Trey and his team take their jobs seriously and it shows. They show up when they say and truly make an effort to understand how best to treat your property. His team takes their time when doing the job and are incredibly thorough. Most importantly, they treat people with respect.

On my first visit the owner, Trey, performed my service and he was exceptional. Since then one of his employees, Sam, has serviced my home and he is equally skilled. It's comforting to know I'm getting the same quality of service regardless of who shows up at my house.

I have a 10 year old Labrador and they make sure to use pet friendly pesticides that dry incredibly fast, meaning I don't have to lock him away for extended periods of time. This is not the case with all pest control companies.

They come every other month and I can attest to how effective their chemicals are. I haven't seen a single insect or arachnid inside my house since their first visit.

We recently moved to a new construction home in Gilbert, Arizona. Bugs, spiders, and scorpions are commonly found here. After researching a lot and talking with multiple companies, I decided to go with Guaranteed Pest Control. They had really nice reviews on all platforms. Their availability was either same or next day. They provided all the information based on our needs and suggested different options. Had my first treatment last Monday and it seemed like they did a fantastic job. The product they used was odorless and is supposed to be pet/kid friendly. Next few days after the treatment, we saw many dead crickets, dead spiders and to our surprise, a dead scorpion in the kitchen. I am definitely going to continue with their recurring service.

Service has been great so far. The employees are personable and friendly. They, of course, do a good job as well. I have been very pleased with their scheduling as well. They haven't been late to a scheduled appointment yet, and that goes very far with me. I haven't seen any scorpions in the house yet, and that's what really counts.

In looking at posts on the Next Door neighborhood app, my subdivision is still having a problem with scorpions and ticks on dogs. That was the reason I called Guaranteed Pest Control and I have been 110% satisfied with their service. Fantastic business and very organized and pleasant to work with. Above that, they guarantee their work and if you see any pests in between treatment they come right back and spray with no cost to you. I especially love this because we found a scorpion in our house in between treatments and they scheduled Joseph to come out the very next day to take care of it. Called Gauranteed after a bad experience with another company. Trey, the owner was very personable and professional and offered great advise about scorpians in my area. I had never had scorpians before and I appreciated him educating me a little. He said he could be at the house within 90 mins and sure enough he was. Again, really personable and was very friendly with kids in answering their questions about scorpians. He did a very thorough job and was spraying inside and out for almost an hour. The technician Joseph that came to perform a termite inspection was very thorough and knowledgeable. Was helpful in helping me decide what was best for my situation. I've always handled the spraying for bugs myself until we got in our new house. We started using one company but it was expensive and it got to where I wasn't getting the service I expected. I needed a bug inspection for a refi and I called Guaranteed Pest Control on a referral. The owner came out and did the inspection and I had a good visit with him so I figured I'd give them a try. The cost is very reasonable, very responsive and they have done everything they said they would. We love them!

These guys have always been awesome. They are always right on time and very courteous. They send email and text confirmations for when they are going to spray and the billing system is very convenient and easy to use. Guaranteed is the best extermination company that I have ever used, been with them for two years, no ants-insects-crawlers during that time. No pressure emails or calls for service from them, they are available when we call for service. Joseph has been our guy, very personable and professional.

We have had a great experience with Guaranteed pest control. They use an Odorless spray inside the house that won’t help your pets. We had a gopher issue in the front of the house and they treated it at no extra cost. They are reliable, honest and friendly and provide an excellent service for a fair price.

They are awesome! We had a scorpion issue when we moved into our new place last summer, had a couple different companies come out and still had scorpions all over. We were referred from a friend. From the first visit we have been impressed. They were concerned about our problem and wanted to help. That's exactly what they did and we haven't seen a scorpion since! Also, first visit was very thorough and extensive. Office staff very professional. Technicians have been on time and polite.

These guys are AWESOME!!! And their stuff works! We moved to AZ a year ago From CA so the idea of having scorpions around was a little scary especially with kids around. We initially bought Cykick and sprayed ourselves but still found scorpions in and outside of our home. Since that wasn’t working he searched high and low for a GOOD and reasonable pest control company. I’m so glad we found these guys!! Very informative, professional, and friendly. My Family and I have been dealing with cockroaches for many years. I have had a few companies out and attempted to treat it myself, it quite frankly just wore us down after awhile. There was something everyday. We managed to kill them with varying degrees of success, but could never win this war. Great and reliable service! Technicians have always showed up on time or early which is a plus! The one month we decided to skip out on spraying, we did see an increase in roaches. So we know that Guaranteed Pest Control has prevented a potential infestation of roaches and other critters.

Moved from Indiana in 2019 and hired Guaranteed Pest Control for bimonthly service. Never saw any scorpions in the rental we were in the first year. Had one larger spider in bathroom and during the next visit, they came in and sprayed both bathrooms and never saw another one. Late 2020 bought a home in San Tan Valley and previous owner mentioned there were some scorpions they had seen. Have yet to see any on my property despite neighbors seeing a few here and there in their yards. Trey is awesome and have been 100% satisfied.

