys here!!! Danny is awesome! He's professional, competent and friendly. He got rid of all our cobwebs outside, and there were a lot! Also, we have fruit trees, so rodents are around, and I sometimes could hear scratching in the attic. I guess they found a way in from the roof. Danny set out a box where they go into and take away some food. The worst thing for me is seeing cockroaches outside and occasionally in the house. It's been so great not having that issue any longer. I highly recommend Pro Active!!

Danny is the man! We’ve had 4 services so far with Proactive and all have been great. We’ve seen a steady decline in activity and almost never see a roach anymore, which is a far cry from where we were. These guys are awesome. The service manager Duane is very professional but even better is always super cheerful. I’ve always found them to be respectful of our family life as they go about their tasks in and out of the house and garage.

My house was infested with roaches everywhere, it was very embarrassing especially when I got guests in my house. My friend recommended me to ProActive pest control and they saved my life. It took some time to completely eradicate the roaches but that was expected since I was told from the onset that it was gonna take time. We had Duane come out and take care of a fly infestation. They scheduled him and he came out introduced himself and had a great attitude. He explained what he was going to do and did warn us that after the treatment they would start dropping. He wasn’t kidding. After he left we started getting dead flies all around our house. Must have been within hours that they started dying. He even scheduled an appointment to come back to retreat if necessary but by the time he came back 2 days later they were gone. We reached out to several companies through Yelp to get a quote on catching some roof rats. We had been trying to catch a rat for a while and started to hear it in our attic and decided to get professional help right away. We received an extremely prompt message from Pro Active Pest Control and Duane the service manager. Duane was responsive, listened to our concerns, and wanted to get someone out right away for us. We wanted someone out the next day, and after business hours Duane called us to discuss having someone out first thing in the morning and walked through pricing with us. WOW, talk about putting the customer first and caring about their business. Duane was very thorough on the phone with what services would be performed at our house and the bi-monthly plan. Y'all this company includes rats in their pest control packages. Most pest control companies do not include rodents in their monthly plans, including the company we were using. This is a huge plus for Pro Active Pest Control and one I want to emphasize that you will save money with them instead of having to hire multiple companies for scorpion spraying and the occasional roof rats we get here in AZ.

Pro Active sent Danny out to do our service, and I can't tell you enough how happy we were with his thoroughness on our property. Danny's main objective was to catch the rats as quickly as possible by using bait stations and pre-baiting the traps. Danny setup multiple bait stations around our property and snap traps in our attic. We agreed to 2 weeks of pre-baiting to get the rats comfortable and then to set the traps. In addition to setting up all the traps, Danny did a thorough job of spraying around our house and dewebbing. I was so impressed with Danny, I called our pest company that we had for 3 years and cancelled my contract with them. We knew we 100% wanted to give our business to Pro Active based upon the amazing customer service from Duane and Danny.

Danny has come out more times than I can count to our property to check the bait stations, add more peanut butter, and make sure we were satisfied with their work. After 2 weeks of pre-baiting and getting the rats comfortable around the traps, it was go time! Danny came by, set all of the traps, and said he would come back in a couple days to check. Within 1 hour of Danny leaving our property we had our first catch in the attic! We texted Danny letting him know the great news! Two days later, we had our 2nd rat! Danny came by to remove the second rat and check all the other traps. He noticed that the second rat had been partially eaten and the other trap was set-off, but no rat. He believed we had 1 more rat to catch. Danny removed the rat and set up the traps again. Later that night, boom we caught our 3rd and final rat. Even though we believe we caught all the rats, Danny set the traps again, just to reconfirm we do not have anymore rodents.

We cannot express enough how satisfied we are with this company. We have never been so impressed with a service manager. We are so thrilled to have Danny as our service tech as he does amazing work and pays attention to the small details around your house. We are so happy we decided to give Pro Active Pest our business. They are a small local family owned business and their attention to detail with service shows that. I urge everyone looking for a pest company to give them a try, you will not be disappointed. You will have better service and pricing from Pro Active then a huge company that has turnover regularly and lack of attention to detail.

Recently we were having issues with scorpions around the back wall, and I had Pro Active come out to take a look at the issue. Danny was here when he said he would be, was polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Danny came out and immediately put me at ease when he walked me through the treatment process, and what to expect from subsequent treatments afterwards. Plus they're family owned so that's always a plus! He also let me know that if we see anything in between services that we can call them, and having 2 little ones, I'm always worried about them getting stung! I would absolutely recommend Pro Active to friends and family, and if you're having scorpion issues, you need to give them a call!

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. My husband and I have run into several bug problems at our current residence and Pro Active has been a godsend in taking care of us. When I was stung by a scorpion during monsoon season, they came out the next day to spray.

One of their techs' cellphone number is in my phone and I plan on giving that man Christmas cookies for the rest of his life- he's taken such great care of us. They really care about their clients here, give great info, are super responsive, and go above and beyond what they're supposed to do.

I have had the biggest problem with wasps in my backyard since last year. I was spraying them with store bought stuff for a while, but when my dog, and almost my daughter, got stung it was time to call someone. So I called Pro Active.

Always very communicative, professional, and quick. Took care of all our outdoor pests and have not seen a single spider inside the house after the first two outdoor treatments. We were nearly overrun with black widows and cockroaches and it has been a genuine relief to have them gone. Always great about answering questions and getting the job done. They’ll also clean up any cob webs surrounding the house / fence area.

Brian has been wonderful and we couldn't be happier with Pro Active Pest Control! We used to be with another pest control company and we were never able to to get rid of our pest problem. We've been seeing mice in our neighborhood and I was reluctant to hire a pest control company since it's never worked for us in the past but after only being with Pro Active for just over a week and they have already caught two rodents! Danny & Duane are the BEST EVER . If there is ever a question or something I feel needs to be addressed they are ON IT . They came back 2 xs for me because I was paranoid about the ants after the rain and I am sure they didn't need to I am just a worry wart . They are truly caring & they don't make me feel like I am a PEST. If your considering any type of pest control just give these guys a call! The describe every detail of your service and are super professional. They are always running specials and hooked me up! Shortly after their initial service i had to suddenly move states due to unforeseen circumstances. You could tell that Danny actually cared about what i had to say and they canceled my contract with 0 cancelation fees. Actions speak louder then words and these guys are true customer service professionals. If I'm ever back in the valet its a no brainer to use these guys again.

Had Dylon Dykstra out today to help with a rodent problem. He gave my wife a courtesy call to let her know he was on his way. Once he arrived myself and him walked the area and he got right at it. He was finished in 15-20 mins. Walker with me again to show me what all he did and explained what the plan was. He then told if we had any issues before he returned to call his cell or text him directly. I will be relaying the message of this outstanding service to everyone that I hear has a pest issue of any kind.
