So to save our sanity and marrage we looked for a handyman to help us out. We have used Reponse Crew a few times to get some honeydo items off our list. They have been fantastic! We had an excellent experience with Shelf Theory. The office staff was kind and professional. Kyle who took the measurements and did the install was also very professional. He was neat and clean with the install and had me check and try each shelf. The quality of the pull outs are superior. Highly recommend to anyone interested!

I liked the product and the sales gal (Jeni) so much I didn't even take the time to shop around. Jeni was patient, detailed, and kept my best interests in mind throughout the whole design/build process. She also managed to get the cost down to meet my budget. HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY!! if I could put no stars I would. Had someone come out to measure, quote and show for a kitchen remodel. Waited for email and contacted back after nothing 2 days after told. Then attempted to contact again and no response, just ghosted. Then attempted twice to call directly from the number on website, just to see if the company cared to respond. First daywas told a supervisor would call me that day. Then next day stated no supervisor called and they said they would have someone call me that day. Still nothing!!! From ANYONE!!

James & his son were amazing. They did phenomenal work on my baseboards and crown molding. They were honest about what would and wouldn't work. They gave me the options and realistic prices. No fluff. It was awesome!