Hands down the best pest control. We have used Them for over 2 years now and I have had one scorpion in my backyard!! As soon as I called them they were out the next day respraying the yard. If I have company coming in to town and need to change they day for spraying they are always accommodating and get it taken care of. They are kind, respectful and do a great job, always sending a reminder when service is scheduled and when service is completed I get an email including a service summary. Other pest control companies come to my door weekly wanting me to switch and I continue to turn them away!

I had not set up a bug service yet, and they came out on a Sunday, their day off, and sprayed for me. Now this is customer service!!! Moved into a home 3 months ago. Wasn't taken care of so the were little critters everywhere. These things have been persistent but Trey and his team have been wonderful and quick every time I've requested a touch up. When I moved into my new home there were pincer/earwig bugs, in the drains, tubs, toilets!, and floors. The owner took the time to came out personaly to look over the property. He was such a pleasure to speak with and I appreciated his personal attention. Trey and the guys at Guarenteed Pest Control are amazing! We’ve used them for 3 years and two different houses. We NEVER see any bugs or most importantly scorpions in or around our house, and where we live they are everywhere. They are always on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever we notice a few cobwebs in our backyard I just call or text Trey and his self or one of his guys come out that same day to take care of them with his inbetween services he offers.

Just bought a house in Ahwatukee. Even though we did a black light search and did not see any scorpions we are freaked out by them and do not want to see them inside. After reading all the reviews on Yelp we decided to go with Guaranteed. I was out of town and gave Trey a call. Super nice and friendly guy he took the time to answer all my silly questions (probably thought great another one from out of state moving to AZ and freaked out by scorpions lol). He came out to the house on a Saturday and went through everything and explained what he was doing and using etc. very professional and easy going glad we decided to go with him. Since we had no bugs or scorpions I’m not sure how well the treatment works but so far so good. I will update the review in a few months after the summer. Just bought my first house and wanted to make sure we have no spiders, scorpions, mice, or other insects. After asking around I've heard most pest control companies want you to sign a 1 year contract, however Guaranteed Pest Control does not!
It makes sense to go with Guaranteed Pest Control because Trey wants to make sure he's done a quality job so he can earn repeat business. If those other companies with a contract don't do good work, your stuck (at least for that year).

They responded to my 11pm email request before I woke up. They answered all of my questions and made it out just a couple hours after we spoke on the phone. We have used Guaranteed Pest Control (GPC) for about 2 years now. First year was in Gilbert and this past year in East Mesa. At our Gilbert location, we had a few scorpions there, but after GPC started treating our house, we had no more problems. At our new house in East Mesa, we were quick to get GPC engaged to treat our new home. It has been great! We have had zero pest problems here. They treat every 2 months. They know their stuff and have answered every question we have had.

GPC costs are very reasonable. Of course the main point is to be pest-free, which thanks to them we are, but they are so very pleasant to deal with. They really communicate well. They always let us know when they are coming and they always come within the 2 hour window that they define.

I am a lifetime fan of GPC. I was stung by a scorpion in my bed 3 years ago. Spent hrs in hospital and had a $10K anti-venom shot to recover speech and ability to walk before leaving 6 hours later. A co-worker, Chad, said Trey could eliminate the danger going forward. Its been 3 years and our house is scorpion free. While we have seen them in the house on occasion, they quickly die due to our every other month GPC technician appointment. Scorpions gone! We went with the bi-monthly service, our house ended up falling under the minimum fee, there was no hidden or extra fees and was super easy to schedule.

Before calling we would see multiple scorpions a night, after the first service about one or so a week and after the second service they are completely gone! We even got a black light to check, scorpion free!

I’ve had two different pest control companies say they could get control of our scorpion problem and just couldn’t. Guaranteed has proven they aren’t just another fly by night pest control company knocking on doors and selling a poor service. They got our scorpion problem under control and always do a really good service every time.

I’ve been using this company for a couple of years now ... 2 years ago I had just purchased a new home. After the first couple of months I had found A few scorpions which freaked me out. I called them and I havent seen any since then ... which is a huge relief. They are on time and very communicative.

Trey and his crew have just been here for the yearly eradication of the wasps that take up residence in our roofline, and other areas. They also spray the perimeter of the house, and pipes under our bathroom sink for roaches, as this is when they will be hatching to breed. All done quickly and with polite professionalism. If you’re a veteran, a discount is given as well. These are my go-to guys!

Since we moved to our new house we were still seeing critters from the previous post control place we used. Since switching to guaranteed pest control there is a HUGE difference in what we see if anything at all. The only scorpions I've seen now are dead. Staff is very friendly and knowledgable as well!!

Extremely professional. We initially had a new first service done and that included termite treatment on our wood shed. They got rid of the termites and a large fire ant hill in the first shot. As well as other ants around the outside of the home. We moved in and experienced problems with ants inside the home. They came out the next day and treated with spray and gel bait inside the house. The ants are dying and gone. Can't say enough about their great service. They made that second trip back for free! WE WIll REFER THEM TO EVERYONE WE KNOW!!
