Great company with really great service. Happy to have found a company who knows customer service!! Have not seen any insect/ bug activity since using this company...Love that they offer Saturday appointments, it's great for those of us who work during the week.

Mark is great. He is always asking if we have any areas and bug activities we have concerns with. Always professional and nice. We had a termite problem and they came to inspect the house. and went through the treatment process and answered all the questions we had. Everyone I have spoken with from preventive is professional and helpful. Great company and recommend to anyone who needs pest control.

I have been a customer of Preventive since around 2015 and will not use anyone else. They use products that are safe for pets and children, their staff and customer service are outstanding. The office staff are friendly and helpful and the techs are courteous and knowledgeable. They don’t try to nickel and dime their customers, and instead focus on customer care. And they do a great job. I had several scorpions when I moved in to my home and now I have none. I also appreciate the reminder texts.

Technician Chris arrived on time and investigated the bee problem. He answered any and all questions and then explained what he was going to do and what it would cost. We felt that the fee was very reasonable.He went right to work applying an atomizing toxin that killed 99.9% of the bees within a few minutes. He explained that there would be some stragglers for a few days, but that they would then either die or leave.Everything happened true to his explanation, and all but one bee were gone within about three days, with that last bee leaving or dying in around five days.Chris was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous! We will use Preventive Pest Control for any of our future needs!

We have had this service for 7 years now and have not seen a scorpion or any other pest around our house. They always call to remind us that they are coming and show up on the day. Very satisfied with this company.

They are great!! We had a TON of beetles, they were infesting our house. I attempted to spray myself and couldn't get rid of them. A friend recommended Preventive and we have been very happy! They got rid of all the beetles within a week, and we never see any bugs around!

We’ve been using Preventive for at least 9 years and have never had a complaint. The biggest thing that stands out to me about this company is their superb customer service. The people who come out to the house and spray are always kind, informative and listen to your concerns. We’ve accidentally not been home for service and they are always kind about rescheduling.We’ve used their services in two different houses and have not had any scorpion issues as we have heard from some of our neighbors. Each time they come out they ask what big issues you may be having so they can try and remedy it while they’re there. We have had ant issues in the past and they help each summer with this issue.They have a policy that they will come out anytime you need them (if you see bugs), even if it’s in between scheduled services. We’ve had to do this once or twice while being with them and they always come out in a timely manner.Last, I love that their chemicals are pet and kid safe (once dry). Which always has been a concern in the past with big companies.

Got a referral from a neighbor. I called. The girl was super nice, explained my options and services they cover. Set up an appointment in two days between 9-12. The rep showed up at 930, was professional and polite. Took care of all my concerns and explained everything quickly. Use this company if you want great service at a great price

They have been taking care of my house for many years. They are always professional and courteous. I have very few if any problems with bugs in my house. If you need something in between scheduled visits they are always happy to come out and take care of the issue. Would highly recommend.

Raising teenage grandchildren that brought bedbugs home from school. Called a local service to come out. They sprayed twice, bugs still around. Called them to come back and I was told the technician had a picture of a shirt on the floor of the closet and this voided the guarantee. In my opinion they never intended on honoring the guarantee.They would come out and spray again for $400.00. Anyone who has had the misfortune of dealing with this scourge knows that spray alone rarely if ever gets them all as the spray cannot penetrate the eggs.Called Preventive Pest Control. The Technician was most pleasant and informative. He moved all of the mattresses and box springs and flipped over all of the couches and living room chairs himself even though I did offer to help with the couches and king bed. He used heat, steam and spray in combination. He came to the house six times. The fourth trip he found a decaying egg sack, removed it and came back two more times after that, all six trips at two weeks intervals to get and bugs that had recently hatched. He said the companies policy was to return until they saw no signs two consecutive times. Wow! He also told us that bedbugs are rarely found in closets as they need blood and contact with other living beings. We also, because we were so impressed with the service asked if his company did termite inspections as well pest control can be specialized in this area. We we're really just going to schedule an inspection. He said he would check and checked all the rooms and closets and outside for nothing. He just threw that in. Well being a senior citizen I still remember when companies stood by their work and Preventive Pest Control does. Customer Service means a lot to me and you rarely get it anymore. Heaven Forbid we ever have to deal with these critters again but Preventive Pest Control is our Pest Control for life. I wholeheartedly recommend this business.

