We have used All Pest Management for close to 25 years. They have never failed to meet their monthly service with us. We have never had any issues with any bugs. No bugs inside or outside! If we could give APM 10 stars, we certainly would!

We purchased a home in Arizona in March of 2018. This company was recommended by our real estate agent. Since our home was vacant for over a year before purchase, we called at the first sight of the lovely arizona sewer cockroaches that seem to inhabit vacant homes. Someone from the company came out, took care of the issue and educated us on how those particular roaches should not be an issue if the house is not vacant, water is running etc. Also signed up for monthly pest control. They come out every month, like clockwork and do their magic. We've been in the home for over a year now, without any issues. I would recommend this company. Their rates are reasonable and they are responsive and available. I would highly recommend this company if you are interested in preventing critters and don't want to worry about pest control.

I’ve never experienced such quality service from a termite company! The owner explained how child-safe his chemicals are and detailed his entire process. He even came back out to remedy a wasp issue we found days later for FREE.

Very good service and price!

I had a massive ground beetle infestation at my commercial building shortly after the monsoon rains a few weeks ago. I called, and even though they were dealing with an influx of pest calls, because the entire valley had the same beetle, they were still able to make it out that very afternoon. Good service, good results and the price was fair.

I have been using Belaire Pest Control for 20 years now for my personal residence and all my rental properties and refer them to as many people as possible, never heard about a problem or complaint from anyone!

They always show up on time and do what is needed to quickly and efficiently. I would never consider using anyone else, especially not a corporate competitor.

The tech was thorough and professional in his inspection and treatment. They came highly recommended, and I'm delighted I went with them. No one wants to have to call a pest control company, but if you do, you've come to the right place. I recommend them to everyone in Phoenix.

We had scorpions back almost immediately

Would give zero stars if I could. HORRIBLE!!!! They started spraying without telling us and then said it would be $700 just for spraying and that it would be $2200 to spray and take the honey comb away. My husband told them that price seemed outrageous (we've had bees removed before) and that he wanted to call a couple other bee removal businesses and check their pricing before we paid that. As he was doing so, the tech called his manager and asked if they should CALL THE POLICE ON US!! Scare tactics to get us to hurry and pay! My husband, who has been to law school, reminded them there was no contract signed and in fact, we didn't even approve the spraying or agree to anything verbally. They were willing to lower the price to $1000 to spray and remove the honey comb and we were happy just to have this company off our property. BAD BAD BUSINESS. I wanted to call the POLICE ON THEM!!!

I called them and made an appointment for them to come out to my house. They didn’t come, so I called and set another appointment, which they did come to. They set a few traps around the house and said there were a few points of entry. No rodents were caught and I had to ask them to come out again. They set some more traps. This was at least a week before Christmas and I haven’t heard from them since. I still have an infestation of rodents. All this for $250.
