Dennis came out to my home on a Sunday night. I really wanted someone to come that day! Sunday morning I called him and I assumed he would be coming out on Monday or Tuesday. He said he could come out this evening and he did a great job diagnosing my washer machine. He was very through and explained all my options. As it turned out I have to get a new one because the cost is to much for parts. I would recommend Dennis to anyone looking for a repair on Washer, Dryer or AC.

do not use this company! I paid $3000.00 for a new ac/heating system.i supplied the ac unit myself.they installed the unit and everything was fine with the ac. then it got cold out and my tenant went to use the heat and there wasnt any. I called randy and they sent out a tech to look it over. surprise surprise the unit was installed without heat. I called randy back and I wasnt to happy. I said how could you install this unit without heat? his reply was you asked us to fix the air. I said you should repair this problem. randy then said he refused to fix it because I had a bad attitude. I then had to get george brazil to fix it for $650.00. there tech said he never saw anyone get screwed like this before.so beware of this guy

Alonso did a fantastic job! After inpecting my home he was able to educate me on what was needed to make my home ac unit work more efficiently. After providing me a prompt estimate he was able to come and install a brand new ac unit right away. I highly recommend Alonso for any of your AC needs. He is knowledgeable, honest, and friendly.

Thomas was early to our appointment. He was absolutely professional and courteous. Took the time to show me what exactly was causing my AC to no perform at optimal levels as well as giving me tips that I could do on my own to make sure things flow smoothly till my next tune up. Can not recommend these guys enough.

I am so glad I called them! I have an 8-month-old baby boy and it was horrible when the AC stopped working. Oscar and Juan came in and fixed my AC in less than an hour. They knew I was desperate and still charged me like a normal service and without hidden fees or extras like others do. They did a job with the quality of a big company but at a very reasonable price. I am so grateful to them that they were able to come in and just make it work. Thank you very much SPD Refrigeration!

I would leave less than one star if it was possible- rude office staff, they give a date and time frame for when they are going to show up- and then they miss their appointments- then they never call to follow up with you! It is understandable that things come up and rescheduling has to happen sometimes- however when there is no communication and they just never show up- that is a HUGE problem! -and its been my huge problem on 3 separate occasions now- i've never tried so had to throw money at a company in my life- safe to say that i have hired a new company at this point, and i will NEVER be calling this company again!!!

We had a previous company (CR) come out in April because the AC stopped working. The tech damaged our fan and wanted to charge us $400 for a new one. Same tech also stated the bent fan will not cause any issues. $500 plus later he got the AC back on and we thought we were good for the summer...NOT AT ALL! This past Saturday we noticed is was very warm in the house, so we called CR back. They were absolutely no help as all they wanted to do is sell us a new unit. Through a referral we contacted Paco, came out very quick assessed all the damage made all repairs and determined it was all from the fan violently shaking. We appreciate his great work and attention to detail! He really save us from the heat!

I have been a Roberts Air Conditioning customer for over 30 years and the service has been the best. They are a first class company and there employee's have always been professional and courteous.

Ducts Inc's owner Dustin responded so quickly to getting someone to look at my unit. I was fit into their schedule the next day, and Jorge showed up right on time. He found our issue, explained it well, and gave us a quote. He offered to let us shop around for a better deal, but he had all the equipment needed to get the job done that day so we went ahead. He was able to get our system fixed and back running possibly better than it ever had before. DON'T WAIT UNTIL SUMMER TO GET AN INSPECTION ON YOUR UNIT. Seriously, call Ducts Inc and get an overall inspection on your unit before summer. They will not disappoint!

In the busy season of summer, Ariel extended his day to come fix my AC the same day I called him. He and his assistant were very professional. They were polite and quick with their work. I had given him the details I knew about the issue when setting up the appointment, and he came prepared to fix it. I was pleased that he was able to fix it on one trip. The charge for the service was very reasonable. They were recommended to me by two colleagues, and I will now be be recommending them to others.

I'm working with Ivan 7 years never have a problem with him, he look out all my properties AC, Ivan is Very responsible person always answered the phone presentable, Highly Recommend it.

We had our annual a/c maintenance performed this week. We were very happy as always with the professionalism of our tech, Nicholas. He provided the normal photographic evidence of his inspection. Glad nothing was needed. Great company.

We concur with all of the negative ratings for Consolidated. This company (we spoke to 4 different people during our dealings with Consolidated) lies to its customers, does not respond when it says it will, and misrepresents facts. The most significant issue however was that their technician misdiagnosed the reason the thermostat on our a/c unit was not working which resulted in a 2 1/2 week delay in its repair (when it was 109 degrees outside in Arizona). The technician claimed a wire from the a/c unit to the thermostat had burned up and had to be completely replaced. Consolidated also claimed it could not access the wire to replace it but, even if they could access it, Consolidated stated it did not have enough staff to repair it. Consolidated's assessment of the problem with our a/c unit turned out to be completely wrong. Even though we had a home warranty with American Home Shield, we ultimately had to hire another company to repair our a/c unit at our expense ($420). The company that actually repaired our a/c unit told us the repair was actually simple and should have been easily diagnosed by Consolidated. We had paid extra to have Consolidated come on a weekend since they told us they could not schedule a technician to come to our home for 4 days because it was a holiday weekend. Even after our a/c unit was repaired and we notified Consolidated that they had misdiagnosed the issue with our a/c unit, they refused to return any of the $225 we had paid to them for their initial 15 minute visit when they misdiagnosed the problem. We have notified American Home Shield of our total dissatisfaction with Consolidated and made a formal complaint against them. Be aware that American Home Shield allows its contractors to charge extra for certain services and will not require their contractors to return fees.