Both the tech who performed the home inspection and the tech who performed the application were very knowledgeable and professional. The application was very thorough and I was shocked by the number of dead bugs that I found the next day. Would definitely recommend this company!

Preventive Pest Control is great! They have regularly serviced my houses for an affordable price for the last 6 years. They have serviced my parents house for twice that time!Last year I had a scorpion find its way into my kitchen and Preventive was there the next day to take some extra measures so that wouldn't happen again. This company is amazing. We had a tick problem after treating the yard and our dogs ourselves. Feeling defeated we contacted them. They came out sprayed.14 days later came back. We are no longer seeing ticks on the dogs.Really responsive. Called to see if they needed to come back again. If we were still having a issues. My husband and took every piece of advice they gave us.

Very flexible about changing appointments when I need to do so. Technician called me to let me know he was on the way and arrived promptly. Asked me a few questions about if I had noticed any special problems and went right to work. Let me know when he was finished and reminded me to lock the gates. Excellent service.

Really great first experience. When Travis got to my house he was very professional and listened closely to my concerns about certain bugs. He was very knowledgeable and offered different solutions. He was thorough inside and out. Once he was done with the outside spraying, he came back to the front door to tell me all the different things he'd done to ensure no pests would enter the house! It was greatly appreciated! The office team have also been exceptional to work with, far exceeding my expectations! They are also very professional. When I made the initial phone call to get set up, they talked me through everything, they were very thorough and it made me feel like they truly valued my business! I am a first time customer, and I have two large Great Danes and needed them to meet the exterminator so he would have no issues as he was doing his work. He had no problem coming in and having his space invaded by 375lbs of dogs! He was thorough and quick and answered any questions I had. The lady who spoke to me on the phone and made my appointment was very friendly, as well as, knowledgeable and informative. I've used Preventive since buying my home in 2012. They have kept the property virtually bug free, we have do have recurring ants in the back yard but just one call and they come out and do another spray. The technician is professional, friendly and always checks to make sure all of my dogs are inside before he enters the yard.

Bi-monthly service. My service was on 5/20 and the tech was here less than 10 minutes. When he arrived I told him I'd open the garage so he could spray in there. I saw him briefly in the back yard and the next he was pulling away. I was surprised that he had time to treat the perimeter of the house and garage and went out to look for residue, at least in the concrete areas that would still show before drying completely and saw very little by the front door. I don't think he was in the back long enough to come up on the patio to spray that area. And I didn't see any residue. And the garage looked untouched. Dissatisfied at this level of service. I've been a customer since 2009, but don't ever take advantage of me. How often was my house treated this haphazardly the past 12 years when I wasn't home.....?

I have been using Preventive Pest Control - Mesa for a number of years. I have them spray inside and outside of my home on a regular basis. If I have problems in between my service, they are happy to return and take care of the problem. I am always happy with the representatives they send out to my home. Professional and thorough.

We have used Preventive Pest for years in north Phoenix. We recently moved to south Chandler and simply transferred the service. Their effectiveness, efficiency, value, and friendly techs made this transfer if service a “no brained” for us.

I needed a termite inspection at the last minute for a home refinance. I called several places and decided on preventive pest control because they could do it quickly. I was not disappointed! STAY AWAY. HORRIBLE WITH CUSTOMERS. REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY SCREWED UP. ITS ALL ABOUT THE NUMBER OF SALES AND NOT THE CUSTOMER. My 5 star dropped to a 1 star. They do not communicate, I called numerous times and asked to get a call when the technician is on his way, when we're scheduled, and to not call me.Instead we get no call, no text, the technician calls me when he arrives. (We have 3 very big dogs and I work in the office my husband works from home)I love call in again to get this taken care of and I get told it will be fixed. Which once again it is not!The rep I spoke with before the supervisor was SO rude. Preventative pest does not care about their customers. They care about volume, and money, and I wish I stayed away.I called 5 times, I've talked with numerous representatives and they could care less about doing anything. How hard it is it to send a text letting someone know they're scheduled??

We've been with Preventive Pest Control for over 5 years. Their product works great. They are always responsive to our calls. I appreciate the monthly reminder call. And the guys that come out are pretty good about communicating about the service provided during their scheduled service call. If I forget to unlock the gate, I've never had a problem rescheduling someone to come back within a couple of days. We've even had an intense issue with ants a couple of years, and the servicer made it a point to Spray a bit extra and/or add an additional component. The customer service staff over the phone are knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I definitely recommend Preventive Pest Control.

