Best Commercial Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

We have a small backyard that needed some major work, we are so glad that we hired Chris with Lonestar landscaping. This is definitely a company I would recommend!! He had a great idea for the layout of our yard and six months later it still looks great.

Thanks to Chad and his crew! Their installation was exactly as expected and was done on time even with the holidays! They did what they said they would do and on the budget without change orders. There was no surprises! Thanks again!

I had my front yard done because my HOA had send me a complaint. And let me just say, they won't be complaining anymore! BJ's Landscaping did a wonderful job on my little front yard and cleaned it up to precision. From all my weeds gone, to my shrubs being cleaned up, and down to my rocks not having dead leaves around them. Ben and his team at BJ's landscaping did a great job and I will definitely continue to use them for my lawn care needs.

I have been extremely happy with Sal landscaping! He was very transparent and upfront with pricing, time frame, and what services he is able to provide. He will go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy with his work. I was given a 2 week time frame for a full backyard landscaping project and he was able to actually finish 2 days early. I will continue to use Sal Landscaping for all of my landscaping needs from here on out. I would highly recommend.

Watch them like a hawk, they get paid and don't show up. they owe our community for at least 10 times they were a no show. When I complain to the HOA they send me nasty letters. Their mismanagement has caused damage and a big liability to our community. Buyer beware! They ignored the drainage into the wash they are supposed to maintain which looks horrible and it over flowed washing away the soil under the sidewalk. Whenever I complain they dismiss me and continue to do sub par work. This is what you can expect for over $400 a month! Pathetic!

We have not. By the time you answered me back, I hired someone and they came and gave me a quote. A business that doesn't answer phone calls and takes that long to get back is pretty frustrating. I needed to speak to a live person or be contacted within an hour at least. Its just professional to do so. I am a business owner and my customers are important to me. Then when you did call, you said yeah did you call this number?, well of course I did and left a message about it too. The way I would have done it is Hello my name is Victoria and I received a message from this number about our service. How may I help you? So you have a good day Big Nick's phone person. No dispespect but I have no idea who you are because you never communicated that at all

Can't say enough great things about these guys! They were the most competitive in their pricing, great timeline to get it done, and their work speaks for itself. Our backyard went from a dull eye sore to a one of a kind backyard. They installed grass, pulled out old trees, got out the horrendous rocks, put in my husbands putting green (which he can't stop talking about), installed pavers, and installed/fixed our sprinkler system. We have a fairly large backyard and if we had to do it ourselves we'd probably not enjoy our backyard for at least another year if not more. Already have so many compliments and people wanting to come over, thanks so much guys!!

We had them come on Saturday 04/27/2019 and they did an amazing job. Ivan is such a nice guy and did everything we asked them to do. Our yard looks amazing, our palm trees look awesome. We even have them coming once a month for yard care to maintain. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Descendants landscaping did a great job on my backyard!

I called them for an estimate and they were able to come out next day. After booking several estimates The descendants were the best choice for me. They installed my pavers and sod in 2 days and the grass is doing great. We have been staying off of it the first week, as per protocol, but me and my kiddos cannot wait to enjoy our backyard. I highly recommend this company. My neighbors came over to take a look at the work and they booked with the company as well. We were both able to get our backyards landscaped in the span of a week.

The landscapers were nice and respectful. They left my yard clean and gave me a plan on how to care for the sod. Today I received a follow-up call, just to check on how things are going. The company is going to come out to do my first lawn mow, fertilize the sod, and seed for summer grass. I am more than satisfied and highly recommend!

We've used these guys several times over the past couple years and have been mostly happy with their work. This past Thursday was another story entirely. The crew stole items I had placed outside for cleaning, heck, they WATCHED me clean these and still chose to take them. When I noticed them missing, I immediately called Sergio and asked if they'd taken them. He said yes, he could see them and they'd be returned to us the next morning. My husband called him Friday morning to find out when they'd be by (they took my birds travel cages. We move TODAY - Saturday!) as their decision severely impacted our plans and ability to properly transport our birds. After several un-returned messages, I finally informed Sergio's message service that I was stopping payment on the check I'd given them and filing a police report for theft. Sergio called me fairly quickly after that and said that they'd never had the cages, argued with me that there was nothing he could (more like would) do. He had nothing to say for himself when I reminded him he'd told me he could see the cages. When I told him of the stopped payment and my intent to call the police, he merely replied ok which seemed very weird to me.

As a result of this theft, we are seriously behind in our moving preparations and have endured stress that could have been avoided by his crew doing the right thing (they could have asked if I was getting rid of them to start, for instance... I could have told them no!) and returning our property.

Use extreme caution if you opt to use them. Inspect your property and perhaps their trailer prior to paying them. It was funny, I had a nice tip waiting for each of the crew members as this was to be our last visit from them. I've always overlooked their issues with timeliness as they did a decent job and felt an extra thank you was necessary. At the very last minute I felt uneasy and didn't give them the cash I'd planned to. Thankful that uneasy feeling hit me, as that cash goes to start replacing what they've stolen.

EDITED 7/27: Amazingly, three hours after I posted this review... I walk out into my garage to see Sergio. Standing next to my birds carriers that magically appeared. The ones his guys couldn't have possibly taken! Due to his BS, our move was delayed. This cost us additional money in trailer rentals, pet sitting, etc. His nonsense also required us to make an extra FIFTEEN HOUR DRIVE EACH WAY and more stress than I can tell you. This theft caused a snowball effect of our entire move. All because he/his employees cannot tell the truth or do the right thing until a horrible Google review is made.

Avoid at all costs. Or lock up all of your stuff so his employees don't have the ability to steal your belongings! I've warned everyone in my neighborhood (as well as all surrounding neighborhoods) of this theft and the inability to believe a word Sergio says via Nextdoor. Spare yourself and find another landscape company!

We hired them to install pavers for our home and they outdid themselves! Not only were they a responsive company, they also got the job done quickly and at a great price. Will be going to them for all landscaping needs!

I'm a new homeowner and we had a mesquite that was not staked very strongly so it did not survive the monsoons this summer. Desert valley happily came out and fixed the trees issues even though it was slightly over the warranty period. Will use them to do my backyard! Great service and nice people.thanks you

I worked there also. It's great company and quality work. I recommend them to anyone who's looking for any landscaping work to be done.

Very disapointed.

They have a new manager, Michele, who is absolutely the worst. They can't even follow a map. They've removed plants they were not supposed to, then left the plants all over the streets. Contract says they pick up trash & they refuse to do so. They refuse to adhere to their contract. Don't walk, run away from this company.
