Mike!, great dude. Worked with me after I told him my situation. A Gentleman named Daniel was dispatched and was so patient to find where I was because there's difficulty navigating in my apartments. Daniel was quick and more than happy to get me in my vehicle and retrieve my keys.
I would have to say give these guys a call if you lock your keys in your ride!!

Todd is amazing, knowledgeable and professional. I had two transponder keys and neither worked. He was totally booked that day and was not able to come to me. That didn't stop him from helping. He would call me when he was driving between jobs. After several phone calls back and forth between us, he walked me through how to program them. This in spite of the fact that the instructions I got to program them from the manufacturer was wrong.

Went to a different locksmith and he told me the job couldn't be done unless I bring him the door knob (how am I supposed to do that without the key??) Mario arrived and did the job in less than 10 minutes and handed me 2 spare keys all at a great price!

Went to this place 2x and spent a total of 8 hours driving here and waiting and was not able to make a spare key. What a complete waste of my time and it was a AAA referral. I thought Eric (owner?) would have called me afterwards but NO call.

We needed advice on our situation, and they helped out without charging us and answered within 12 hours of our email. Very professional and helpful.

Phoenix Lock & Locksmith team was great. They responded quickly to my call and showed up when they said they would. Fixed my 2 problem locks and even noticed another door wasn't closing properly so he fixed that for free. Great guy and easy to work with.

I called this company on 5/21, left a voice Mail with a request, and never received a return phone call. Even if the company couldn’t help, a return phone call is professional enough. My voicemail even stated, just text me back if you could help or not. Based on the professionalism, I would never recommend this company.