The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. I have no problem with his presentation…great information…all around nice guy. I chose not to use the company because of price of the service and the warranty. I got other estimates for hundreds less.

We've been with Preventative Pest Control for a long time (forgot the exact amount of time but probably close to a decade). They are great with communication and responsiveness. We have only had an issue with bugs once after some heavy rains and they were out to our house every time we called. I was able to take a photo of the bug in question and they were able to treat exactly with the right things. Typically their every other month service is all we need but glad to know they are there for us when we need more.

Great customer service! Anytime we need them to come back out and spray because my girlfriend is petrified of scorpions and sees something they happily do. They will spray inside and outside each time they come out. All the technicians are very professional and nice to work with. Highly recommend!

We've had Preventive Pest Control for at least 20 years. They are reasonably priced, have good communication, auto billing and are very responsive. We choose to only have service done outside but very little has managed to get inside with this service. Quite happy!

Preventive Pest Control is great! They have excellent customer service and excellent technician service. They are always accommodating to me and my schedule and whatever special requests I have. There have been several instances where Preventive came to spay at our home while we were at work and we forgot to take the lock off our gate, but they have just hopped the fence and done the work anyhow. There have also been times when we have had trouble with a particular pest coming back over and over again and Preventive just keeps coming back without charging us until the issue was under control. Excellent company, excellent service - highly recommended!

Great experience! They were professional, friendly, and arrived on time. I hired them to check for a possible start of a bee hive near my patio. They determined there was nothing to worry about. They fully inspected the yard and the outside of the house for any other issues. They gave me a recommendation when I mentioned that I was looking to have some tiles repaired on the roof. They were very helpful even though I didn't end up needing any services.

Friendly service, knowledgeable, punctual. They give late appointment times to allow for evening times- being that I work during the day this is super convenient. Started with a treating of German roaches and I have yet to see them reappear. Since then we have them come out for regular pest treatment. The pricing was super great. The recent Fella that came today put on booties and everything. Highly recommend.

Preventive Pest Control is very thorough with their inspection. They found openings where bugs were coming in that I didn’t know about. They left traps and advice applicable to my specific problem. We’ve been with them for years and love their services!

I am pleased to be a customer of Preventive Pest Control for both of the services they provide… their bimonthly pest control services and their semiannual weed treatment. Their office staff are always pleasant and responsive to my request to schedule their services around my availability. Their technicians are always on time, and per my request, always notify me at least 30 minutes before their estimated time of arrival so that I may be ready for their arrival. Most of all, they are effective in controlling the insects inside and outside of our house, and in controlling the weeds. Although not the cheapest option for pest control, they provide good quality service. They will come back to reservice the house for free any time if we see any critters in the house, and it's really easy to schedule. They usually come at the beginning of the time window they give us. Very nice and professional workers. :)

We were with this company for 7 years & wanted to fire them 3 years in but due to our busy schedules it sadly wasn't a priority to look for a different company. The first issue I had is that even though their technicians serviced our home once every 2 months, they were often needing to fill their tanks with water before spraying our home. I didn't mind because I always assumed they were filling up the tanks they carry with them but one day I discovered that they were filling up their trucks but just sort of failed to mention it when asking for permission to fill up.I called the company to make a complaint about their technicians practices & very matter of fact they said that the technicians don't do it often & they also try to do it at different homes (like making customers take turns helping pay for their business's costs, a pretty major one if you ask me). They also mentioned that most people didn't have a problem with letting their technicians fill up; however, since we did, they would make a note of it so it wouldn't happen again. Sort of like we were the jerks for minding.I felt that was extremely unethical & I highly doubt that customers are aware that the technicians are filling up their trucks & not just the tanks they carry.This is besides the fact that their technicians would leave doors open & our dogs got out several times, their techs were always very polite but very rude in their work, they would never move a single item of furniture to spray & would often spray my kids toys if they were close to the wall or clothing items & once even stepped & sprayed on a sleeping bag before I got a chance to move it out of the way. I should've called & complained but I felt partly responsible for forgetting to move it out of the way before they got there & given their response with my previous complaint, I didn't have high hopes of getting anywhere with the company.Also, we weren't bug free & found 5 scorpions too many & brown recluse spiders inside our home, alive & well. We didn't expect to be 100% bug free but it was our first home & we didn't know how a pest control company should conduct themselves or that there are companies out there with whom you will never see a live & healthy scorpion inside your home at all & who's technicians will treat you & your home with respect.

