Amid the COVID-19, I called for an auto lockout. Initial response was very quick. After exchanging some information through texts, we spoke on the phone. That conversation was great. Very personable. Once he arrived the experience just continued to be pleasurable. A resolution to my issue was almost immediate, in addition, he shared some useful knowledge to remember in the future. Overall an awesome experience!!!!

The back of my car key had cracked and a large piece had fallen off. I stopped by ACME without calling to make an appointment or to even see if they would be able to help. Drew helped me right away and was able to fix my key in literally two minutes. It is as good as new! He could have told me that I needed an entirely new key (which would have been significantly more expensive), but instead, he just replaced the back piece for me. I was only charged $15 (way less than I was anticipating)! I will continue to go back to ACME anytime I need a fix!

Needed a car key cut. Just needed the blade copied, both original key and the blank were provided by me. I stopped by, and no one was there. I called their phone number, and was informed that the tech was out on a vehicle lockout call. No problem, I could wait.

The girl on the phone asked me what I needed done. I informed her that all I needed was the blade of a car key copied. She said with the immobilizer programming, it would come out to $120. I politely told her I already programmed the immobilizer chip myself, and all I needed was the blade copied. She very rudely said “well, it’s still gonna be $120, even if you did program the chip yourself”

Total price gouging. Went down the street to another locksmith, and he cut it for $15 in less than three minutes.

A few months back, our house was burglarized when we went out of town. We lost some valuable items there. I spoke to my wife and told her I would hire the services of a locksmith masters LLC service company to install security locks. We did our research and found COMPANY NAME. We called and told them our situation. The next day, they had someone sent over to get the work done. He was punctual and nice to talk to. He began installing the security locks and did great work. The company also charged us much less than we thought. I gladly recommend them.
