John did an awesome job on putting our wants for a master shower together and urs beautiful. He personally came to check progress daily.
Michael does a great job, with excellent workmanship, knowkedge, courteous and professional. Shane did great too.
The tile people did exceptional work finished, and finally the glass was done with top work too !

Jeremy has established a wonderful system and provides so much valuable information and I love the software system he uses. I always felt well-informed, and my questions and requests were responded to quickly. Jason, the Designer, took my few ideas and came up with a design that was both beautiful and highly functional. The guys who did the work – Ben, Mark, Garin and all of the others - worked so hard, their work was perfection, and before they left every day, the area was clean and organized. I’ve heard of people so tired of having workers in their house and problems associated with remodels, but these guys were so great, professional and the whole process was so easy and went so fast! Walk-in shower remodel. In my brand new home we had a very dangerous walk-in shower. Slippery floor, step-up and step-down and glass wall that was very wobbly. Called Dreamstyle and a very nice young man came and we worked out the details of what we wanted. Next came project mgr to verify measurements were correct. Installers Robert K. and Johnathan P. came to remove and rebuild our new shower. Both installers were a pleasure to work with. They were not only nice, professional and very good at what they do. We no longer have to worry about slipping, but the best is we now have a beautiful walk-in shower.

North Phoenix Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling Team was beyond amazing, they helped us install some pretty tricky pieces successfully, they also painted and smoothed a wall. Great services.

Crafted Remodeling is absolutely amazing!! I run a nonprofit that provides a night of fun for children fighting terminal illness and the carpet in our space was in bad shape and not great for those kids to be around. Crafted came in and replaced ALL the carpet with the most beautiful laminate floor. It completely changed the look of the space. And because they believe in giving back, they donated the flooring and labor!! This is huge for a nonprofit and we are so thankful for Crafted and their amazing employees!!

Aqua Therapy just compeled my shower remodel and it turned out awsome! They were very professional, mindful and respectful. I am having them come back to do my other bathroom.. ?

Had the old shower removed and replaced new shower with glass wall and door. Professional job done by both shower and glass guys. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was told a week to 10 days for glass and door for shower, took 3 weeks. But when they gave a time and date they were there and cleaned up everything when finished. I would recommend AZ bath good job guys and thanks.

We needed a full house remodel and chose Holtzman Home Improvement over several other well-known contractors. We couldn’t be happier with the results. From the owners (Danny and Brandon) to all of their trade people they were all friendly, professional, and experienced. When problems came up (as they always do on jobs such as ours) they listened to us and made sure we were satisfied with the outcome. We were especially lucky to have Jaryd as our project supervisor. He was extremely responsive, immediately handled any issues and ensured that the project continued to move forward. Lastly, we could not have done ANY of the remodel without our wonderful designer Christina. Her design was simply beautiful and her help and support in choosing all of our cabinets, flooring, paint colors and all of the other necessities was a godsend. Holtzman is an outstanding company, and we wouldn’t hesitate to refer them to our family and friends!

I have a tiled master shower walkin with a pan leak. I liked what I read on their website about how they conduct business and most important, how they build their showers. I called week one, no answer-left a message. I called week two, left a message. Week three, nothing. No call back, nothing. I don’t get it but I’m guessing they don’t need the work. Too bad, they were number one on my list. Moving on.

Sloppy work. Chaotic amateur subcontractors from all over. One day they never even showed up nor did they call me as to why. Had to have them come back to redo things several times. Several things left unfinished. Who paints a door with the knob on? Really. See pics. Sloppy paint job too. They couldn't be bothered to use a single solid piece of wood on my garage-- they pieced together leftovers. See pics. They initially built the garage door opening too narrow for the door, had to redo. WTF. The brand new back door they installed doesn't latch properly. They didn't properly strap down the  water line in my garage so it was slapping. They had to go up and redo that and in the process of that they broke thru my ceiling and did a crap patch job and didn't come back to paint it. Seriously. See pic. Complete amateur sloppy work. One contractor stole my brand new ladder I got as a housewarming gift. Another contractor used my new step stool as his own getting paint and crap all over it. They washed their paint with my new hose getting paint all over it and my yard. There's more but this review is long enough as it is. They never returned call after I brought these issues up. Can't recommend. UPDATE: a few months later they called me concerned about the bad rating, and I told him exactly what was wrong and they saw the pictures, and they seemed concerned about fixing the issues but then never got back to me, so I removed one more star apparently as they don't even care about their own reputation.
