Best Installation Work in Phoenix AZ

I am very satisfied with the work completed on my home. Scott roofing replaced the underlayment and all cracked or damaged tile on house roof and the patio awning replaced roofing and damaged wood in timely fashion. A great job returned to better than new.

I couldn't ask for a more hard working crew. A crew of two removed and replaced the underlayment in less than two days. Awesome.

Dustin did a great job on our roof repair for the exact price of our estimate. Will use this company again.

Recently we had an addition built by another company and that experience did not go well so we're a bit leery of home improvement companies. Several weeks ago one of the monsoon storms knocked shingles off of the new roof and we started calling companies for estimates. The first company said the entire roof (old and new) needed to be replaced and quoted a price around $11,000. KY-KO was our second appoint and Joe Jimenez was a breath of fresh air.

He conducted a thorough inspection on both sides and gave us great news-the roof is fine. There were actually two layers of shingles on the new side so the missing pieces won't be an issue until the original roof is due to be replaced in another year or two. Joe was honest and even took the time to explain different types of roofing so we can upgrade when we replace.

We definitely feel that he wasn't just out for the sale and he will serve the company well. Next year when the old roof need replaced, we'll just re-do the entire roof (and possibly cover the porch as well) - of course with KY-KO Roofing.

The workmanship seems good but the roof integrity has not been “tested”- no rainfall yet!!

They were the best. I solicited bids from five roofers, even included two that have done work for us before, on other houses. Stone Creek was the only ones that responded without us asking several times. In fact, their professionalism sold me completely. There were some questions that arose on our job and they responded above and beyond my expectations. They were professionals all the way. I would recommend them to anyone/everyone.

I was out of town when I was notified by my wife about a leak in our roof. Unfortunately it was a Sunday, and knew I would not get someone to come out right away. I did however place an inquiry online and Alex responded the very next day. He not only called me, but followed up with an email with what more than likely was going on based on their vast experience working on roofs with solar panels.

Within a few days, we had a great guy by the name of Chris come to the home. He called prior to coming which was helpful as to make sure he wasn't missed. While there Chris was courteous and professional. He spoke to my mother in law and explained what he needed to do. I also got a call from Alex to go over the exact details.

I approved the work and Chris got right to work. He was quick, clean, and knew what he was doing. I was relieved to see that I was working with an honest and professional company. The quote that was sent to me prior to them even coming out was spot on. They didn't try to oversell me, but just give my family and I, peace of mind.

I normally would say I would do business again with Castile, but I hope I don't have any more roof issues. I would however give them 5 STARS and recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

First I have to say its always a challenge to find a good, honest company and good pricing. After a few quotes from other companies and finally reaching out to Hardacker roofing I realized they are one of the good ones out there. They exceeded my expectations based on the quality of their work, price, follow up and scheduling to complete the job. They held to the price from their original estimate. I also understand that things could have come up during the new install that could have changed that but not in this case. They identified faulty work on the original install and put down a great new roof on my garage quickly and efficiently repairing only what was needed. They were polite and professional and even helped with a concern on another part of the roof which ended up being just a shifted tile and was quick to fix. I'm convinced that you will not find any Roofing contractor that deliver this level of work while remaining competitively priced. My wife and I were impressed by the professionalism of team. Communication was consistent throughout the process, they listen to what we wanted and provided helpful suggestions when were were unsure, there was never any attempt to upsell or confuse us (can't be said for a lot of other places we got quotes from). They did a great job and we'll be going back to them in the future.

We have been utilizing the services from Gorman Roofing for a few years now and have never once been disappointed. The level of service, price and communication could not be better.

Not what I hoped for. I got a notice that if the balance wasn't paid within 10 days a lien would be place on my house and I had 10 days to dispute discrepancies, they hadn't even began my roof. After waiting for a date for my project for 5wks I requested my deposit back. They found time for my roof, they left after 2 days with my roof incomplete, of course it rained then so I had to cover my roof. A week later they called me and they didn't realize my roof wasn't done. They came back and finished. They didn't replace the 10 sheets of plywood I signed for. They left trash around my house and a cigarette butt on my roof, some fasteners were left exposed. I didn't get a final walk through or anything when they were done. They didn't recognize a $5k payment until I pointed it out. They made everything right in the end but I had to supervise them at each turn. I tried hard to like them. Communication and professionalism were not present through my experience.

We recently hired this company to clean our roof, which was covered with many years of black algae, moss and lichen. Not only was the result amazing (like brand new), ALL of the staff were top notch. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this company.
