Master AZscapes remodeled our backyard patio last month. We can't say enough as to what a beautiful job they did for us. The patio has been transformed into a wonderful, comfortable respite for us and ready to welcome guests. The foreman on the job, Derek, was the best. He reviewed all our ideas and came up with many himself that made the design turn Into what we imagined it to be. He and his crew SHOWED UP when they said they would and didn't keep us waiting and guessing. The crew handled the job in a timely manner and the guys were all professional and great to work with. We have worked with AMS Landscaping and Jose' P. for several months now. They have been great to work with in the Office with Debbie Coffee and the landscaping and yard maintenance with Jose' P. Very attentive and Jose' always asks if there are any issues or anything else that they can do while they are out servicing the property. They have been very reliable and terrific to work as they consistently do a great job maintaining our yard.

Sal and team did a great job, were punctual, professional and were able to get the pavers and complete my landscaping needs at a fair price while many other companies I reached out to couldn’t, weren’t willing or just didn’t respond. I had a vision of the plan and deer valley landscaping knew how to carry it out. They followed up after completing the task which was a very professional gesture.

My Mother and I have been using their services for about a year and half. We were going to leave the last renewal, but when we threatened, they finally got off the dime and got out to the property (3 months after we started calling to get them out and 2 months after our contract expired). My mother left numerous voice mails that they claim they have no record of (yeah right). Then, when I had them out to treat weeds that had come up during our 6-month contract, they were dragging their feet and not responding. Finally threatened to leave and suddenly I get a response from someone. They come out and treat but the receipt now shows different wording about what is not covered than our original contract. So, I email the person again and, since they can't seem to keep track of phone calls, said I am only dealing with them via email so I have a record. I asked for them to send the proposed language of any renewal and keep their word that they would simply schedule us without us having to keep calling and emailing. Well, 4 weeks later and they still hadn't responded. So, even though we were in the process of getting a new provider, my mother wanted to give them a chance to respond and do the right thing by keeping wording on our contract as it has always been (lists 4 specific weeds that are not covered instead of just grassy weeds which is far too subjective. The owner decided he didn't want to respond and would let us take our business elsewhere, which is very very very fine with me. I tried to get my Mother to drop them 8 months ago. If you want to deal with people who return calls and emails and do what they promise they will, I suggest you run away fast from this company - there are too many competitors out there that know how to run their business and don't given you excuses like we've had people out sick for two months.

Sergio and his crew tackled a yard untended during the coronavirus which had sprouted huge weeds with deep roots. They answered immediately, came on time and did an amazing job. Was like a brand new backyard. The crew worked super hard and fast making this property shine. I have already asked for a bid on further work. Can not recommend this company more positively.

I recommend Luis & his crew to everyone I know. Not only do they do great work, they are also reasonably priced & have great customer service & communication. I am the Realtor who referred him for the job which gave him 1 star. The valve this person is talking about was to be repaired by a plumber, not this company. This company repaired the valve they were hired for & did an excellent job. I have used them personally & will continue recommending them!
