Tom came out today and re-keyed a new lock for me today. He did an outanding job! He was prompt, professional and completed my job in less than 20 minutes. He even identified a hitch in my yard gate handle and fixed it for free. I highly recommend Arizona Locksmith.

When I decided to buy a smart lock for my rental property, I knew I had to find someone tech savvy and well versed with technology that could install it on my behalf being 6k miles away. Jaime exceeded my expectations. He was very knowledgeable. He arrived on time and had the lock installed within minutes. He then called me when it was time to program it offering different options to program the lock. We came across a small hump and just when I thought I bought the wrong lock, Jaime was able to help. Jaime was patient and stood on the line with me the whole time he was programming the lock. He answered all of my questions. I can’t recommend Jaime and Anderson Lock and Safe enough. Very professional and knowledgeable in their work.

A few weeks ago I locked my keys in my car and I was in a big rush to get to church. It was very important that I got there in a timely manner and I was worried I wouldn't due to my own fault. But I called your company and I can honestly say I got some of the best service from Hector. He was there very soon after I called, was quick and efficient in helping me get access to my car and was very friendly to talk to that day. If all your representatives are as great as Hector then you can be assured you'll have my recommendations in the future. Awesome service.

Patrick was prompt and friendly and very helpful. The car battery turned out to be dead, but Patrick was able to complete the programming after making the key.