We called Preventive Pest Control because we were seeing a number of scorpions in and around our home. They were affordable and their technician was friendly and professional. Since the first treatment, we have not seen one single scorpion. I would say that is success!

Been using Preventive Pest Control for years. They have always been a step above any other service I've used previously. Over the several years I've used them, I've only had a time or two when a tech showed up and did a less then acceptable job, and those guys were not around long with the company. Their techs seem genuinely concerned about any problems I may be having and address it and take their time in doing so. After a recent move into a new home, we have discovered we have a bad scorpion problem. They have been working hard and spraying extra hard during my monthly visits. It is having a positive effect, which is improving, but I'm sure it will take a while before we can eliminate them all together. Todays visit was one of the best services I've ever had, and I usually get great ones anyways. Charlie really took his time and hit all of the scorpion hotspots extra well. Thanks for the good service. I've turned several neighbors onto them over the years and they have always been happy with their service as well. Thanks again Charlie for the customer service. I hope he's my regular tech from now on.

We’ve had Preventative for the last 7 years and have never had an issue! We live in the Far East valley and back up against desert so there is a huge potential for critters. Even when we do find a few bugs around, we tell our tech and he treats them ASAP. We’ve seen one scorpion and it was already dead. I would highly recommend them!

Pleasant young employee who didn't complain or act at all put out when he had to add the spray service to the bait box check. Office was very cooperative when I called to request the spray the same day rather than wait for another appointment. She called the service tech and, as stated above, he completed his work with a smile. I appreciate the attitude and the responsiveness of the staff.

We have been with Preventive Pest Control for at least 8 years for monthly service and yesterday had a young man whose name is Brendon do our spraying inside and out. As we live in a rural area and have irrigation our biggest problem is scorpions and for some reason this year has been the worst ever. I watched Brendon spray and wipe down webs and he did such a thorough job that I would like to request he provide our service every month. Great job Brendon! I gave two stars because I specifically asked for scorpion treatment when I called to schedule and was told ok and no mention of additional charges. The technician came and sprayed then said he couldn't do scorpion treatment. So I called the office and they said it was a separate treatment and would be an additional $75 dollars. Mind you I already pay $92 dollars. So I asked to speak with management as I felt they should include that and was told they would call me back. Still haven't heard anything back yet a couple days later. So will be my last time with them. On a positive they keep the bugs down.

The young gentleman who did work today was proactive taking care of a new fire ant invasion. He looked at where they got in; inside and out, had specific treatment for each and explained them. The maintenance man called 3 minutes prior to let me know he was coming. I told him he could do the outside our gate was unlocked and he could close when he was done. After he had left, I noticed that put a nice postcard stating when and what time they had come and on top of it... this nice gentleman locked our gate from the outside. Punctual, they keep designated time. They always call the day before to remind us about our scheduled maintenance. We have a problem with scorpions because we life next to South Mtn, and they do a good job in preventing the scorps, even coming back out to respray if necessary.

Had our first treatment two days ago. The technician was prompt and friendly and explained what we should expect during and after our treatment.Since he was working inside our home, I feel he should have worn a mask (I did whenever we were talking) but we had to be out for an hour after treatment anyway so I didn’t insist (I wish I would have on principle). He also apparently forgot to close the gate to our backyard because we found it open the next afternoon (it’s NEVER open).We didn’t see any new bugs yesterday so here’s hoping it worked, but it’s a little soon to be sure yet.

I've been cheap my whole life, and never paid for pest control until now. The house I'm living in has always had scorpions, amidst random roaches, ants, and plenty of crickets. I finally bit the bullet and got pest control because I have a group of children coming to my house on a regular basis. I have to say, the cost is worth it for the peace of mind!! I worked specifically with Charles Hart. He was so thorough, knowleadgable, and wonderful to work with. The stuff he sprayed was completely safe for children as long as they didn't touch it when it was wet (it dries fast). It was incredible to see instant results: lots of dead bugs on my back porch. Great technicians, terrible scheduling. Every single re-service is always 3 days out. You get stuck into a contact with these guys and you can barely get them to come back out and service your house. It’s quite ridiculous that a company this big barely has enough technicians to cover the area they service. There are plenty of other options out there that don’t require you to sign up for a year and who can make it out faster.

