Every technician that comes and sprays are all beyond professional and polite. As for the service and quality of the products used are amazing and very good at taking care of all the different types of bug issues no matter the bug.

The field technicians are very professional and communicative. They know what they are doing and they have no problem explaining what they are doing. Also customer service is top notch. Very courteous, and they will work with you. Their year plan was one of the best things I ever paid for.

This company was good price knowledgeable and technician was professional and took care of the problem we were having scorpions crickets. I would recommend.

We have been using this company since they were Armor. We haven't had big issues, but the customer service hasn't been great either. Today, Brennen came over and he went OVER AND BEYOND! He was attentive, patient, understanding, and comprehensive. He covered all the issues we had and more and spent a significant time at our house. I TRIED to tip him on cash and he REFUSED several times. Great customer service. Brennen is the type of employee ANY business would be privileged to have . We're going to hang around another month SOLELY because of him.

I am happy with this service and especially now that they get rid of termites.

Did not like working with them at all. I now owe over 300$ and still have bugs outside. A few days after they sprayed we found a black widow. Spray does not work, and some dude lazily sprays it around for 15mins just to leave.

I would not recommend this company at all. When the first salesman came around they said it would be monthly sprays inside the home and outside. Well after the first initial spray it was not monthly but bi monthly. it came to the second time they sprayed and they sprayed just the outside and didn’t even let us know they were here. The inside of my home did not get sprayed. I called them and requested they come back and they did so i opened up my garage and back gate so they could spray everywhere and when they left they did not tell me they were finished. I left my house open for about 15 minutes before i realized they were finished. i called and requested they let me know when they were finished with the service every time. the following time same thing they left without letting me know they finished. It was $89 bi monthly and the worst money spent. They lied about the bugs and problems my neighbors were having to get me to sign up. then said i was in a contract and could not leave. They never called to see if i wanted to renew another year and just scheduled it. Please save your money and try another company! the only good technician was Brennen. The others are very unprofessional and cannot communicate.

A door-to-door Salesman came by and sold me on a monthly service for $29.99. Next thing I know, I'm being charged $49.99 before my house was even sprayed. I called to complain to the company letting them know that I was told the services were monthly for $29.99 and I tried to cancel my services, but it was past the two-week trial and I was going to be charged $250. So after a lot of back and forth they finally agrees to uphold the monthly fee of $29.99. And come to find out, they spray every 3 months. So again I was lied to about the monthly service. With that being said I've been calling every month to come have them spray because I'm still having scorpion, ant and spider issues. If you like to throw money away, this is the perfect company! I was trapped into a contract for services that I was lied to about. And their chemicals don't even work.

I love this company. Whenever I need them they are here. Blake is the BEST. He never let's a customer down. When he says he will be there he is there. No matter what he gets the job done. They sprayed for ants and LITERALLY the next day I had the same issue. Ants did not go away! Immediately notified the salesman that came knocking at my door to offer their services. And he advised me that he can have his guys do a re-spray, re-spray never happened. I called customer service and I come to find out that they are a recurring monthly fee, so the 40$ they charged me to spray was not a one time event, they will charge 40$ monthly even though I did not sign any paperwork. Again I SIGNED ZERO PAPERWORK.! When the guy took my card I was under the impression that it was a one time payment. Still I never signed an agreement for the monthly payment. So be aware if you are using their services.

I would never recommend their services and their customer service is even worse!

These guys were on time and did a wonderful job servicing my home. I am bug and scorpion free! I have been with Armor Pest Defense for about 8 years! If I need any kind of retreatment they are easy to get in touch with and are very responsive!

We used this service for pest control and were unknowingly locked into a contract. At first we thought the service was good. But we had repeated insect sitings. So we would schedule the technician to come back. He would spray. And a day or two later we would still see bugs coming in the house. We tried canceling but they wouldn't. I have used a different pest control prior and I never had a problem with reoccurring pests in the house after treatment. Maybe this is just our home, I am not sure. But we have had them spray inside and outside the house. The other service will spray outdoors and that usually does the trick.

Horrible experience, beginning with the pushy salesman.  Hired the company for scorpion removal and was left with more scorpions!  After claims of superiority to other companies through use of a proprietary service, scorpions remained.  I called to request a refund as agreed in the sales pitch, but they insisted they would fix the problem.  I gave them another shot, but it got worse.  It was all lies and they think customers are retarded: It's not a contract, just an agreement for services... to paraphrase.  Then, they have cancellation fees when they didn't live up to their end of the contract.  You can't take customers' money for mere attempts. This is unfair business practices and the company should be punished for screwing hard-working people out of money.  Thieves.

Three months ago we started services with this company. First and second appointment we’re good. Then we found a live scorpion in garage. Called that same morning and they wouldn’t send a technician out until 2 weeks out. They then magically gave me an appointment for the following week. On appointment date I get a text the technician is not coming out and get re scheduled. Then it happens again on the second appointment. Two days before the second appointment we have another large Scorpion as were sitting In our backyard. When the sales person comes to your home they explain that if you see any bugs you just call and they will send a tech out right away and they will take of it. Well they lie and once they have your money they don’t follow up. No importance is given when you explain there are scorpions that will find their way inside your home. Then you try to cancel but oh wait there’s a $170 fee and you have signed a contact.

I have informed Armor Pest Control that I will be out of the country and requested to halt all of my appointments until further notice. Yet, they continue to come spray outside and charge me the full amount. I reached out to them to correct the error, they advised me to have someone go to my house just so that they can finish the service. Imagine having to coordinate that while being abroad given the time difference. Horrible experience- it seems like no one reads the notes. I just canceled my service and will not do service with them again nor recommend them to anyone. I would give Armor Pest Defense zero stars if I could.

The Brennen was extremely thorough not only removing and disposing of two wasp nests in the palm trees near my pool but also cleaning any debris around the area!!

Not happy at all with this pest control service. It’s not affective and I might as well throw my money out the door. I have can to call them to come a respray almost every week it feels like and there’s always a loop hole or excuses on why I am still seeing scorpions, ants, and so on I have killed them in the house and the back porch. Also I guess there loopholes to there money back guarantee as well just heads up you won’t get it back

I’ve been trying to contact this company for a month now, he has charged us this month and not gone to do his job and he should. I do not recommend getting this company. They are basically stealing from us.!!

Just a great overall company. Switched a while back and I wouldn’t switch away from them. My favorite thing is that they are very quick to take care of the bugs even if it’s between the regular services!

I received a voice-mail, called back, no answer. Called again, no answer. Left a message on the website, nothing! I am really in need a pest control.....still searching. I heard they are good, but I wouldn't know, they won't even call back. Guess I'll find someone else.

I’ve used a few pest companies over the years and no one could get rid of the scorpions. After armor came out I haven’t had any in my bathroom since, and the crickets have finally disappeared as well.
