I called tons of lawn businesses and was met with no response from many. Sergio’s was quick to reach back out to me. They have an easy to navigate site, and you can reach them by email. Additionally they were upfront about base pricing. They even showed up a little early to check out our yard and did the service the same day. This is hard work you don’t find to often these days. 100 times over I would recommend.

These guys are fantastic!! The best landscape crew I have ever met!! They are so nice, respectful, and most importantly they work fast and do an amazing job. If you want a crew that shows up and gets the job done at fair price this is the number you need to call!! I will be calling them for the rest of my jobs and you should too!!

I had been a customer for a couple years and all was good (5 stars) until their crew botched trimming my shrubs (4 stars) five days before Thanksgiving. I spoke with Sergio who promised to have them out to fix the trim before Thanksgiving but he never did. He then avoided my calls so I fired him. Bottom line: They were great until they weren't.

Called three companies, scheduled all three to come out for the interview and Sergio showed up first and ready to go.

Very poor customer service. Paid $250 for services a few weeks ago and although they were an hour and a half late, I was pleased with the work and decided to rehire for front yard. Set a time for noon, didn’t want them to have a card on file so took time off work so I could be here to pay.
Nobody showed up.
Called and reset an appointment for the next day. They came an hour and a half early. LUCKILY I was on lunch break and randomly stopped at home and saw them pulling up at the same time. No call, no notification, nothing. I called Sergio and asked if there was a service that could be thrown in for the inconvience of today and yesterday or maybe a small discount. He started arguing with me over how the appointment was for 1:30 and they showed up so no. ( Although the time I got home was 12 PM and they did not show up yesterday or even have the decency to inform me they wouldn’t show up. )

I was planning to hire them at least once a month but due to such poor customer service and treatment I will take my business elsewhere. As you all know landscaping is not cheap so I will be doing business with someone who actually appreciates their customers.

Save yourself trouble and go somewhere else.

Seems to be some major communication and pricing issues with Sergio’s. The first time we had them, they did two tree-trimmings, removed a dead plant at the roots, cleaned up/trimmed eight bushes, did some light weeding, and blew out the front and back yard. $180

They came back for a maintenance visit, were supposed to weed, trim four bushes, and blow out the front and back. $150. They also DESTROYED our three plants in the front by over-cutting. Clean up is fine, but they clearly didn’t adhere to what we asked for and seriously overcharged as compared to other lawn companies in the area.

Finally, they showed up without any confirmation or response as to when they would be coming. It was Friday morning, and we were waking out the door to go to work… Value, Responsiveness, and Communication on what we want/need is NOT there. I’ll likely be getting flagged by my HOA, because they destroyed my plants in the front yard… go somewhere else.

Sergio and his crew tackled a yard untended during the coronavirus which had sprouted huge weeds with deep roots. They answered immediately, came on time and did an amazing job. Was like a brand new backyard. The crew worked super hard and fast making this property shine. I have already asked for a bid on further work. Can not recommend this company more positively.

They cleaned up my yard today I'm very happy with the service. I figured while they were working that they would need a break and I was curious to see if they would try and charge me for their break as well because I was paying them by the hour. I'm happy to say that they did not attempt to charge me for the time that they were on break!

They are hard workers, they did a great job and treated me honestly.

They are sometimes late in arriving and because of that the weeds took over and they charged me $50 more last month! Normally happy with them though!

Sergio came out gave free estimate and was suppose to come back next day around 12. I never got a call, never got an apology, and he never showed up. My 2nd time using him. The first time he was great! Dont know what happened but will not use him again.

We've used these guys several times over the past couple years and have been mostly happy with their work. This past Thursday was another story entirely. The crew stole items I had placed outside for cleaning, heck, they WATCHED me clean these and still chose to take them. When I noticed them missing, I immediately called Sergio and asked if they'd taken them. He said yes, he could see them and they'd be returned to us the next morning. My husband called him Friday morning to find out when they'd be by (they took my birds travel cages. We move TODAY - Saturday!) as their decision severely impacted our plans and ability to properly transport our birds. After several un-returned messages, I finally informed Sergio's message service that I was stopping payment on the check I'd given them and filing a police report for theft. Sergio called me fairly quickly after that and said that they'd never had the cages, argued with me that there was nothing he could (more like would) do. He had nothing to say for himself when I reminded him he'd told me he could see the cages. When I told him of the stopped payment and my intent to call the police, he merely replied ok which seemed very weird to me.

As a result of this theft, we are seriously behind in our moving preparations and have endured stress that could have been avoided by his crew doing the right thing (they could have asked if I was getting rid of them to start, for instance... I could have told them no!) and returning our property.

Use extreme caution if you opt to use them. Inspect your property and perhaps their trailer prior to paying them. It was funny, I had a nice tip waiting for each of the crew members as this was to be our last visit from them. I've always overlooked their issues with timeliness as they did a decent job and felt an extra thank you was necessary. At the very last minute I felt uneasy and didn't give them the cash I'd planned to. Thankful that uneasy feeling hit me, as that cash goes to start replacing what they've stolen.

EDITED 7/27: Amazingly, three hours after I posted this review... I walk out into my garage to see Sergio. Standing next to my birds carriers that magically appeared. The ones his guys couldn't have possibly taken! Due to his BS, our move was delayed. This cost us additional money in trailer rentals, pet sitting, etc. His nonsense also required us to make an extra FIFTEEN HOUR DRIVE EACH WAY and more stress than I can tell you. This theft caused a snowball effect of our entire move. All because he/his employees cannot tell the truth or do the right thing until a horrible Google review is made.

Avoid at all costs. Or lock up all of your stuff so his employees don't have the ability to steal your belongings! I've warned everyone in my neighborhood (as well as all surrounding neighborhoods) of this theft and the inability to believe a word Sergio says via Nextdoor. Spare yourself and find another landscape company!

Sergio's guys did a back yard clean up including trimming 3 citrus trees. They showed up on time, made my out-of-control trees look beautiful, left the yard spotless, and even skimmed out the leaves that fell into the pool. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided and wish I had found them a long time ago.

Been using these guys for years. They work fast and it's always no hassle.

Asked for more then price quoted after work done quoted 95, asked $150. Said price went up since I called to sched..
