We were referred by a neighbor and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. John was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and professional. Their estimate was competitive and no surprises in the entire process.

I have not been to the Phoenix store directly as all communication has been online or by phone. I had 2400 lbs of flooring picked up there and driven 1.5 hours away, only to find out later that we were one box less than the order I had paid for. They then sent the tile up via UPS and the box broke so it went back down to the Phoenix store again and then took over 2 weeks to get sent up to the store in Prescott Valley. The customer service person there called me to say it was there; not the Phx office. Just no communication plus it was supposed to get delivered directly to the house. The customer service people at the Phoenix store were always helpful on the phone but the follow through was not smooth.

Juan and his crew are very skilled and the best at what they do! Their work is very through and the make sure every detail is taken care of on every job. G&C have worked with me on numerous project all throughout the valley. They are great to work with because Juan does a great job of listening to my needs and understanding exactly what I need done. He often will come up with better solutions to getting the the bumps in the construction road that help get us to completion on time!

I appreciate the experience Russ and his team has. He provided good advice and great workmanship while working through the small or big projects.