He was incredibly thorough and really listened to my concerns (no over spray in the pool or on the kids toys, etc.). So far I am very pleased with Preventative and the level of service received.

Absolutely the best best service we have ever had. Love the team, they treat us like family from us down to our pets. Sometimes they arrive and I see them picking up dog toys they find around the house and outside and putting them up to keep them away from the service time although their products are completely pet friendly. We had to switch our service person because he was promoted but he trained the new guy and he is also a part of our family. Their products keep all pests away, we even did the Misquito fogging this last summer and it was amazing! Our family could sit outside and enjoy the warm evenings without getting bit. Our neightbors have all had problems with Scorpians, spiders but we have no issues.

We have had two outside treatments at our new home. A week after the second, we found a dying scorpion inside the house. I called PPC and they returned the very next day to spray outside again and also inside. They included a powder at each door threshold as a secondary barrier. I like their timely response when I see an issue that needs taking care of (the West side can do it same day which is something I missed when I moved to the East side).Most impressive to me is that my new home came with one of those metal outdoor sheds...the kind with the doors that won't completely shut and that fills with water when it rains. Even though I dreaded going in it, I NEVER saw a single spider or bug. We just had it removed from the property...no bugs, spiders, scorpions, rodents or pests of any kind.

I gave two stars because when I called I specifically asked for scorpion treatment and was told ok with no mention of additional charge. The technician came out and sprayed mind you I already pay 92 dollars, he said he wasnt able to do scorpion treatment. So I called the office and they said it was a separate treatment and an additional $75 dollars. I asked to speak with management and they have yet to contact me. On a positive bugs are kept down.

Had infestation of ticks. First round didn’t quite clear them out made one phone call they came out next day and treated again for free and no ticks or bugs since. Staff was friendly clean and courteous. Willing to work around moving my pack of dogs around to get entire house done!

Every technician that has come to our house in the last 10 years has always been very personable, polite and knowledgeable . In the last 10 years we’ve had to deal with termites, Scorpions and German roaches,. They always showed up promptly took care of the problem. They would call us throughout the week just to check on us to make sure the problem was nipped in the butt. If we saw one little German roach or live scorpion they showed up the next day and sprayed the entire house again. Now that’s service!?

What is worse they jumped my back fience that was locked and a sign posted beware of dogs.When I had called them upset at what they had done. I was told oh sorry by the women on the phones at their front desk. When i had expressed how badly that couldnt ended up. She then tells me that the tech said a dog was present in the back yard. That followed him as he sprayed.. That dog was my 13 year old pug. Which got me even more upset being HE JUMPED A LOCKED FIENCE ON A CANCELLED SERVICE & WAS SPRAYING CHEMICALS WITH MY SENIOR DOG FOLLOWING HIM.They then apologized and said they would remove that charge. To only get a call a few weeks later saying i had to pay them. Still refusing to they had said they would remove it again. Then yet again processed to more calls telling me i still need to pay.. MY SUGGESTION TO YOU IS RUN RUN RUN.. ALSO most of thr names I see below are the same names of who works there...

As far as the product goes, this house was a rental for years. Then it was vacant for a while before I bought it so I had a scorpion problem. I've noticed a marked reduction of live scorps when I hunt with a black light at night. And if I find any near my home it's very simple to schedule another spray. Thanks!

Preventive Pest Control always texts me a reminder when they're coming. They complied with my request to only spray certain areas outside to maintain some natural pest control. A card letting me know they came is left in my screen. If I need them in between scheduled dates I just have to call.

I was a bit leary of pest control companies when I decided to contact a pest control company.My neighbors....Larry and Rosie told me that they were really impressed by the service of PREVENTIVE PEST so I decided to contact them.Although Patrick seemed friendly and knowledgeable enough, I did not know if this was the script that he was supposed to follow when getting me to sign the contract.I signed, on Friday, 07/11/2015 and Patrick, the technician, seemed to do a pretty through job at spraying.......I say 'seemed to do a through job' because you cannot tell if anything is happening during the treatment.Well...... several hours later, I was seeing several dead bugs....which is what I was hoping for.The next day...today....I saw more dead bugs than I have seen in all 5 years that I have lived in Gilbert, AZ.Last count was 6 Scorpions 20 Crickets and about 15 Water Bugs (this is what we called them in California).We signed for the annual contract, bi monthly, and so far, I am really happy about this. Stay tuned and I will let you know if they let me down.
